This place has no option for me to not give a tip. I don't mind tipping but they didn't greet me and I was the only one there. The workers r too busy on their phone to even notice that I came in. Didn't even give me a straw after making the tea. Didn't say a single word to me. I'm annoyed that I had to give a 15 percent tip for no service. I come here pretty often but the experience I had today was definitely the worst! The two girls working when I walked in were sitting looking super lazy, behind the counter on their phones. (which I don't mind but don't be rude when I walk in) also they obviously weren't busy if they were able to pull up chairs and take a seat to relax so how could they make my drink wrong? I'm usually not one to complain but this wasn't professional at all and if I were the owner I would be upset at the image they're putting out. read more

Had a really bad experience with the service at this location. As a regular customer, I come here often to support this store since it's in my neighborhood. I placed an order this time via Grubhub because the store would not pick up. Unfortunately, they had indicated the wrong boba choice for my drink. When I got there to pick it up, I noticed that the boba was not the right kind - 'crystal boba' instead of 'regular boba'. I explained to the person that boba choice was incorrect. She (Nguyen P or Truyen?) told me that since the order was placed through Grubhub, there was nothing she could do and that I should place my complaint with them. I didn't have the time put in a complaint nor did I want to do that. I was simply hoping she could add normal boba to my drink or make me a new one. I left the store very disappointed at the service and the way the cashier/worker was handling the situation - very rude and disregard for my simple comment/ask. I'm not coming back. read more

A new tea shop in the Foothill Ranch area! Was not expecting this at all, but pleasantly surprised by how good the tea is here. Modern chic looking interior. Clean and spacious enough to keep our distance from others while waiting for drinks. Walk-in ordering was fast and drinks came out relatively fast too. The way they make their tea reminds me of ComeBuyTea with their fancy steam pressure machines, etc. Menu has a lot of different options of teas (genmaicha, hojicha, Ceylon, oolong, etc.), lattes, milk teas, smoothies, and they even have Vietnamese coffee! One size cups - looks like 16oz? Price is very good for the quality of tea you get. Sugar and ice levels can be adjusted to taste and lots of different toppings to add. On this visit, I didn't want to get anything with caffeine so tried their blueberry tea with regular ice, regular sugar, and grass jelly. Husband got their strawberry smoothie. The blueberry tea was sweet so I'll probably will lower the sweetness next time, but flavor is great - very very fruity and the grass jelly was light and fresh. Didn't get to try the smoothie, but my husband said it was really good and he said this will now be our go-to tea shop - and he doesn't even like tea that much. Ha! read more

OMG the drinks are so delicious, the flavors are different from others. I have tried the matcha green milk tea and crème brulee milk tea, they both were so good! My favorite milk tea place!!! Took my co workers here and they all enjoyed and loved their drinks. I will definitely try the rest of the menu! People work there seem very nice and helpful. Looove this place! Finally a good boba spot nearby. Their drinks are consistent and the boba is always warm and chewy and the perfect consistency. They used to have the honeydew milk tea and slush, and it was yummmyyy! Recently had their Purple Potato Latte from their $2 menu and i am obsessed!. I came into Preso a couple days ago and had the best experience! This is my absolute favorite Boba place to go to because of all of the friendly staff and crew. I have come in multiple times and have been helped by Ariana. She is always so kind, talkative, and makes my drink great every time. Went in at busy time, all good. Several people waiting for their drinks to be made. There was no line at the register so I walked right up. Stood there for a couple minutes without any of the workers acknowledging me whatsoever. It was busy and they were all working on drinks, but the fact I was there several minutes and not a "we'll be with you shortly" or anything. Finally someone came and took my order, I paid, then sat down to wait for my 2 drinks. Waited about 10 minutes and still nothing. Our friends came in so they ordered then we chatted with them for another 15 minutes and then their orders were ready. So I went up to check on mine and he asked my name then assured they were still being made. Then a woman walked in, stood at register to order, waited at least 5 minutes and again not a single one of the 6 workers acknowledged her whatsoever, she got so frustrated and just walked out. Now its been 35 minutes and my 2 teas are still not ready. I walk up to check again bc several people who ordered after us had already gotten their drinks. They guy again asked my name then said ya its being made. Waited another 10 minutes (45 minutes in....for 2 drinks ) then went up and said told the guy I've been waiting 45 minutes and if my drinks aren't ready I'd just like a refund. He asked my name again, then this time he asked my order, then a couple minutes later he brings another guy over and they said they never got my order and they don't see it in the computer. They kept asking me my name and my order and to describe the person who took my order. Finally I said I just want a refund, obviously something fell through but the fact you told me 2 times already that it was being made when in fact it wasn't is a bummer. They just apologized then asked my order again and said it will be right out. So I sit down again, and I'm watching them make drink and drink that isn't mine and at this point I'm done, so I go to officially be a Karen and get my money back because by now its almost been an hour. The guy panics but then runs back with one of my drinks and then grabs the 2nd one. The drink was good, but overall service and experience for not just me but others too was awful. I can officially say that because of the service alone I will not be back and would certainly not recommend my friends to go either. read more
