Have come to Prestige 3-4 times to have my car serviced in the past couple of years and am always impressed with the first-class customer service! Most recently I had to have my taillight replaced. I was quoted ~$400 for the part and $100 per hour for the labor. I was able to pre-purchase the part since they had it in store and they kept it/stored the part until I was able to make a service appointment. After they replaced the light (and washed my car), I tried to pay for the labor and they said they weren't going to charge me! What a pleasant surprise! This was just one instance of them going above and beyond. They will even drive you or pay for your Lyft if you need to leave your car for an extended period of time. Everyone working in the Service department is super friendly and helpful. If you have an Audi or Porsche, take it to Prestige. They will take great care of you! read more

I took my vehicle here for a recall, I get the car back with a busted window. Nothing about a busted window in their multi point inspection. Window was fine before I brought it in. The slime that manages this place claims that the window was busted before it came in, it wasn't even their own cameras show it. They give the car back to me with the window rolled down, for numerous days through rain and elements. Car was run through by drug addicts. The scum that runs this place points to a small speck on the window and claims that I actually wedged my window closed before I brought it in. Completely false.....even if that were true, where is the wedge? Why am I not getting the wedge back at a minimum? Clowns, literally lie to your face to avoid accountability. Had an extremely poor experience in the parts department and this review is being left due to that experience. It feels like prestige has continued to hike prices up, and you'll be paying top dollar for parts here. The parts staff were rude and unhelpful. Normally they match prices that are on Audi Parts USA, but they basically told me to go f*** myself so I went elsewhere and saved roughly $1500 at Audi Flatirons. I also normally can pay with my credit card number over the phone or in person, I've done this many times in the past. This last time I was informed after roughly 20 minutes of figuring out the parts I needed that they would not take the card number, I needed to physically bring it, so I told the parts guy I needed to go elsewhere then and asked for the part numbers and he told me "you can figure it out yourself". I've never had such a rude person help me before, and have never had such a negative experience at a dealer. I've had a lot of good experiences at prestige but due to this one parts employee who I have had repeated negative experiences with, I will not be returning to this dealership ever again and I recommend you avoid them as well. read more

This place is a scam my advisor was Matthew here's what happened: I brought my car in because I was hearing weird noises from my front end/engine and my oil pressure notification had came on along with the check engine light (my car has been burning up oil faster than usual) when I brought it in they said it would be ready later on in the day but ended up keeping my car overnight because they couldn't figure out a problem from what Matthew said they wanted to make sure the engine light went off. I called the next day and hour before closing time because they never called me for an update. When I picked up my car Matthew said they filled up my car with oil and they had test drove it multiple times and found that nothing was wrong and the check engine light was off. They charged me $300 to refill my oil and didn't diagnose any other issues, Mathew stated "I have to make sure my technician gets paid" When I drove away I still was hearing weird noises coming from my front end and called back a couple days later about the noise once I realized it was coming from the front tire. I brought my car back in and Matthew informed me that I had a bad bearing (how they didn't notice that when they test drove it multiple times is beyond me) he told me that they didn't have the part in stock and that I would have to re-schedule an appointment. I went and had the bearing fixed the same day at another shop($400) for less than half the price of prestige Audi ($1600). Mathew called me back 7 days later telling me they had the part in stock..... now you tell me why would I ever go back there? I felt like they were waiting for me to have a bigger issue to pay for. I feel like he insulted my intelligence, like I was an easy person to up-charge. Edited: They were definitely aware of the noise that I had mentioned coming from the engine/front end whether they put it in the paperwork or not I told Matthew the experience I was having with my car. I even gave him examples of what I thought what was happening like maybe something with the driveshaft or the seals on my piston rings and he acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. read more

Shady, incompetent liars -- I was going to buy a used Lexus they have. I took this car for two test drives to make sure EVERYTHING worked. Lo and behold the parking sensors don't work. Not a big deal, we made a deal for an agreed price about $1200 off and they would fix the sensors. The poor salesman's eyes lit up when I said I would sign that very moment. The sales manager did not accept the offer, and said they would pay for Lexus to fix the parking sensors (which according to Lexus had been damaged by a rock.) I get a text saying that the repair is $1500, so they can't fix the car and give a discount. When I asked the Lexus dealer, they were HONEST and said the Audi dealer gets wholesale pricing so the repair is just over $1000. When I came in today, made my final offer, and asked this salesman how much the repair was, he lied and said $1500 again. When I told him the actual cost (the service advisor at Lexus told me) he looked like a deer in headlights and got super defensive. I walked away from this deal -- they either knew the car had malfunctioning parking sensors or when they took this car on trade-in they didn't bother to check it. They also replaced the windshield with some Chinese aftermarket windshield that I would have had to pay $1800 to get factory glass from Lexus. All in all, this dealer is trash. Go to Lexus of Greenwood Village, they are competent, honest and their building is SO much nicer. Shame on you guys. Your profit margin is not my problem when you don't bother to check a car you took on trade -- or more likely, you knew and just lied. Shame, shame, shame! read more

"Working with me" is defined in their eyes as giving me a quote to pay to have my hood re-painted and this time it will "last me the lifetime of my vehicle". But why hasn't the last paint job you did lasted me the lifetime of the vehicle like you said it would? And why won't you stand behind your word after it has failed within this short of a time? You say I bought this vehicle "as-is", and I did- it looked perfect with a perfectly white glossy hood- but IT DIDNT LAST! IT IS NOW YELLOW. And now you won't stand behind your word or workmanship. Every single other surface of my vehicle is perfectly white and glossy, except what your shop 'repaired'. What good are your 'warranties' if you don't honor them? And as for the quote- basically the same price as the Audi-certified auto body shop I took it to for a quote. You LITERALLY SCAMMED ME- told me the car was fixed to Audi standards- but it wasn't. If your standard is to do whatever it takes to make the car look good to sell- fully knowing it won't last and the new owner will be in the body shop within 5 years- then your potential customers should know that this is the integrity with which you operate. read more

They provided me a Loaner vehicle while the service was being completed and the check-in process was quick and thorough, The Service manager greeted me, told me it would be completed by end of day unless they found any other issues during the inspection and I was on my way. Remember the days when Audi gave you a courtesy car at the service center? Then it was reduced to a driver taking you home. Then it was reduced to calling an Uber for you. Now that have a courtesy shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. Apparently the service advisors don't want to hear your complaints so they transfer you to the GM. Of course, the sticker price on the cars are through the roof but services are reduced. Is this the same with all premium brands or is Audi the only one getting full of themselves? I keep thinking it's time to change brands (BMR, Mercedes) but wonder about their view of the customer. read more

Finally left a message for the boss at Prestige who eventually called me back saying they are short staffed. Why? As expensive as their cars are, maybe they should beef up their customer service. I purchased my Audi from a different dealership prior to relocating to Denver. I took my vehicle into Prestige Audi for what I thought was an oil change & a tire pressure issue, which unfortunately turned into something much larger. Of course at first, I was skeptical, but they not only sent me a video of the maintenance services completed to my car, but they also showed me their concerns while my car was on the lift. I was pleasantly surprised at how they explained & showed me the issues, paid for an Uber ride home since my vehicle was unsafe to drive & was even able to fix the issue under warranty which I was expecting to be $$$. No one likes doing maintenance or fixing their vehicle, but this place will do quality work, act with the utmost integrity, and they believe in treating customers right. I will be a forever customer of Audi Prestige & cannot recommend them enough. It feels great to know I can count on them to take care of my vehicle needs! I had a warranty interior trim place that needed replaced, I was never called when part came in, left messages, never called back. Another time brought car in for computer issues, was told had to leave overnight which was a total inconvenience and then had to call them late the next day when I never heard from them to find out the status. I was told car was ready a only required a reset of computer that took 5 minutes. Horrible customer service. read more

Horrible experience at Prestige today. I went in for an oil change and received their multi point inspection video before getting my car back. In the video, Eli the "certified tech"recommends replacing the upper arm brushings on the front end of the car for each tire. He says "they are torn, need to be replaced and he will add them to the quote for repair". I had Cory, the service advisor, print out the work that needs to be done. The price quoted for this repair is $1456. I had taken my car into Prestige in March of 2024 for repairs and the upper arm brushings sounded familiar so I went to my car to look at the receipt from March 2024. I then compared the receipt from March to the current repair recommendations. I had already replaced the upper arm brushings on the front end this past March at Prestige for $1462.85. I went back inside to find out what is going on as it appears the work that I paid for was not done in March as tech Eli is recommending the work again. A different tech, that was not in the video, tried to tell me that it's their computer system and that Eli accidentally added this repair because in the computer system the selection for the upper arm brushings is right next to selecting the service for the oil change. So, Eli "accidentally" added a repair for $1456.99 as needs immediate attention to my quote. However, this tech tells me that I don't need the upper control arm bushings repaired as they are in good shape. I asked him "why did Eli recommend the repair and why would Eli say in the video that they are torn?" He couldn't answer this question. Cory said he didn't see the video. Cory said that Eli saw in my records that I had declined the work at my past oil change in 2023 and so he was recommending it again. If he can see that I declined the repair in 2023 he would also see that I recently had the repair done and paid for the repair at Prestige. The bottom line is Eli recommended the repair in the video and then another tech is trying to blame the computer system for the repair recommendation. Prestige, you were caught in a lie and you scammed me out of $1462.85 this past March. I will not be back! read more

Run, do not walk, run away from Prestige, and Audi in general. We leased a Q7, and before we even hit 10,000 miles, the vehicle needed new tires and brakes. First they said it was because of the way we drove, and living in the mountains, then after I researched it on like, it turned out to be the weight of the vehicle and Audi tires that are too soft for the car on. When I asked the dealership about it, then they said, "yeah, this is normal for a Q7". So basically you can expect to add multiple tire changes and brake jobs to your lease price. If you are lucky and put harder tires on, you might get 12k miles. Then came the end of lease. We went to lease another Q7 and they said "we will give you a great deal" - this was going to be our third vehicle through them. So they came back with a piece of paper that was basically the same deal you could get on Audi's website, nothing great about it. Then we turned in the leased vehicle, and the only issue was a crack in the plastic of a tail light. $240. Then a fee to return the car. $350. I called Audi, and they asked if we were going to purchase another Audi, and I said I didn't think so, and they said "well, then we cannot help you, have a nice night" and that was that. So, needless to say we are done with this dealership and the entire Audi brand. We walked over to Volvo and got a XC90 with all the goodies, for $50 a month less than a stock Q7 and I didn't even have to fight with them, they WANTED us to switch from Audi. On top, the XC90 has 20 more horsepower and is hundred of pounds lighter, so it is faster, and will not eat tires and brakes.... read more

When owning an Audi, you expect to have a good experience when dealing with the service department and other customer service. Unfortunately, that's not the case with Prestige Audi. McDonald Audi isn't any better either. I would say that Prestige is the better of the two options though. If you value service when you're choosing a new luxury vehicle, I highly recommend a Mercedes or Lexus. MUCH better service. Rude and inattentive staff, for the most part.I've had a couple people at Prestige that we're great, but they're the outliers, not the norm, hence the two star review. I will not be buying another Audi and plan to switch back to a Mercedes in a few months. read more

0 Stars - Criminal. Told them I was dropping the car for rear shock replacement. After FOUR days they finally got the shocks on the car. I got the car back with 52 extra miles on the odomeer but they only reported reported 2 miles on the invoice. A few days later, I took the car to my regular shop for oil change. Their inspection detected a missing/broken belly pan. I reviewed the Prestige multi point inspection report/video from a few days prior which showed the belly pan in place and the Prestige multipoint inspection report said nothing about the belly pan. I told the advisor I think they put an unreported 50 miles on the car broke the belly pan. Prestige did not reply. read more

Bought a used Q5 from them in 2021. They assured me that the vehicle was accident-free. The CarFax report checked out. Imagine my surprise then when I decide to sell the car three years later and I discover that an accident from 2019 (two years before I bought the car) now appears on CarFax. I called the dealership and was ignored with my concern dismissed as a CarFax issue. The salesperson I bought the car from, and who the front desk transferred me to, never returned my message. The car is in terrific shape with no problems, but I paid for a car that I rightly expected to be free of accidents based on what I was told. The resale value is also affected so I took a financial hit purchasing the car and now selling it. Make sure you get documentation from them if you decide to purchase a car here. As far as CarFax is concerned, the company tells me they continually look for resources and documents for reportable accidents. I get protecting consumers, but adding an accident two years after someone buys the car is suspicious. All around I feel bamboozled with bait-and-switch tactics. Lesson learned. read more

I felt like we got a fair trade-in​ value for our CLK as well. When I had a lot of deep technical questions, the sales manager Scott Wondrasch was amazing, as he knows these cars so well. I had test-driven cars at other dealers, and when I had questions, the salespeople​ just put their hands up and said, "I don't know". Fair enough, when they sell lots of brands, and that's why I went here to buy; they know what they're talking about. And when I had any concerns after closing the transaction, Scott and Dean Blackwelder stepped right up with great communication and demonstrated a ​commitment to a long-term relationship. I saved a whopping $1000 having a second opinion on something Prestige had deemed mandatory. Plus my experience and loaner down at the Littleton dealership was a thousand fold better and a really pleasant experience. I will not set foot in prestige ever again. Well, I took my car in for an oil change almost 3 weeks ago and still don't have it back. I was told the drivers door broke in the car wash and they'd have to replace it. I asked that they detail it while getting it fixed for the hassle. When I went to pick it up, the door was not properly attached. It was uneven to the rest of the car and they obviously hadn't repaired it correctly. They said it 'settled wrong overnight' but that obviously translates to 'we did a poor job.' I also mentioned that the outside was dirty and the inside hadn't been cleaned. I was told they "thought I just meant the outside when I asked for it to be detailed". What? But when I pointed out how dirty the outside was, I was told it had sat out overnight in the rain. Why not just clean it correctly? How can the dealership break a car and then skimp on fixing it? I'm guessing it's because I'm a woman and it's not a $100k car, they just don't care. I would advise going somewhere else. Very disappointed and frustrated by this 'service'. I certainly won't purchase another car here and would recommend every woman avoid this dealer. read more

I purchased my new A5 cabrio at Prestige late last year, great experience. Onto service... Made an 8:30AM (and WILL WAIT for my car) appointment for my first oil change. Arrived at 8:15, told the guy who greeted me, "I have an 8:30 appt, and I'll be waiting." 10:00, I ask the guy in the drive up/drop off how much longer? He said "I saw your A5 in the bay. Chris is your service advisor, he'll come talk to you." Chris never shows up, so At 10:20, go to the service advisors asking where Chris is and how much longer for my car. Jared takes care of me, "we're writing the paperwork up." I ask, it's not done? No. "I had an 8:30 WAITING appointment" "Oh, sorry. We can get you a loaner." I get in my car and leave. The "service" is a crock of manure. Prestige Audi customer service is HORRIBLE. Not going back. Original 5 star review: Great car buying experience. I live less than a mile away from Denver Audi and tried three times to get a serious price on a new Audi. One call and visit to Prestige Audi, done deal. Over 10% off MSRP, great trade in and low key, no hassle sale. Blown away! The vibe is laid back, people are friendly. I sat in the car I was interested in (showroom floor) and was not bothered or asked if I needed help, which I appreciate!! Best service experiences EVER here, multiple occasions - we did not buy here but they sold us the best service plan on the market and stood behind it perfectly on our 2016 Q3 Quattro. On the last service we finally bought new tires, they competed with Discount tire and it was a great deal. Then, a month later - a nail in a new tire. Today, under the tire guarantee we got from them in the purchase, it was replaced free - $200+ tire, and on a days notice plus, replaced the batteries in our key fobs. Thanks to Dan Schrubbe this time around for the great service. We'll buy here next time for sure. read more

I swap out one of the family cars every year and have dealt with a lot of dealerships. Brendan has been one of the better experiences in terms of customer service. Had we started our search at Prestige we would have purchased an A5 immediately after our test drive. Ultimately, I had great service here. Made an appointment for a repair related to a recall on a car still under warranty. Unfortunately, the part is on back order and won't be coming in for over a month - which I knew going in and they said they'd fix it as well as they could without the part. A little background that it's related to the two from windows, that they may fail and the window won't stay up. Not ideal living in the mountains. And unfortunately my driver's side window failed... So now I'm driving cross country because the part is still not in and, while my window is up, it's staying up thanks to the fix they came up with... which is duct tape. I'm on day 2 of the trip, and needless to say that it's a little dicey. While I had great service from very kind and informed guys and I'd definitely go here again, I have to take off a star because, while this is my second Audi, I'll never be getting another one again due to Audi's inability to fix an issue that they already know about. read more
