This was our first time eating here. When my husband and I walked inside, we were pleasantly greeted and then immediately seated. The restaurant was somewhat busy. We placed our order of double cheese burgers which comes with fries AND for only $9.00! We've easily paid twice as much for burgers elsewhere and not always as good. The burgers were amazing. The beef was delicious and juicy and had a bit of a char/crisp around the edges. The bun was fresh and soft. It comes with their sauce on the bun and was just the right amount. If you want to add tomato or lettuce it is extra, but the burger doesn't need them. The fries were served piping hot which does not often happen at burger places. The service was excellent and friendly. Our water glasses were refilled a couple times without asking, and we were checked on during the meal. We couldn't have asked for better. We will definitely return as it's a wonderful neighborhood restaurant. read more

Everything is great ! The food - the service- the ambiance. We had 3 different items, the classic smash burger, the bbq burgers which comes with 2 crispy onion rings, some jalapeño , cheese and bbq sauce on it ! And we also had a corned beef sandwich. The burgers all come with the option to have a single or a double. We had the singles and it was the perfect amount to fill us up without feeling stuffed. The fries were perfectly crispy and the mozzarella sticks were a huge order (maybe 8 of them) and nice and gooey on the inside. My son had a milkshake and said it was one of the best he's had (& he gets one any chance he can at anyplace that has them). Service was fast and very polite. The prices are evenly matched with the quality of food and worth every penny . We rode our scooters over for a quick meal and cannot wait to go back and try more ! read more

Really wanted this place to be good, but sadly, it's not even close. The interior was redone and looked nice except for the halogen light that hangs over the table just above eye level, which causes it to shine directly in your eyes if you are looking across the table. The server was on her phone and couldn't have been less interested in us in the dining room, of which we were the only people in the whole place. Our burgers were sad at best. The buns were flat, the burger was so small, I wanted to shout "Where's the Beef!" The they use cheap onions that are bitter and American Cheese that is disgusting, it never even melted, it just sat there sweating oil. Our fries were good, hence the one star. Otherwise it would have been 0 stars, if that were possible. $3.50 for a soda is just plain robbery. There are way better places to get a much better burger at much better prices. read more

My wife and I hit Pressed Burgers in Rohnert Park hoping for a decent burger night, but we got a culinary catastrophe that left us questioning our sanity. The lighting was nice, but it only highlighted the tragedy on our plates. We ordered the Classic Burger and the Western Burger, plus a fry order we subbed for tater tots. The Classic Burger arrived with two hairs woven into the patty like a grim surprise, and the bun was so bland it could've been a cardboard cutout masquerading as bread--zero flavor, zero soul. The patty was a dry, overcooked abomination that insulted every cow in existence. The Western Burger was a flavorless slog--BBQ sauce that tasted like bottled regret slathered on a patty that gave up before it hit the grill. The tater tots were a greasy disaster. The cheese wasn't melted, just plopped on cold and congealed, like it was daring us to choke it down. They tasted like they'd been fried in oil that's been through more wars than Rohnert Park itself. Our waitress did her best with this pathetic menu, but nothing could save this meal. Pressed Burgers, you're a one-star monument to misery. In Rohnert Park? My girl n I went here 10-11-24, inside was beautiful. I ordered a classic double burger was mediocre, it lacked flavor. I ordered onion rings which when they arrived were cold. Our waitress was the most amazing, I wish I could say the same for the rest... however the lady whom I'm assuming is the owner constantly stared at my girl and I. At first I thought I was just trippin.. until my girl asked me if I had noticed how she constantly kept staring at us. It was really uncomfortable. At one point she was talking to other waitresses n was pointing at our table. Just weird. Her constant gaze was just unsettling. I enjoy this dive shopping center because there is always parking right in front. We were greeted by a nice woman when we entered and she sat us. We asked what she recommended and she was very friendly. We ordered a double burger and loaded tots. They were even able to make an adjustment to the sauces on the tots which was appreciated. The tots were a little overcooked, but the sauce and chicken on top were very flavorful. Burger needed two patties for sure, and a little bland. Place was clean, new, and well taken care of. However we were greeted by the gal up front and took our seats. Place was super clean and bright. We ordered the BBQ burger, BLT and the nacho fries to split. Let me just say! It was all delicious! Hot and fresh! Our server was attentive and really sweet. As soon as we received our food, high school was out and kids started to pour in! Very popular spot! This was mine and my family's first time at pressed. We went to eat around 7pm. We ordered the fried chicken sandwich, the philadalphia burger, a burger with everything on the side for my daughter, chili fries, side of fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks. as soon as our waitress put in the order and the ticket printed the chef was shaking his head, using foul language, and was irritated, and because this kitchen is open in the dining room, we herd him including my kids. He called her over and told her this won't be ready right away these are all fried items it's going to take a bit, she asked how long and he said 15 minutes. She came to tell me and I told her I herd him it's no problelm. My partner ththen proceeded to tell her that how the chef acted was not acceptable and that we could take our business elsewhere if what we ordered was a problem. The waitress said it is not a problem and went to speak to one of the men cooking. This man thought he was the problem came out and apologized but it was not him and my partner explained that to him. Other than that first 10 minutes there out food was delicious. The burgers and the fried were great chili has alot of flavor. The waitress was very accommodating in making our experience better and was very knowledgeable about the food and business. I definetly recommend the philadalphia burger when you go. I would also like to ask the owner to consider a kids menu, even if it's simple because the chef was very upset about all the red underneath the burger on the ticket for removing things it would be alot easier if there was just a plain burger and cheeseburger for kids. read more

What a hidden gem ! The Philadelphia burger was delicious, the sauce perfectly complemented the beef and peppers. Pastrami sandwich was juicy and the meat very tender. Good food and prices are decent. Inside is new and clean. Giving 3 stars for service, we have eaten inside once and gotten takeout twice. Every time our order is messed up or missing part of it. Our last order was given to a door dash driver who then brought it back- and then we were given half of it fresh and the other half of what was returned, which left half of our meal cold. We will give it some more time before we go back since they just opened, but I hope they get their act together. read more

First time going to pressed. I ordered a pizza a few weeks ago from mountain mikes. Noticed a new restaurant. So I wanted to try it out today. So i put in a order for pick up. When i walked in i noticed it was nice and clean. It looked slow. as in not busy. It took them a minute to notice i was in need of service. Not very inviting, the vibe was off. The greeter was helping some one in front of me. She fixed her hair, grab the order, and abruptly shoved him off on his way, geez what kind of service is that lol. They can do better. But The burgers were flavorless and the loaded fries was something i could do at home on the late night munchies tip. And no uber eats money $$lol. Smash burgers I've had and like, all had a in-house special made sauce. That complimented the burger. This was just a plain flavorless burgers priced way to expensive. Next time i crave a burger i will go to in n out instead, even McDonald's would have been way better. And less damage to my wallet. I will never go back. To many other burger places that deserve my hard earned money. And they do way better food, with friendlier genuine service. As excited as we were to try this new restaurant, I feel like the only word I have for it is... meh. I really wanted to like it. The ambiance is great! They did a remodel and appearance wise, it's really nice. Fancy glasses, cloth napkins, bright lighting. It feels good being in there. Unfortunately, their ventilation system is not fantastic. The kitchen is in the middle of the restaurant and when it got smokey, the smoke filled the entire restaurant. Service - not so great. Now, the restaurant is new, so I understand there is a learning curve. Our waitress didn't know the menu, couldn't answer our questions, and even gave us the wrong bill at the end of the night. She wasn't attentive to our table and it was fairly quiet that night. Wasn't impressed. Now to the food. If you're going to do a burger, get a double. The single isn't worth it. The patty was so thin I couldn't even tell it was on the bun when it was first brought to the table. The grilled cheese we got for our daughter came last and it wasn't even cooked all the way. They used Swiss and cheddar, which, I don't know any kids who like Swiss cheese, but the cheese wasn't even melted. It came to the table cold. The French fries are listed on the menu as "crispy". That they are not. And if you want a dipping sauce other than ketchup or mustard, it's a $.75 charge for the tiniest little cup. Overall, it wasn't the worse dining experience, but not worth going back. The only reason we wanted to go back was to try one of their nacho fry dishes - but for $13, the serving size was definitely not worth it. read more

Unfortunately mid way through our meal what looks to have possibly been an owner came in and changed the channel on both TV's to Fox News! On a Sunday night when there's football on right now!
