If you want to pay arm and a leg and at the end get a jacket with all stains on it, please visit them. They are not only good at covering your clothing in stains they also are very good of accusing the customer that she brought wet clothes to the cleaners. Recently I dropped off my husbands suits to be cleaned before a wedding. I didn't realize they're closed on Sundays. The day of the wedding I realize they're closed and all his suits are there!! You can walk in this place in a bad mood or angry or whatever but this girl will put a smile on your face by just greeting you when you walk in. I went here after someone on the NextDoor app recommended it, for my new linen sheet set and matching duvet cover. (She had said that she brought antique linens and wedding gowns here, so that made me think they could handle my high quality linen, even though it's a bright white.) First of all, I brought it in around 5 o'clock on a Friday, thinking I could pick it up on Saturday. (They are practically across the street from me, so not a problem dropping off & picking up myself.) Instead, I was told I couldn't have it back until the following WEDNESDAY! I asked why and was told that they were only open until 3:00 on Saturday. (So what? I dropped it off on Friday; you should be able to do it Saturday morning!) Apparently Sunday they were closed, which is not unusual, but that's why I dropped it off on Friday instead of Saturday. It was further explained to me that they wouldn't even wash it until Monday! Most cleaners now have same-day service. So it should've at least been cleaned early in the day, and I should've had it Monday afternoon or before closing. (Reminder: I dropped it off FRIDAY.) But no. So why couldn't I have it back on Tuesday, since it was being washed on Monday? No clear answer there. I was told "it would be Wednesday". But I was on my lunch hour from work at the time, and since I was there already, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and leave the items with them, even though it now meant I would be without my good linens for FIVE NIGHTS. So today I went and got them back, cleaned and pressed. Linen wrinkles very easily, so they're getting 1 star for pressing and hanging everything very nicely. They also did a good job removing a slight stain in the middle of the fitted sheet (it had transferred from the mattress, which unbeknownst to me was still slightly damp when I first got the sheets and put them on), so another star for that. I checked the linen when I first bought it to make sure it was free of any stains or defects, and it was. I also checked it again before bringing it in, and other than the stain in the fitted sheet, there were no other marks or stains. However, upon setting everything up on my bed, I found some gray spots on one edge of the duvet cover that were definitely not there before! See below pics - the gray is noticeable and circled. (I took the linens directly out of the plastic, which protected them from all dust and dirt all the way home, and laid everything directly on the bed, so it couldn't have happened in my bedroom or on the way home.) This is my first time getting these particular items dry cleaned, and I really wanted to be satisfied with how they turned out. But I'm afraid this establishment will not be getting my business again. read more

It breaks my heart to write this, as my family has used this as our exclusive dry cleaner since moving to Glendale/they opened in the early 2000's. It would be good to note as well, that this review is bumped down from what would be a five-star review, to one-star, based off my experience yesterday. Normally I'm only here once a year, to use the tailoring service around the holidays (also five star service). But I finished some errands early yesterday and my husband realized he forgot to pick it up, so I swung by. The lady in the front stared at the scar on my chest and joked about how her daughter comes home with hickies and she tells her it's disgusting and to cover it up. Upon telling her though that what she sees is actually a scar from the port I received chemotherapy in, she just continued on with her story, laughing through it all. She then said that she knows someone with something similar, a dialysis port, and that she finds it disgusting too when it moves. Cool story, I'll make sure my dad (who also goes here) never mentions that the blood on his shirts are from when his dialysis port bleeds so you don't "grossed out" by such things. This is not okay. Making a mockery of something so wildly inappropriate is never okay. Even if it had been a hickey, how is that an appropriate topic of conversation with a customer? I don't hide my scar - it's a part of me, and forever will be, and that's okay. But pointing it out and mocking it, instead of asking questions, is really shameful and such a souring experience. Hopefully she has more tact + decency when dealing with other customers/clients. read more

He is always willing to make your experience A1 and is always willing to correct mistakes. I feel as if he runs his business the way he would want to be treated if he were to walk into someone elses business, which is what everyone should do. I originally found this place online because I had a stain on my shirt I couldnt remove. I walked in and spoke to Mike (stain removal wizard) who removed it in a few hours.
