I love prestige and have been going for almost a year now getting acrylics. There is one woman in particular (I do not know her name) that is just unbelievable rude. I always try my best to be kind and respectful, but this woman she was on her phone texting while shaping my nails and therefore got the shape incredibly wrong (made my nails look incredibly crooked). I asked her multiple times to correct it and she made it worse. She also filed my cuticles and it started to bleed. They aren't horrible, but for $58 I would hope to get exactly what i asked for....But I did call and they said I could come in and they would fix it for me so I'm hopeful because I love this place! read more

Received a manicure. It was the worst experience. A male tech did my manicure, cut too deep into my cuticles and it bleed non stop. He tried to put a liquid that was not safe and it burned. I asked for a first aide kit, they did have one available on the premises. Also, the station was dirty and the tools, files and bottles with solution inside were not clean. This is so unprofessional. The girl couldn't have been any nicer but she didn't even attempt to clean up my cuticles, my finger nails are completely uneven (length, shapes & lines of the color themselves, my hands are clearly a mess & the work itself is very sloppy. She didn't even hold my hands side by side to see if my nails we even to one another, didn't use a file underneath each nail to clean them up. I am in a pride wedding this weekend & went out on a limb way out of my comfort zone to do something fun & this is what I'm left with. YIKESSSSSSSSS I got a very basic pedicure which was a much better experience. Same girl. Again. Super sweet. Wanna die that I spent $100 here. read more

I usually love this place and they have never done a bad job until today. I showed the lady not sure what her name was, a very simple white and gold nail. I had came in for a refill. my nails were coffin before and i asked her to change them to almond. The shaping was terrible and so were the designs. Not only were the nails terrible but apparently a refill and a simple design costs me $56. Never coming back, not worth anyones money or time. read more

**To be clear, this is the Prestige located closer to Walmart in Hamilton Marketplace**This was my FIRST AND LAST time at this "establishment." I was excited because it appeared to be a nice and clean shop close to my home; however, if I could give this place NO STARS I would! I believe the individual was named Hannah; she was very unprofessional. She did my nails unevenly and I did not notice until she asked me if I liked the shape. I kindly said, " this one is a little crooked," and from there everything went down hill. She proceeded to roughly handle me for the duration of my time here. I politely asked if she was okay because I noticed the shift in her actions and mannerisms. As my nails were drying under the gel light, she snatched my hands out each time that the light went off and shoved them back under the light and said nothing else to me while in her presence. I was also scheduled for a pedicure that she quit in the middle of and had someone else take over. I was taken aback because prior to me informing her about the crooked nail that she asked about, there appeared to be no issue. Not to mention I overheard the obnoxious tech who did my nails refer to me as a "monkey" to another customer. I ended up paying $100 for a gel pedicure and an acrylic overlay with gel on top of my nails. I believe the woman who did my pedicure went by the name of Katie and she did a great job!! I may have their names reversed... either way I am HIGHLY disgusted and disappointed by the way I was treated here with exception of the nice lady whom remained professional while she did my pedicure. read more

Made appointments for my daughter and I and still had to wait almost 40 minutes with no apologies. Heard owner telling customers who also had appointments that the scheduling person double booked because she thought someone else would be there. Yet they were still taking people with no appointments. This was also said unapologetically. Worst job on my nails that I ever had. Same with daughter and she had a different girl. No massages for pedicure, barely a scrub, and nails on hands and feed weren't even and chipping. Not to mention that two of my nails have broken off already. First, my nails and toes were done by Hannah beautifully! Hannah was professional, quick and attentive. the polish was done perfectly on both my hands and feet so thank you Hannah! the downside is the salon is dirty. One of the gentlemen doing a pedicure was filthy. His shirt was covered in nail dust, powder, etc... The station where you dry is so dirty and the chairs are stained. that was a real turn off and unfortunately will cause me to go somewhere else even tho my nails and toes were done so well. please just get a cleaning service and some new chairs so I can come back! read more

A week or so ago i got my nails done by some man I dont Rember his name but i got acrylics with a swirl French design. In which they are already falling of and he didn't have any good corotation on the lines nor even cleaned up my cuticles. I personally know someone who went here and had lily and Kate which their nails looked really good, and none even felled of even though they got their nails done before i did. I will be going back but will never let him do them again. Call in advance and ask for lily or Kate if wanting to come I was told there really nice plus there both amazing at doing nail art. read more

I've been here a few times and have had my Gel manicure done by just about everyone there...and from experience, go with LiLy (#3) or Hanna (#6). They are precise and get the nail polish on smooth, evenly and over entire nail. BEWARE...do not go with the older guy all the way in the back. He does not do a good job taking off the cuticles on your hands, he doesn't put nail polish all over the nail leaving some parts blank on the side, and the last time that I got him, I had to come back within half an hour because gel was already peeling from the corner. I went this past weekend and got him for my pedicure, and he made me bleed on four different toes. I've been in pain all weekend when I walk. DO NOT GO TO HIM! Like I said, ask for Lily or Hannah..they do a great job. They also don't have one dedicated on eyebrows. I've had my eyebrows done by 3 people and none have done a good job. I'm in the car afterwards taking off the strays that they missed and not one or two but 5-6. It's rare that I go in and don't hear one argument between them either. If it wasn't for Lily or Hannah doing such a good job on gel manicures I wouldn't keep going back but my lady that I had for over 10 years (at a different location) left and I've been all over Mercer County trying out different people and they have been the best ones I have found. This is the worst gel polish I've ever received. I was in the area so I chose to try them out, bad decision. I was so rushed. He missed part of my nails, left polish on my skin and he also left clumps of whatever in the polish. (Pictures to prove it). It looks awful. If you want a good job done, don't go here. read more

Being new to the area from out of state I went looking for a new nail place and I stumbled upon this Salon. Inside is kept beautiful, however the service was below standard. I was charged $60 for a gel refill and cut down. When asked why the price of $40 that I was giving went up I got a response of best I can do is give you $5 off your next visit . Nothing special was down by any means and the quality of the acrylic sucked. Less than a week later and 5 nails are cracked. I don't do heavy lifting for My nails to be in this condition. This is not a high class salon with quality work. I feel robbed out of my money. I'm use to having my refills last 3 weeks. This is just crazy ! read more

Ok I usually don't do this but this has to be said. While the place is pretty clean and they have a lot of techs..I went and got my nails down here on March 15th literally one day over a week and I have to return on the 18th and the 21 for repairs. I got the dip power and it's literally chipping off of my nails! In less than a week! And today I had another nail chip and I returned with the other nails that's chipped for them to repair it and they did but this is a completely different nail! I am so aggravated and I will never go back. I paid 78 dollars in all with eyebrows and nails and a pedi you would think I would get decent service. Hadn't gone in about a year and I remember why. Their pedicure leaves my feet dryer than before I came! If you don't have rough feet and only care about your ties being painted they are good for that. But if you have rough skin and need moisture on your feet - this is not the place! read more
