I rarely give 1 star reviews but I have to for the service I just received. I want to preface this and say that I LOVE Pressed Juicery. I frequented this place all the time while living in NY and have also been to the Laguna Niguel and Spectrum location many times. First off, I received a coupon QR code for a $2 freeze like another customer did in the reviews and wanted to redeem it. I was in the Tustin area and using the "Find a Location" link on the coupon email itself, I found this exact Tustin location. If the link leads me to this address, I'm going to assume that you accept this coupon. If not, why would the website list this location? So anyway, I come here, order a freeze. The guy who is taking my order is new and training. The guy behind me asked him how much a freeze was and he didn't know. That's how new he was. I watched him make my freeze which was one half vanilla and one half chocolate. He barely put any in the cup and it was SO sad looking. Like literally barely in the cup. He then seriously puts about 3 dots of cacao drizzle. I had to ask for more. I didn't want to be that annoying customer, but it was a terribly made freeze. I get to the register only to find my coupon isn't accepted. So I pay regular price--$6 for a half filled cup. It literally melted in a a second and was about 2 bites of each flavor. So I don't get to use my coupon AND get shorted in the amount of my freeze. Of course I'm not happy. Compare my picture to the other ones and you'll see what I mean. I'm more concerned about how there wasn't anyone watching over their trainees to tell them they were doing a terrible job! I really hate paying for something and not getting my money's worth. Pressed is my favorite healthy alternative to ice cream! Try the freeze!! The juices are great grab and Go items too.

This is a great new addition to the District in Tustin, I am OBSESSED with their activated charcoal water. It tastes so fresh and clean, I could drink a gallon of it a day were it not for price tag of $6+ a bottle. Service is great, very helpful and generous with samples which I recommend before you buy as some drinks are not for every palate. Any of the orange drinks will be sweeter, the green ones much less so. You instantly feel better after their juices which keeps me coming back when I want to detox. read more

I'm a huge fan of Pressed Juicery but this location is understaffed. Compared to the nearby Newport Beach and Irvine locations, this Irvine/Tustin location needs to work on hiring more people or training them to handle a crowd. I mean, at least acknowledge that we're waiting in line. Smh. Furthermore, the weird thing with this location is they don't even have a menu. I mean, I know what I want when I go to Pressed Juicery, but I can't imagine how annoying it must be for a first-timer. In short, I'm disappointed with this location. I appreciate when a manager/owner responds to or acknowledges an issue. I still feel that the store should have at least one other person on hand to accommodate a mad rush. My suggestion: simply displaying a "we're out of mermaid juice" sign would have helped. Pretty disappointed in this location so far. First time coming to this location, the employee was 25 minutes late as another patron and myself waited. When he arrived, no attempt at an apology, just claimed there was a scheduling issue and that was as fast as he could get there. No menu on the wall like at the other locations. There was a pamphlet on the counter available with the cleanses. The payment screen was distorted, he claimed the magnet from the sign was the cause. When I suggested moving the sign, he said "that's where they wanted it". Customer service was very lacking. He did not explain anything or comment on any specials. Very "whatever" attitude. Pro: convenience. Compared to some other local locations, this one is much more accessible. Parking directly in front of the store as opposed to having to park in a lot and walk through a shopping center. Located next to Target. For a new location, I am surprised they are not more on their game. Bad way to start! Get it together Pressed Tustin, you have a lot of potential! read more

Sometimes I get great customer service and the worker knows exactly what they're doing and sometimes I get someone who seems to be in like la la land. 4.5 stars. Even though Pressed is a juicery, I've only tried their freeze, which is awesome. I never thought frozen yogurt without any dairy could be so delicious, let alone made! Because this location just opened, they were having a $2 freeze promotion. The size 1 is normally $5.95 and that doesn't even include toppings so $2 for the same thing with 3 toppings was super worth it. I got the chocolate almond freeze with dark chocolate chips, strawberries, and chocolate drizzle. It was seriously so good. I'm so glad I stopped by when I was in the area (on the Target side of the Tustin District). Unfortunately, the promotion ended earlier this week, but it was so good that I could see myself coming back. It's a bit on the pricey side (hence the half star deduction), but I was really impressed by how tasty and healthy it was that it's probably worth the splurge every once in awhile. read more

I finally got the chance to try their freeze here! It wasn't exactly what I expected, but it wasn't bad either. The flavor was okay partly because it's Pressed Juicery and it needs to taste on the healthier side - I appreciated this because there was no sugary aftertaste and sugar high (like normal ice cream). Did I mention it was diary free? I didn't like how the freeze wasn't smooth and melted pretty quickly :( even though I got it at night time. It's worth a try if you like their drinks! - Chlorophyll H2O: tasted like cucumber infused water to me, but on the bright side it's good for your skin! Also heard that it balances out the acidity in your body - always a plus - Aloe H2O: this also tasted like cucumber infused water to me too (not sure why!). - Citrus 2: (Apple, lemon, mint, pineapple) I really loved how this tasted more on the fruity side, but I could have done with less mint. The mint taste was overwhelming compared to the others Overall, I felt refreshed and energized after finishing all my drinks. I love the transparency and health oriented goals of Pressed Juicery. I was so excited they opened a store in the district! It's right next to Aloha Hawaiian BBQ and Subway and is a really small store so it can easily pass the eye when driving by haha. Came in around 7pm on a Wed night and there was just 3 people in front of us. The store is small, but really clean and tidy just like all Pressed locations. There were two associates working and both were extremely welcoming and friendly as they helped my friend and I with multiple samples. Unfortunately their matcha freeze flavor was frozen so we couldn't choose that so that's the only reason why I'm taking off a star- but besides that, the chocolate and vanilla almond that I got was delicious as expected! Overall, it was a quick yet pleasant visit and I most likely will start becoming a regular here too haha. *There's currently a $2 promotion deal for the size 1 cup (with 3 free toppings!) so take advantage of that until it ends! read more

Honestly, extremely horrible service. I got an açaí bowl size 1. I was charged before the bowl was even made. I wasn't asked if I wanted toppings or anything else on my bowl. So after I paid, I asked If I could have toppings (since I wasn't even asked). The girl (who wasn't wearing a name tag) told me that next time, it's a $.50 charge. She said she likes to charge first, and told me that she gives toppings away for free! (When she literally told me seconds ago it's a .50 cent charge for next time) I think that was a reply to save herself because that doesn't sound right. The first time I went to Pressed juicery was at the Spectrum in Irvine. I am so excited they opened a store in the Tustin District. Went there today as I am currently going through a detox/fast. I asked the cashier for some assistance on selecting the right juices for my fast and she was very helpful and made the appropriate suggestions. I took home a bundle of juices along with a shot of energy. Thank you to the lovely lady who assisted. I will be back since they also serve yogurt and I cannot wait to have some. I really enjoy Pressed Juicery primarily because of the fact that I can curb my ice cream cravings with their freezes without feeling like I've totally messed up my diet for the day. The employees are also super helpful in letting you sample any of the juices or freezes and in giving suggestions on toppings (shout out to Angela who served us today and was so kind and helpful!) My favorite freeze flavors would have to be the vanilla almond (which I know sounds boring, but give it a try because I'm not normally a vanilla person, but this was SO GOOD!) and the matcha! I always top it off with sliced almonds, blueberries, & strawberries. I'll add a little honey or pink himalayan salt if I'm feeling wild. I do find it pretty annoying that there are no indoor tables at this location, but my biggest complaint with this place would have to be the price point (which is why I took off one star). For a freeze with toppings it comes out to $6-$8 depending on whether you order the size 1 or 2. This seems like a lot to be spending on a cup of soft serve.... Honestly though, this probably won't stop me from coming back because it tastes amazing and I feel semi-healthy while eating it which is more than I can say for most ice cream places. read more

Normally a great place and I've been here 60ish times (a bit much, I know) over the last two years. But the last time I came the employee was pretty rude (unusual) and the freeze tasted bitter/spoiled. The guy sitting there seemed pissed that I walked in, stared at me for a few seconds before finally asking what I wanted. Dude was rude throughout the whole transaction. That alone would warrant this review, but for the first time ever the pressed freeze itself tasted awful. It was super bitter and had a really odd after taste. If it was my first time here I'd give it 1 star, but since every other time they've been great I couldn't really give anything less than a 3. I hate to even leave a 3 since the staff and freeze are normally so great, but this was just a terrible experience. read more

This place is honestly quite disappointing. A friend who used to work here mentioned the freshness of the strawberries and blueberries and cleanliness of the bowl station, but it's hard to ignore the flies buzzing around that eventually make into the bowls. Management appears indifferent to addressing this issue, as well as the spills on the floor that customers and employees have pointed out. And by the look of all employee shoes, none of them are wearing non-slips, which is just a lawsuit, waiting to happen. They claim that fixing certain things, like refrigerators, would impact the managers' bonuses, which isn't reassuring. Customer service is abysmal; most employees seem more interested in gossiping about customers than providing any real assistance. On top of all this, they have samples at the door, exposed to the sun, raising concerns about plastic leaching into the juices. While the Juicery as a company might have a good reputation, this particular store falls far short of representing that positively. read more

I never really get juices at Pressed Juicery, but I always get dessert there. The "ice cream" here is so good and also somewhat healthy. Personally after eating ice cream I always get a little guilty and honestly don't feel the very best. With the soft serve here it's a lot lighter and simply better for you. The mango is super good,the coconut is weirdly clear but also good, my favorite has always been chocolate. The chocolate is always my favorite and my go too! This location is a favorite for me and my daughter. We hadn't been in several months and went in to order our favorite size 2 Freeze. They no longer served chocolate...the first disappointment. Then the young woman behind the counter seemed to be new and she was all alone. I ordered one flavor and there was a huge hole in the middle of the serving rather than filling the cup as usual. My daughter had two flavors. Both of our servings were at least 1/3 smaller than the usual size 2 serving which normally rises well above the top of the cup. To top it off, we paid $17 for two servings-$8.50 each for less product! We were very disappointed. read more

Checked out that store as everyone in my office was talking about it. Staff was very friendly and since it was my first time there, got me a chance to try out a bunch of samples. For that 5 stars! They offer different prices: one for member and another one for non-member. The juice itself. I tried the vanilla almond and cocoa almond signature drinks - both juice and blended style. I got the frozen vanilla almond ($7.5) with some fruits as toppings. I honestly didn't like it. Yes it is vegan and had a bunch of products that are good for you, but the taste was super weird, so was just not that impressed. This place is great for people who like untraditional smoothies and drinks and has a ton of vegan options (actually everything is vegan!!). There is ample amount of free parking since it shares a private parking lot with several other business. Not that many people go to this location so there is hardly any line. Its a small store, there is no inside seating option available; however, there are bunch of seats outside the store. Everyone that works here are super nice, very helpful and always smiling. Its kept pretty neat and organized as well. My usual go-to order is: Strawberry Freeze with three toppings [cacao drizzle, blueberries and shredded coconut]. I love how all the ingredients are REAL ingredients with no added sugar, don't feel guilty getting a larger size at all. Pretty reasonable price in regards to the proportion as well as the clean ingredients. I have tried their $20 combo which includes: 3 freeze or juices [Citrus 2 is my favorite juice] and 3 shots. I would like to try their Juice Cleanse next. Also, don't forget to sign up for the rewards [its free!] because on your birthday you receive a free juice or freeze! Amazing fresh juices. I was skeptic at first but I found out it was hard not to love this place. They have all types of juices ranging from low calorie greens to filling and satisfying almond milk smoothie type juices. They also have frozen treats that are tasty as well.
