I came in today for the shaved ice as I saw the shaved ice A-board outside a few days ago and it is just too hot lately. I kept my expectation low (realistic?) because I wasn't sure what to expect. My first impression walking in, this place is for teenagers and young adults. You have to walk pass a few tabletop games and electronics games to get to the ordering kiosks. The kiosk is fairly easy to use. You will receive a link to receipt also when the order is ready. I would put its shaved ice in the category of snow cones. I wonder if these mini ice cubes are made in trays due to its perfect square shape. Syrups are not too sweet. But the ice clung together towards the bottom of the cup. Overall it is not a bad option to cool down.

The label says "No Ice" but they put a ton of ice in the drink and refused to make us a new one.

I've been coming to this boba shop for years, but unfortunately today they've lost a loyal customer. My 8 yr old son ordered a drink with NO ICE. He specifically chose no ice because he doesn't like watery drinks. When he picked up his drink, he didn't tell me that they had ignored his request and made his drink with a ton of ice. He drank some of it because he was thirsty but when I realized that the drink had ice, I told my son we needed to go back to let them know so that they can make him a new drink. The guy at the counter said that they were not going to make him another drink because my son had already drank some of it. I pointed out that the drink had ice even though the label clearly said "no ice" and that an 8 yr old doesn't know about returning a drink that wasn't made to his specifications. The guy at the counter still said no, that he will not be making us a new drink even though it was his mistake not ours. I expressed that we are regulars at this place and that it's a bummer they'll be losing a customer but he didn't seem to care. I've attached the picture with the "no ice" label which clearly shows a ton of ice.

Stopped by here after a hike in the area. Once you walk in there's a touchscreen where you can place an order yourself and it's pretty convenient. They also have a bunch of board games and vending/claw machines to play while waiting or enjoying your drink. The tea tasted fine and prices are good.

After lunch, we boba! I think I've only had Presotea once before, so I wasn't very familiar with their menu offerings. However, they have self-serve kiosks so that you can take your time viewing the menu and pick whatever your heart desires. I wanted something fruity, light and cold since I had some numbing noodles next door. I was already hot from lunch, so I needed something to cool me off. I decided to go with the Strawberry Cloud with pudding. It was blended to almost an ice cream consistency and the pudding was a nice complement. Highly recommend and would definitely get again.

Brown sugar avocado smoothie with sea salt cream - decent. The main issue is that the boba was either overcooked or it's been sitting for a while

Came by for a side of boba. Ricardo was working and very kind and helpful! Nice environment.

It's a great area to hangout with kids or friends because of the amount of board games and interactive things they provide for you. My kids love playing their jenga, Pac-Man arcade games here. However, for drinks no. Their strawberry cloud was not good and no flavour given it was 100% sweet. It was barely sweet so my kids did not like their drink.

Great boba shop with lots of daily deals. They have a summer promotion for BOGO Brown sugar series and a coffee happy hour for BOGO coffee drinks from 10:30am-2:00 pm. They also accept the lake forest yifti gift card so it makes it an even better deal. Inside they offer claw machines at $1 a play and unlimited arcade games. The boba is nice and chewy and the teas are pulled in thru an expresso machine. It does take a little longer to make each drink because of this. I opted for the roasted hojicha this time, but will definitely be back to try others.

Tour De Boba continues. Writing this review at midnight because I drank my tea a little past my window, so I am currently wide awake. Oh man, I feel like the past year a dozen boba shops have opened in our area. I remember having to make the drive to Irvine for my boba fix. These days, I have options and they're all less than a 10 minute drive. Stumbled upon Presotea while having lunch a few doors down. (Long's Noodle House - ANOTHER GEM!) Immediately drawn in by the clean and modern interior. Quite surprised they're all digital... three stations to order & pay from. The interface is very user friendly. Makes ordering very smooth and easy. All their teas are freshly brewed / "pressed". I had the Lychee Milk tea with Lychee jelly. My new favorite drink and I don't usually get milk teas. We also tried the Matcha milk tea sub oat milk. Great flavors. I am a huge fan. Can't wait to try everything. They also have specials. Today was BOGO on select teas like the toffee milk tea & the Vietnamese coffee. Unless marked sold out on the screen. And per usual, quality takes time. But the drinks are worth it. The pricing surprised me too... cheaper than the other tea spots. Definitely highly recommend.

Eeek this place is so cute!!! They have the cutest decor and photo spots lol. They also have a nice fish tank!! And like old school arcade games!! I didn't play any but how cute! You order at the kiosk when you walk in. I got the lychee tea. It tasted pretty good but I should've gotten at least 50% sugar. Or else it just tastes kind of bitter. Boo. But what a cute spot. Want to try their a açaí bowls next time!!!

Came here to try out their Acai bowls and they are not made fresh. Prepackaged and small. $9 for this? Not worth it. Quality of drinks have gone down too. Bummer and probably won't be back.

Food: I ordered the Hokkaido milk tea. It was better than expected. The price point was fair across the menu items. They also offer shaved ice and acai bowls. Service: it was good. I do believe that you'll get your drinks faster if you order online. Ambience: the shop was clean and tidy. Sofas, arm chairs, tables as well as board games are available for those that want to hang out to enjoy their drink. I thought that was a terrific idea.

Decided to stop in for a refreshing milk tea one afternoon. Ordered a creme brulee milk tea with boba. The young woman working here was very nice and went about her work quickly...I mean Tasmanian Devil quick (finally an opportunity for a Warner Bros. cartoon reference)! I guess I was expecting some vanilla-caramel flavor but my taste buds registered it as tasting like a very, VERY milky Thai iced tea with extremely mushy boba. I'll probably give this place another try sometime, maybe try their Vietnamese coffee, but no rush.

The best tea place here in South OC! It's a hidden gem. I go here at least twice a week. My entire family loves their teas as well.

It's unfortunate when business owners can't take feedback though and I was honestly shocked that after waiting more than 30 minutes for an order I placed in advance that this guy went on the offensive to ask if I was happy to hurt small businesses. I told him I am not trying to hurt any businesses but reviews are only as good as they are honest. He told me that he's had people wait for an hour without complaining. Sir, WHY is anyone WAITING 60 minutes for smoothie bowls? He said it was because they had 8 orders. I suggested he hire another worker because that's way too long to wait for smoothies and bowls. Update - spoke to the worker who appears to be the owner who said they had a lot of DoorDash orders ahead of me. I saw two customers. Now I think it's better to order through DoorDash because this business seems to prioritize those orders rather than through their native app likely because DoorDash tracks the amount of time it takes for each order to complete and be ready for pickup. At this point I just wanted a refund but he said it was already nearly done so... ----- Açaí bowls and smoothie spots - they're so many that exist but so few that check all the boxes. Sadly, this is not one of them. The good: Fresh ingredients, diverse and healthy combinations for açaí bowls and smoothies The bad: Slowwwww. Even if you order on the app, they'll be behind by 20+ minutes from the stated time for pickup. Literally heard him tell two customers to order on the app next time but what's the point if it takes them 30+ min to complete an app order?. It's 3:56pm. The order was placed at 3:31pm. And as you can see in the photo, the order is still pending (not completed) and I'm sitting here waiting. The ugly: Service. Not sure why the workers are always disgruntled here. The first time it happened I figured it was a random occurrence although I didn't come back for a while. Now I'm pretty sure they don't care about customer service - which is fine for some people but for me, it's a bummer. All in all - order far in advance on DoorDash because the Bowlista app, which works well, doesn't actually seem like it's an app for ordering ahead. Tip after you get your order. Sip and enjoy.

Choose your flavor of ice cream plus a crumbled candy, cookie, or perhaps just a syrup to mix in. They smash it together on a cold stone (hence the name of the place) and present the delicious mix into your anxious hands to enjoy. This location is at the Foothill Ranch Food Festival (Food Court), on a far end where at one time a Nestle's cookie shop resided. It was a hot day and I was on my way to a nearby store when I spotted their sign and thought it was just what I needed. The young women working here were very efficient, cheerful, and interacted with customers in a friendly manner. I looked over the ice cream and mix-in choices and decided on a medium sized ('Love It") scoop of coffee ice cream with crumbled Heath Bar mixed in. Yes, the Heath Bar still exists; there is a cult of us that still like it. I watched as the spatulas slapped the ice cream mercilessly, combining the Heath Bar crumbles thoroughly within it. It was done in a couple minutes and I was out the door. There is no indoor seating but the food court has a lot of outdoor seating, most of it shaded. I sat and enjoyed the light, sweet flavor of the coffee ice cream and sweet toffee/chocolate crumbles mixed within. I prefer a deeper flavor of coffee ice cream but this was certainly still a delicious treat. Until recently the folks in Foothill Ranch only had a B&R for their ice cream so this is a welcome addition to the community.
