We are always very warmly greeted by Mary and in situations where we've had to get rush jobs completed their team is very attentive on the phone and affirmative if the timeline is doable. Friendly, timely service for all of our dry cleaning needs. No problems with quality of dry cleaned clothes, mainly work shirts and pants. Prices seem comparable to our old cleaners who closed down during the pandemic so we have been going to Towne House Cleaners since. They are also open on Saturday, while shorter hours, makes picking up dry cleaning convenient when unable to pick up during weekdays. Hamlet reached out shortly after my last review to ask to fix the matter. I agreed but the holidays, an incredibly busy work influx, and a few appearances from the flu caused me to have to delay repeatedly. It is months later, and again, the owner made sure no matter how long it took, this would be fixed. That is incredible customer service. I am happy to say I finally made it back into the store for them to re-clean the mattress pad and it is very well cleaned, I was politely serviced, and all is well. I mostly utilize Towne House Cleaners for tough/tricky stains, for my favorite pieces of clothing to be professionally handled, and for delicate pieces. I also love that their services are reasonably priced (if not on the cheaper side, which is always a great bonus), there's ample parking, and they stay open on the later side. Parking: there's a small lot. This location is located in the corner. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience here. I decided to check the pricing of this place for my wedding gown and it seemed okay priced and the owner said it'll take around 1.5 weeks to get my dress dry cleaned and boxed up for preservation. He even said the box for the preservation would be smaller cause I had such a tiny dress. This was perfect since I had few more weeks of work in Glendale, I could pick up this dress before I resigned from my job. My dress is really simple, almost like a night gown/dress, so the owner said it'll be quick since it's not puffy or fancy. After 2 weeks have gone by, I decide to call and check in and they said it usually takes 2 weeks to dry clean a wedding dress. After 3 weeks, I call and they said it's not ready yet. After 3 weeks and 4 days, I call and they said the dress was dry cleaned! Awesome so I came in to look at it before they boxed it. Then he takes out this massive box, about 2.5 ft by 2 ft and probably 1/2 ft tall, which he knew was massive for my kind of dress. So then he goes "oh I will have to order a smaller box" I asked if I could get a refund and he just said no, we don't give refunds.... I call today, it's been 4 weeks and 3 days, and the lady said my dress is boxed up and ready. So I drive there and I see the dress still hung up. The owner then tells me to come back again tomorrow when it's boxed up. I was clearly upset cause they keep misleading me, I made a trek from Northridge to Glendale to get it, so he quickly put the dress in the box, like how hard was that!?? Anyways, bad experience, I will never use this place again....not reliable at all. My 1.5 weeks turned into 4 weeks and 3 days....awful. read more

Great dry cleaner. Got a bunch of stuff cleaned. When I went to pick it up they told me one of my shirts was really dirty and had to clean it again and it would be ready tomorrow. I really appreciate them going out of their way to make sure it gets actually gets cleaned instead of making an excuse and just giving it back. One exceptional job towne house cleaners did for me was a bad red wine situation on a white blouse. I had put oxyclean on it in hopes of getting out the stains but didn't work out well. They fixed it up for me impeccably and recommended that when stains happen to not try and fix yourself but to bring to the dry cleaning directly for the best result.
