Cleaning of carpets in six rooms. For the past year and a half, besides a lot of foot traffic, are carpets were continuously soiled by our elderly cat. We've used Prestige in the past and felt they did an excellent job. So this past week Bill and Juan came out to clean our carpets again - and they were in much worse condition. HORRIBLE DON'T DO IT!! Hello, I'm writing you to inform of the horrible service I recieved from this vendor (Spoke with Ken at the company). I called them three times just to make an appointment they finally returned my call and scheduled me for an appt. on 2/9/13. That day comes and they do not show up nor do they call me to inform me. I'm sitting at my home at 10:30 am with all of my furniture moved so that they may begin the cleaning. I call them 3 times that day and leave messages I don't recieve a call/text anything notifiing that they will not be coming. I finally hear back from them two days later via text saying "sorry for Saturday mistake on our behalf are weekends the only days you can do?" Really this is the type of service they provide they don't even call to apolgize but then ask me why I'm scheduling on a weekend. I then respond offering them other days that would work for me they simply replying saying "I'll get back to by Friday (mind you this is on Monday) and let you know what day I can come." This is unbeliveably horrible service. No surprise they don't ever call or text me back I tried them two more times but have given up I don't want to give them a red cent. YOU'LL BE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY! read more

Shortly after purchasing new wall to wall carpet we realized that the manfacturers (Royalty Carpet) stain resistance was not put on properly. We were freaked out! The carpet mill hired Prestige to clean and apply the teflon protectant. Bill contacted me an answered all of my questions and assurred me that the quality of the product he was going to use would be as good as what the manufacturer would have done had they done it properly.
