Eggplant Parm quinoa bowl (sub quinoa for farro)

This Pressed Cafe location in Chelmsford is easily my favorite one. The spot is beautiful, clean, and super spacious compared to other locations I've been to. It has such a nice vibe whether you're eating in or grabbing food to go. Their portions are huge and the food is always fresh and delicious. My go-to is the eggplant parm bowl, and I love how accommodating they are with requests. The last time I ordered, I added a note asking to swap one grain for another and to include some extra hot sauce. A few minutes later, I actually got a call from an employee (I believe his name was Matt) just to confirm what I wrote. The fact that they called to check to make sure everything was to my liking was so incredibly kind. He was upbeat and friendly and made sure everything came out perfect. The service here is always VERY VERY FAST , the staff is great, and the food never disappoints. Definitely one of the best spots in Chelmsford. Sidenote, if you are a heat lover, their hot sauce is to die for.

How do these guys do it?!! The food is always fresh and delicious, the service is quick, and the staff is super friendly. The ambiance is lively yet cozy. It's our go-to spot for breakfast, lunch, or a coffee stop. Even when it's busy, everything runs smoothly and comes out fast -- consistently excellent!!!!

I've always loved pressed cafe but today really ruined it for me. First, we ordered an everything bagel, the man on the other end said "French toast bagel?" I repeated to him "everything bagel" and he heard correctly the second time and still put it in wrong. Secondly, we ordered balsamic vinegar instead of Caesar dressing with the salad, and if you look at the photo, it came with an oobleck consistency. Very disappointing and concerning.

Hitting up the various Pressed Cafes in the area and impressed with them all so far, this one included! They all have such unique styles and designs while keeping the overall vibe between locations. The Chelmsford spot has a nice outside seating area with a few umbrellas. The inside is very open. There is a bar to your left when you first walk in, then some high top-booth tables along the right wall, other tables throughout, and some other crafty seating locations. The order station is in the way back, with another seating area that looked super comfy. The front area in my opinion could use a tad bit more lighting, but it wasn't too dark. I think I tried something different than my usual (the pressed) and got an iced chai to drink. There was a slight mixup with how the order was added (didn't ask for name and we didn't get our number) but everything came out perfect and as expected. One thing to note - the restroom at this location is very unique -- in the way back left past the ordering area, you'll find an open back room. It is an open concept, if you will, where there is a communal mirror and sink in the middle. Along the border wall are various "rooms" that each have a toilet and sink. So it's gender neutral, no designated men's/women's. It was very clean and an interesting concept. I always recommend pressed cafe and suggest if you're in the area to check this one out!

Can always count on Pressed for an affordable tasty meal! SO MANY options to choose from on the menu. Every meal I've tried here is oozing with flavor and packed with quality ingredients. The portions are great too. Service is always fast and reliable. Every location I've been to is casual and has enough seating to dine in. I've ordered takeout only from this location, which offers a drive-thru. Will obviously keep coming to Pressed!

Food is great here. Before heading to work, I decided to order something small online. I ordered a small plain fries. As I drove up to the window. I was told to park in of the spots. 5 min lead to almost 20 min for an online order. 4 cars that came after me all got their food. No one came up and ask what I ordered or kept me updated.

I only recently discovered this place, which is a couple miles from my office. Thank God I didn't know about it, as I'd be 20 lbs heavier! Have not had a single thing I haven't LOVED: steak, egg and cheese burrito, blueberry scone, bagel, green salad, fruit salad, balsamic pasta salad, ham and bacon sandwich...deeLISCIOUS! The drive thru is the icing in the cake! Love this place.

As usual, Pressed has provided a quick, fresh hot meal. Everytime we are heading there I say to myself "try something different today" but as soon as I see the menu I go back to my favorite item-the vegan Jaffa salad. It is the best salad around this area! The kale and romaine mix is always fresh and crispy-no matter the season. The Jaffa salad includes tomatoes, cucumbers, pickles and chick peas; but the best part is the Matbukha which is like a fermented tomato sauce/salsa. It is delicious!!!! It is served with their house made schug-a spicy cilantro paste. The vegan option includes Impossible patties. My husband got the vegan red dragon bowl which is served with roasted tofu and includes fresh pineapple and mushrooms as well as sautéed kale. Everyone is always friendly there. The only downside from this visit was that it was chilly a bit no matter where we sat-we moved twice. We could not avoid the blowers. But I wouldn't let this stop me from coming. Next time extra layers!

Outside was super clean, and the inside had a really cool vibe and atmosphere. The menu was surprisingly extensive with lots of different options, especially if you want something other than a standard açaí base. They had mango, coconut, and several other base choices that made it feel a little more unique than most bowl places. The cashier was super friendly and helpful with recommendations. I ended up getting the seasonal Mermaid Mood Bowl. I wasn't a huge fan of the Nutella option on it, but they were very accommodating with substitutions and recommended swapping it out for peanut butter instead, which worked really well with the bowl. I do have to say, I agree with another review that the base is definitely icy/watery, kinda weird. Overall, pretty solid bowl for the price. Good portion size, fresh ingredients, and a nice balance overall. The Mermaid Mood Bowl was good for the most part, and overall this feels like a spot I'll come back to again 4.3/5

For the price I expect consistency between different chains. I've ate at playa all throughout college and this is the first bowl I've had that is so disappointing. It was extra sweet and the base is not how it usually is. Staff is nice though.

Also, the interior design feels strangely sophisticated, but still a nice atmosphere making the spot a fun place to eat and work nonetheless. As for the service, despite it being peak lunch time, it was fast, extremely helpful and friendly, and very caring. As soon as my order was taken, I know my food would be made with great precision. And I can say with absolutely certainty that it was!! I ordered their versatile BYO bowl with kale, quinoa, chicken, sweet potato, chickpeas, avocado, goat cheese, and tahini garlic dressing. Take notes if you need ideas for what to order because it was absolutely incredible!! I worry sometimes that the flavors won't work together well when creating my own dish as a result of ingredients conceptualized individually of one another, but dragonfly's ingredients are made so freshly and are so packed with flavor that this was not a problem at all! Also, their extensive menu from the BYO option to their premade bowls, salads, toasts, smoothies, breakfasts, and drinks ensures that there will be something for everyone no matter your dietary preferences or cravings!! I highly recommend giving this spot a try (just be prepared for a pricey bill). Other than that and the odd vibes, I would say this place is great for meeting with friends, having professional gatherings, or relaxing and getting work done on your own!
