First time we went here and it was good definitely want to go comeback to try the salad and ice cream a little pricey but over all good. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Salad bar taking in the small sized dish - you pay by weight.

This is a casual counter service place serving good food but whose highlight is the great salad bar. This is what salad bars were at the height of salad bars but with modern options. Best of all, you pay by the weight of your dish, so you only pay for how much you want AND you can take leftovers home. I had worried because I saw a few people online were complaining there salads were too expensive, but after paying for ours we realized these folk must have just got huge salads to be paying some of the prices they cited. The cost is $12.99 per pound (2 August 2024) and well worth it in my book. For me filling the smaller sized dish was plenty - the perfect meal size. Pushcart is in a strip mall and from the way they're set up it looks like they may have taken over two storefronts. The salad bar and soup station are in one "room" and the order counter and tables in the other. If you're getting the salad, you fill up a take-out style dish first and bring it to the counter to weigh. Same with soups, but those you pay for by container size rather than weight. You can buy other stuff like sandwiches at the counter and they looked very good though I stuck to my salad. Tables include high tops and regular tables, with three or four set up outside. Basic, but clean and bright. I only wish this place were closer.

Came specifically for the lobster roll with salad and water for the 23.49 price listed online and at menu when ordering in person. (see picture) Cashier said NO - its not included- so I had to pay an extra $2.50 for a water.... Then I waited over 15 minutes for it bc one worker girl was chatting away and didn't realize I was waiting for it? It literally sat for about 8 minutes. How is that acceptable when the place was steady busy? All tables were dirty so I was forced to eat in the car. Bummer about it all was the lobster roll with butter was great (a bit on the small side - maybe 4oz of meat) BUT the charcoal on the roll was questionable. (see picture). Be better Pushcart.

Food was ok. Unfortunately the salad bar had not so fresh ingredients and lettuce. The sub took 20 minutes for a simple meatball sub.

But on this day, I thought to myself, "Self, I really hate making that busy-as-hell left turn on South Broadway in Salem. What if we took a journey to the Andover location instead?" And so it was. I enter this cozy little restaurant carefully tucked against a slightly submerged parking garage. Although, I probably shouldn't say "little" because the interior was noticeably larger than its Salem counterpart. It's also noisy AF in there when it gets busier than a New York subway. So naturally, I ordered my usual to-go (a Country Classic with an extra egg and hashbrowns for those who don't know). Only it wasn't *quite* ready on time. Which, to be fair, is kind of a minor point. Thing is, they have to shout your name whenever your order is finally ready. This in and of itself can prove to be quite the challenge when bellowing atop the already roaring crowd of customers impeding the otherwise accessible pickup shelves. I'll do my best to describe the interior since I wasn't really able to take pictures. But try to imagine an L-shaped dining area with the longest part hosting a row of countertop seats facing the windows. Beyond that sits a rather modest dining area with a few more tables. Next to that sits the gender neutral restrooms. It's strange and cramp, particularly when the place is packed tighter than a sardine can. Sufficed to say, I'm not much a fan of the interior design here. Being the partial recluse that I am, I offer the following best practice for a place so riotous: mobile order that shiz, cuh! Seriously. I had to put in my noise cancelling earbuds to appease my misophonia. The good news is....the food is still awesome. The eggs? Creamier than crème fraîche. Taters? Eh, I don't why...but these seemed way more seasoned the very first time I tried them. Fortunately, they actually pair rather well with their refined version of ketchup. The bacon? Well...let's just say I wish it were served well done. Not sure if I'm able to request that. But I'll scope out my options next time and get back to you all. That's it though. Nice place, WAY easier to get to than its Salem counterpart, but a bit too cramp and noisy for my taste which means....I'll likely ever dine in here. It's all good though, because I'm still giving Crack'd Kitchen & Coffee in Andover 4 Country Classics with all the fixins out of 5.

Also, the interior design feels strangely sophisticated, but still a nice atmosphere making the spot a fun place to eat and work nonetheless. As for the service, despite it being peak lunch time, it was fast, extremely helpful and friendly, and very caring. As soon as my order was taken, I know my food would be made with great precision. And I can say with absolutely certainty that it was!! I ordered their versatile BYO bowl with kale, quinoa, chicken, sweet potato, chickpeas, avocado, goat cheese, and tahini garlic dressing. Take notes if you need ideas for what to order because it was absolutely incredible!! I worry sometimes that the flavors won't work together well when creating my own dish as a result of ingredients conceptualized individually of one another, but dragonfly's ingredients are made so freshly and are so packed with flavor that this was not a problem at all! Also, their extensive menu from the BYO option to their premade bowls, salads, toasts, smoothies, breakfasts, and drinks ensures that there will be something for everyone no matter your dietary preferences or cravings!! I highly recommend giving this spot a try (just be prepared for a pricey bill). Other than that and the odd vibes, I would say this place is great for meeting with friends, having professional gatherings, or relaxing and getting work done on your own!

The corned beef is large chunks, not small diced pieces found in most commercial and canned hash. The potatoes, peppers, and onions gave a nice texture and flavor. I had it topped with two over medium eggs which were perfectly cooked. As I was eyeing the French toast, he gave me a single piece which included their fruit infused whipped cream and was really, really good! That might be my entree next time. My friend got the crepes and her face was doing happy expressions while she was eating. My new best friend Maria kept my coffee mug full-she visited the table frequently to make sure my mug never got low nor cold. She also took care to clean the table promptly as plates were finished. Now if my kids could learn that... oh wait, this is a diner review. The ambiance is cute and chic. There was easy access to accommodate wheel chairs and they have their menu clearly marked for gluten free available and vegan options (most of the menu). The menu is on the fancier side; they will prepare whatever someone wants (e.g. if someone just wants 2 eggs and bacon, they can easily do that). The location is on Main St. so parking is hit or miss. If you are nearby and want something good, this is a good option!
