Both times this guys flys off the handle in communications with my team during the process and the 2nd time he just disappeared after that. We sent him a text and he said he was going on vacation for 2 weeks. I texted again after 2 other appraisers were busy and said hey we have time on this one so can you do this when you get back and he said yes. I sent him al of the preliminary information the same day via email then followed up the very next day with the official order that came from my assistant. 2 days before the due date we send an email checking on the status and he send this communication copied directly from his email: You guys have blown my phone up over this deal for a month, even during my vacation, but still haven't provided an engagement letter that matches the contract, and haven't provided the repair estimate. In fact, everything I've been provided is conflicting information. Yet you expect a report in 2 days? Reassign this file to another appraiser, I don't operate like this! We sent a follow up email asking if he received the actual order or my preliminary and crickets.... he never responded. I saved all of the emails and texts for proof that we didn't blow up his phone for a month - I sent 3 or 4 text in normal communication to lock down the order.

Mike seemed to be very upset when asked about them. He was a very unpleasant person to deal with and seemed to blame any issue on someone else. I was warned not you use them but went against my better judgement. So glad to be finished with this "company"
