I cannot recommend Yuka enough. She has been taking care of our two pups for years now and we are so happy. She does a great job and does it with tons of kindness. We tried other grooming services but Yuka is by far the best. I would give her more than 5 stars if the system allowed it.

First time trying pretty pets mobile and I absolutely loved it. I was looking for a new groomer and just happened to see their van by my neighborhood. I requested an appt and was scheduled right away on a SATURDAY! They were on time for the appt and the results were great. My god previous groomers would complain that my dog was difficult but that wasn't the case today. Yuka was so sweet to my dog and gave him hugs when she first saw him. My dog looks amazing!! I would highly recommend giving pretty pets a try. It's so convenient to have them come to you.

Once my groomer left Pet Smart i was having anxiety about finding someone for my dog. I heard about this company from a facebook group and I am sooo happy that I did. We have had Jagger groomed about I think 3 times and he loves it. They come to your house and in no time he is done and happy to run back into the house. He smells so good and his coat is sooo soft. I don't know where to start. I just love everything about this place. Wendy is very professional and compassionate. My dog is a resue dog and anywhere I used to take him he cried, but here....he is just fine. Thanks to Wendy. Caramel loves you.

I'm never the one to complain or be rude but I'm so disappointed with them :( this was my puppy's first ever grooming & she looks like a completely different dog.. when I handed her off, I explained I wanted her to stay as fluffy as possible but a trim around the eyes ears and paws.. nothing to much taken off the face & she nodded and made me feel like she knew what I meant. I even sent her reference pictures. The appointment took about 1 hour.. I paid 60$ NOW I REGRET PAYING FOR IT once she came out I was in so much shock.. I got inside the house and couldn't believe how she turned out. I cried :( I will post my puppy's before & after pictures of the haircut.

My multi-poms cut is Adorable and exactly as i asked (i like his face short and ears cut with more of a triangular cut since it grows out best). She did an amazing job! I also got the Groupon of $25 for $50 in service, then paid $25 more so in total, i spent $50 for both dogs!! What a great deal! I will for sure be a returning client as the prices are great and she cares so much for the dogs! Very happy. Thank you!!

Received a quote with the business via. Yelp, then I called for an appointment for my dog's grooming, bath, nails and teeth (tbh i chose this one because it was the cheapest one around the area). At first, I was a bit hesitant to even get my dog groomed as he did just have a cyst removal earlier that Tuesday. But I went for it anyway and asked the lady to be extra careful with that cyst area. She was super nice and detail-oriented as my dog came out cute and fresh! I used the first time Yelp check in for a 20% off which turned out to be such a great deal. Took only about an hour and a half to finish and we are very happy with the results. Highly recommend !

Yuka did a good job but when I called her for the third service she said that she will only be doing small dogs from now on because she does not have the energy to do bigger dogs (my dog is only 32 pounds). So if you have a dog that is 32 pounds or larger you need to look elsewhere for grooming g services. Disappointing. read more

My Samson has major anxiety, especially with grooming - due to a bad experience where blood was shed! SO GLAD I FOUND YUKA! She is so patient and kind to Samson. She is the only groomer he will tolerate (haha). She is so patient, communicative, and really takes her time. I also love that she comes to me! 5 STARS for Yuka!! read more

She did an awesome job grooming our dog! Our oli had not been groomed in too long and was in serious need of some pampering. I found Yuka on Google and she was SO easy to work with and schedule with, but more importantly she was fabulous with Oli! Oli was so happy when she came back inside, just in a great mood overall for a long time. I think using a mobile groomer is easier on our dog and with such a friendly and loving groomer, it was a great experience. read more

I had a great experience with Pretty Pets. They were able to come out on pretty short notice when most other groomers had little to no availability, were very responsive over text to figure out the specifics of what I needed, and then the groomer was able to put up with my grumpy kitty and comb out some gnarly mats and tangles from his fur. I will definitely be using Pretty Pets again for my cat grooming needs! read more

I called Pretty Pets Mobile (new name) to my area for an appointment. I will say I was thrilled with the result. My Axe is not aggressive, but he is very much a super ball of energy, it Wendy was able to obtain him and groom. He was stinky and his claws were scratching the floors, but Wendy was able to get it under control. He now smells fresh and nails are no longer threatening my deposit lol!! The van looks cool and isn't too noisy. It's convenient for mobile because if I'm not at home or if i'm working, I can bring Axe with me and she can meet me anywhere. Given the recent mystery respiratory virus going around, we didn't want to risk bringing Leo to our regular groomer so we decided to try the mobile service and it was the best decision! Yuka was super kind and did a fantastic job with our toy poodle mix. She also gave us tips on how to manage Leo's fur to keep him soft and prevent matting. Highly recommend! read more

I had the fortune of finding Pretty Pets Mobile Grooming a year ago. I have a four year old Tibetan Terrier, Tilly, who requires frequent grooming. Both Tilly and I couldn't be happier with Pretty Pets. They are very professional, take extremely good care of Tilly and provide a great service at a very fair price for their services. Tilly gets groomed approx very 3 weeks. Pretty Pets is the third groomer I have used since moving to California two years ago. They will be the only groomer Tilly and I use going forward. I'm fostering a senior kitty. She had matted fur on her belly and resisted my efforts to groom her. She's sweet but she's 6 pounds of squirmy and stubborn. I took Ciel to Pretty Pets to be groomed. In just one hour, they trimmed her nails, shaved off the matted fur, and gave her a bath. They noted that she didn't like the blow dryer so they thoroughly towel dried her. Happy to have found Wendy! She took care of my Gigi while I was out of town (and gave her a complimentary trim-I slightly butchered my dog's hair and Wendy offered to fix it:o)) Anyway while I was gone I was getting photos sent my way and texts checking in throughout the day to let me know Gigi was doing just fine. Made it easier for me to enjoy my mini vacay as I had never left Gigi with a sitter before. It's comforting to know I've found a place I feel good to take my girl to. read more

Editing to add- the next day (Monday) Pretty Pets reached out to apologize and offered a free grooming,of course I accepted! Hopeful that my next experience is a better one. I called to schedule an appointment on Wednesday and was so pleased they could take me as soon as Sunday morning! I spoke with a very pleasant woman who took all my info and quoted me a reasonable price. Sadly, when I showed up today (Sunday morning) NO ONE WAS THERE ??!! I waited about 15-20 mins but no on ever showed. Lights were off and obviously no one was answering the phone. On top of this huge inconvenience and ridiculousness, the place is super hard to find. There isn't a sign or anything that indicates which unit is "pretty pets" just a little sticker on the front door. Disappointed. read more

We've been bringing our pups to the Jamboree location for quite a while, and up until the beginning…read moreof this year, we had nothing but positive experiences. Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. It goes to show that the groomers really do take good care of her. They've literally been part of her life (at least for her grooming experience). She always get the full service groom, which includes haircut, bath, nail trim, paw trim, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression. Usually it takes about 1.5-2 hours depending on how busy they are. Once she's all nice and clean, the groomers always call or text me saying she's ready. Sometimes they even dress her up with a cute little bow~ There was a time while they were grooming her, they found a small scab on her body and immediately messaged me about it. It wasn't their fault actually, but it was because my dog was playing too rough with the two dogs we had at home. I do super appreciate that they reached out on this. Kawaii has been great about taking out any mats and camouflaging it as best as they can. We usually have a great laugh when we pick him up as he looks like he's heading to a job interview instead of his shaggy self. They've also been working on our Siberian cat who we didn't get groomed until we got our dog and he was gumming her up with his drool all the time. They've been great about preserving her coat and sending her back to us fluffy and clean. They definitely deliver a consistent product and have been very easy to work with.

The stylist insisted it could not be done and went along and took my dog anyways. With a price of $100-$120, I was sure he'd turn out well I still gave the benefit of the doubt. I then waited ~3.5 hours for my pup to be finished. I expected it to take atleast two hours but since it was his first time, longer. So seemed on time. Surely the cut would be amazing Uhh... look at the pictures I can see some people liking this cut but I WAS NOT expecting what I got. I kept my composure but was very disappointed and shocked. If I wanted a shave, I'd have done it myself and saved $120. The salon at that time was also rather chaotic as the stylist's dog was barking and she said she would put him outside if he would not be quiet. Far too much for my young pup whose first professional grooming had been done here. I left without saying anything and decided to ask for a discount over email after my thoughts settled, but my partner called rather frustrated before I could. She was met with rather unprofessional comments. "It will grow back." "Your boyfriend didn't say anything." "It wasn't the same dog." "We can't do it." I made many mistakes. Lapse in my judgement by not reading red flags, not leaving after the stylist said she could not cut my dog the same way as the reference, and failing to see the customer service is severely lacking. TLDR - Tell them what you want and if they say they can't do it, leave. Do not use their velcro length suggestion. Do not bring young and anxious dogs here as their handling is meh. I do take responsibility as I heard afterwards that this is a common occurrence with Goldendoodles

Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. First time using pretty pets,the groomer and owner wendy takes the time to get to know you and your dogs. She's very personable and my 3 Yorkies took to her immediately. Pretty pets cares about your dogs! My dogs were a mess when I handed them over to wendy We had had some issues with another groomer and it took us awhile to find someone we were comfortable with. It took to long and our dogs were way overgrown and matted. Well, it took pretty pets awhile but with each dog being handed back to me I was won over each time. Brought my dog in for a hair cut yesterday, the place I usually take him to was completely booked. This one is closer to my house I'm so glad I found them. They took my baby in right away, and he was done by the time I was done shopping. I love his haircut, his coat came back even softer. I'm hesitant to take him to new groomers because sometimes he comes back acting weird. But he was so happy.
