BAD BUSINESS Horrible Experience!!!! Don't trust this place. I was in need of some altering on a dress I needed quick. I called before going and the guy assured me that he would be able to help me and have it ready by Friday. I went in, he took my dress and said it would be ready by Friday at 1pm. I get there on Friday at 1pm and the man (I think he's the owner, the one with the messy pony tail) automatically blames someone else. He says that the lady who took my dress to fix it, confused him and so he told her he didn't need it until Saturday. So now my dress is not even at that location and I needed to be at my event at 2:30pm. He called the lady and asked her to bring it, he was rude to her too, she wasn't able to bring it so he said he would pickup my dress from whenever it was and call me when he was back. I left so upset! And by this time is was about 1:30pm. I had to go buy another dress to wear to my event. The man called me at 2:10pm to go back and pickup my dress....like really??! Horrible business, horrible customer service. I picked up my unaltered dress a couple days later and all be could say was sorry. I still can't believe the owner of this business tired to blame someone else for his Mess Up! So UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Save yourself a headache and avoid this place!!! read more

Abu helped us with alterations for my daughter's upcoming wedding, and his customer service is excellent. He took in several seams on my mother-of-the-bride dress, as well as my grandson's ring bearer suit. His turnaround was quick, his prices were reasonable, and when my daughter brought her bridesmaid's dress in, instead of giving her a service she didn't need, he assured her it was perfectly fitted already (it was). I appreciate and support him as a small businessman acting with integrity. We have also used him for dry cleaning, and are very pleased. We probably have 15-20 other options for alterations and dry cleaning that are closer, but he is worth driving farther. I am a new loyal customer. read more

Came here in Dec 2021. I used their fluff and fold service which at the time was 2 dollars per lb. I brought in about 70 lbs. of clothes to be washed and folded. I was greeted by a male who was very kind and allowed me to pay once I picked up my clothes stating that he likes to make sure his customers are satisfied with their service before paying. I thought that was cool and showed how they pride themselves on doing a good job. I came and picked up my clothes the next day and that same man greeted me. He had separated all of my family's clothes and had everything neatly organized in separate bags. He offered to place all of the heavy bags of clothes in the car for me as well. Everything in the bags was cleaned properly and I even notice that they went through the trouble of matching all of my family's socks and grouping together our underwear. I can tell they took their time with my clothing and I had no missing items. I will be using this service again in the future when I don't have the time to do my laundry. Money well spent! read more

Super friendly staff and the best prices!!! I recommend this place to anyone! I called around to a lot of different cleaners asking how much it would cost to fix the zipper on my jeans. This place not only quoted me the lowest price ($10) but the guy on the phone was very friendly! I didn't ask for the jeans to be dry cleaned or anything, but i swear they did clean them a little since they looked a lot nicer and i was still only charged the $10. Had a great experience with this place. Had to get a bridesmaids dress hemmed, David's bridal wanted to charge me 60$ minimum. Let's just say this place was significantly less then David's!! I saw all the good reviews about this place so I decided to give it a shot. Took my work uniforms in to get fixed and pressed . They told me they would be done in about a week. Best place ever for wedding dress. Had mine in closet for last 10 years looking dingy and stretched from hanger. We are greeted with a smile and hello every time we come in. No matter what we have had cleaned it has been cleaned professionally and quickly.
