I stopped in here on a Saturday with my husband for a late lunch. The interior is surprisingly spacious with plenty of seating, and there's a variety of tables, booths, and couches to choose from. The decor is very modern and trendy. You order by going to the counter at the back, and they'll give you a table number for when they bring your food to you when it's ready. The cashier and the servers were friendly and helpful. I ordered a honey ham panini (minus the cheese) and my husband had the salmon BLT panini. Both were excellent, and had fresh ingredients. For our sides, I had chips and my husband had a side salad. The chips are pre-packaged, but tasty. My husband enjoyed his salad, but found the bowl was tricky to eat out of due to its narrow shape. Given the how affordable the food was - about $25 total - we were very happy with our meal. We will definitely be back next time we want a quick and easy lunch. read more

The drink that I got was good. The children working the drive thru weren't. The girl that took my order and the guy that took my payment were too busy flirting with each other to go get my drink. Usually my drink is ready by the time I even get to the window(it's a super simple energy drink). I waited almost 10 minutes at the window. At one point, they looked over at me like they forgot that I even had a drink coming. When the guy handed it to me, I tried to say something about the wait but he quickly shut the window to go back to the girl. read more

Don't think my order has ever been right out of the handful of times I've come here. When you try to correct your order employees either have nasty attitude or can't understand you. Tall guy always wearing headset who i presume to be the manager is the worst of them, always has a terrible attitude and smug look. I am in general a fan of Pressed in Burlington and Boston so I was super stoked to have one closer to me! Lots of selections(which is always the hard part) and everything always tastes fresh. The Chelmsford location has a drive through option and bar menu with cocktails and bar bites(which so far has been fantastic!). I even had bites from my kids menu plates which are definitely just as delicious as the grown ups(pb and j, mac and cheese, salmon and rice). Finally, I was extremely impressed with how they handled their restroom dilemma given today's gender differences. Put an order through their site, ordered 2 sandwiches, when I went to pick up my order there was only 1 sandwich. 2 employees told me I must of ordered incorrectly, even though my Credit card was charged for both. Finally after 15 minute of trying to explain, the guy at the counter told me they were out of ingredients to make the other one. Not sure why this wasn't told me at the time of the order or written on the bag when I picked up my order. I tried to reach out twice, once by email , once by this site and nobody responded.
