We were immediately seated upon arrival. Our server was very attentive. We ordered the pepperoni pizza which was great - the cheese was the smoothest consistency ever tasted on a pizza. I requested the spaghetti bolognese with penne substituted for the spaghetti. I also got a side of the arrabiata sauce for a slight kick. The sauces was certainly home made and very tasty and pasta cooked perfectly. The dish was great. Was worried considering all the negative reviews but it exceeded all my expectations! We recently visited Presto last weekend while we were on vacation in Cabo and our resort allowed us to take advantage of various restaurants as part of our all-inclusive package. We ended up visiting Presto when we we went downtown for the evening and it was actually pretty excellent. We had called ahead to see where we could get reservations and every place was booked but this one, so we gave it a try. The staff was really friendly and caring (there was some girl who was beyond drunk and the staff helped get her to a bathroom and made sure she was feeling better at the table). We ended up ordering calamari, fettuccine alfredo with chicken, and shrimp scampi. The kitchen was a little slow, but the food was hot, fresh, and filling when it came out. The alfredo was unbelievably creamy and buttery. I would definitely recommend it! The restaurant is also located across thr walkway from the marina, so there is some really great people watching to be had. Plus, you get a prime view of any street performing groups that happen to walk by. So, if you happen to be staying in Cabo and need to switch up your dinner from straight seafood or tacos, check this one out! read more

Had the mussels appetizer, mushroom risotto and a pina colada. Mussels were solid for the price and tasted great. Highly recommend dipping your complementary bread to enjoy the dish. The mushroom risotto probably would not order again. It tasted more cheesy than risotto and the mushroom is more of a garnish than a star of the meal. Very nice experience here late on my first night (this trip) in Cabo San Lucas. Restaurant sits on the marina with a great view of the sportfishing fleet. I sat outside. Had the Margherita pizza which was good. Lotta fresh basil, but the tomato sauce was very light, in quantity and flavor; not the intensity and flavor of a San Marzano tomato. I love garlic, so it's my fault for not asking for it to be added to the pizza. Overall, about a 5 when compared to my all time favorite pie, Santarpios in Boston. Great service, pizza and a Pacifico only $12.71 US. Would definitely eat here again, but probably try the Spaghetti Bolognese next trip. read more

THIS RESTAURANT DRUGGED US We were a party of 6, and we didn't make it past appetizers before 3 of my family members fell unconscious. It was clear they drugged the wine because within 10 seconds of each other, the 3 who drank the wine went unconscious and were obviously drugged. The host was incredibly rude and seemed to be looking for a fight, rather then helping us to get medical treatment. We ended up getting a flight the next morning and leaving our trip early because of how unsettling and traumatizing this experience was. It said 45 minutes but it got here in 30. The large pizza easily feeds 3 if not 4 assuming you all aren't starving. The thin crust cheesy bread was good. Wood fire pizza so it was on the crispy side but for $30 delivered in Cabo you can't go wrong if you just need some fast good pizza. read more

not a great experience here. the santa fe salad i ordered came on a small little appetizer plate with romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, shredded cheese and a small piece of chicken. It just looked like a garden salad with chicken on it. Not even a piece of spinach leave, which the menu said it supposedly has. the best part of my experience here was the bread basket with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. service is sub-par. it took an hour for us to get our food and we were the only group dining here during lunch time. read more

I was dining alone... already off putting in a town where everyone is a couple or in groups. For starters their wine selection is insane, 500 pesos is the only option for red.... This isn't that nice of an Italian restaurant for this to be the only option by the glass. After my order was taken, I never saw my server again.... I sat there after my plate was taken, wine glass empty like ???? Kept flagging down people asking if someone could help me.... They told me it was busy; it wasn't. Told me they only had one server; also a lie. They brought me a complimentary glass of wine but this could never erase the experience. Don't come here. DO NOT GO HERE! This restaurant is one of several listed in Cabo as offering 2 for 1 on main course meals, per the Los Cabos Passport. Upon sitting down we were offered bottle water, which we didn't particularly ask for, that ended up being $12USD. We asked our waiter if we were able to utilize the Cabo passport offer, he asked the owner of the restaurant, who seemed uninterested and confused. The waiter came back and said we couldn't use it, even though their website specifically said we could. At this point, our food had already been ordered so it was too late to leave. One of the "managers," Chelsee walked by and we asked her why we couldn't use the passport card, I showed her the offer on my phone and she said she wanted to check with other restaurants because she "hadn't seen the card in a long time." She came back 30 mins later, walked by without making contact, grabbed her purse, and walked out. Needless to say, I was really surprised to see such an incompetent "manager" in Cabo. The food is fine. The pizza wasn't the best, I'd recommend Da Vinci's which is about a minute walk from this place. Everything is really overpriced, even for a restaurant on the marina. read more

We came here as part of our all inclusive plan with our hotel. We came at 6:15 and had a party of 11. The place is very small and it took forever to set up the table for us. It is now 8:00 and we are just getting our food. The food is just okay but service could improve. Since we are a large party and again it's a small restaurant, you would think the drinks would be refilled to take our minds off the long wait...Out of all our food, a pizza was last till come out and the noodles on pasta was hard. The food was simply delicious. I got fettuccine "frutti di mare". So fresh, so tasty. My boyfriend got a spaghetti bolognese, the sauce was fresh made and the portion was big enough for two. We just visited Presto for the second time. We enjoyed it so much the first time that we brought my parents back. Food is exceptionally good. I had mushroom risotto and the rest of my party ordered pasta. Miguel, the waiter, was very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed watching the people walk along the marina. There was only one other table at the restaurant with us so we were hoping the service would be faster and better than the other nearby restaurants, but it wasn't. We got the bruschetta to start and I really liked it! The toasted bread was topped with soft cheese and juicy cherry tomatoes. I wanted to get pizza for lunch and my boyfriend asked the server if the pizza is by the slice and the server said yes. My boyfriend ordered two types of pizza and I ordered one. However, I had this feeling that the server didn't fully understand us so I asked if it's a whole pizza and he said yes. We wanted to cancel one but he said he can give my boyfriend half-half of his two pizzas. When our food came out, we actually got half of one of my boyfriend's choices (Italian sausage) and the other half was my pizza choice (Mediterranean). Despite the confusion, we were fine with this outcome because it was more than enough food for two people. I wasn't a huge fan of the Mediterranean, the vegetables were really big chunks and watery so it made the pizza soggy. I also ordered pepperoni to be added to it, which I didn't get. The Italian sausage pizza was good, but the toppings weren't evenly distributed. There was one slice left with only cheese on it, no sausage. We came with the all-inclusive package, but the prices and portions seem pretty decent even if you don't have all-inclusive. read more

We were able to dine here without a reservation with our all inclusive plan just to order pizza. We got half and half prosciutto and vegetarian on flat bread. The prosciutto was really just ham cubes and nothing to rave about. We enjoyed the vegetarian pizza though. Stopped here on a hot, humid day while vacationing, mostly because we were offered 20% off of appetizers by the hostess standing in front of the restaurant. We walked the Marina a bit and settled on coming here. The bruschetta was amazing! Seriously some of the best bruschetta I've ever had, it was so good I could've eaten just bruschetta for lunch! My husband and I considered doing that but instead shared a chicken Cesar salad which was delicious as well, my daughter had spaghetti and seemed to really enjoy it. No complaints regarding the food we had. The service was fair and ambiance was fair. The only trouble was when it came time for the bill they initially didn't honor the 20% off of appetizers, so we pointed this out and the waiter basically left us sitting there for 15 minutes while he went to get this approved through a supervisor but even after the supervisor came we were sitting for 10 minutes or more, we spent more time sitting and waiting for them to figure this out then we spent actually dining. The waiter returned 20 minutes plus later with the bill reflecting the 20% off, but wow what a lack of respect for our time and consumerism. Additionally, I'm pretty sure they overcharge on drinks. My daughter's lemonade seemed like it was priced too high and it really didn't taste good. Would I return? Maybe for the bruschetta but probably not. read more

They accommodated our Party of 12 without reservation (which was 6 adults and 6 kids). It was fun to sit outside at the marina and the nearby Baha lobster place had live music that we were close enough to enjoy. We stuck with the basics and everyone was happy. We ordered a few pizzas for the kids and the adults all skipped apps and jumped Right in with pasta dishes. All the pasta dishes were good but the winner dish was my husbands shrimp Diablo (but he subbed chicken for the shrimp). Margherita pizza was also really good. I had a penne arribiatta sauce that had good flavor but not a lot of heat. (The only thing that just looked ok to me was a ravioli dish that was swimming in butter and a pretty small portion. I didn't try because it wasn't very large but I think she liked). We were starving when we came in so the Rosemary Focaccia with olive oil and Parmesan and balsamic was devoted in short order. This is my second time dining here. Last time, it was part of an all inclusive package because we stayed at a hotel called the hacienda encantada which had an all inclusive package with "dine out privileges" at a bunch of restaurants in the marina. This time we are at the Hilton so no all inclusive advantages now but we still had a good night and everyone thought it worked out well. read more

We didn't experience any issues about getting served with an appointment . We realized you needed reservations during peak hours which is reasonable and food is awesome.
