Returned here for a birthday party happening at the kids' water splash pad area. Young kids love…read morethe shallow swim area plus the spouting, spraying water, and climbing structures. This is perfect for little kids but not so much for older kids. There is a lifeguard there at all times, only watching this splashpad, which is very cool. Still must be very watchful as a parent. I wish there was more shade for seated, watching parents, but so be it. There is a shady picnic grassy area adjacent to the splash pad that can easily be used to host a birthday party. The picnic tables are not close enough to the splashpad to be able to watch your kids from here. This whole area is fenced in and only accessible by coming through the front of the Aquatic Center's check in gate. Then only those who purchase additional tickets can enter this area to use the splash pad. My friend brought coolers and had a nice party here. We first noticed the splash pad during swimming lessons here. Since it is inside of the Aquatic Center, it is not very visible from the road. Please note that only bathing suits are allowed; no normal shorts are allowed. They will enforce this! Plenty of parking in the parking lot.

This beautiful public pool recently re-opened after extensive renovations. They have a small pool designated for children, and the main pool which is divided into shallow water and deep water. Also be sure to explore the grotto and the waterfalls. They will stop admitting guests once they reach capacity, so try to arrive early. There are plenty of lifeguards around to keep everyone safe. The facility is well-outfitted with ample parking, a casual café, and M/F locker rooms with showers.
