When we got to the place, there was dog hair all over the floor, I chatted with the manager there and they mentioned they wipe the floor 2-3x a day so I must've come during the tail ned. The appointment which typically takes 2-3 hours ended up taking 1.5 hours. They request payment and tip before they bring you your pet. I had some feedback that I shared with the manager and they reassured me that they care deeply about the salon and grooming service so I know they're working on improvements. They were happy to take my dog back to another cleaning, but I didn't have the time. I appreciate the time and effort the manager took to call and chat about my feedback.

We've been taking our pets here (cat and dog) for maybe a year now and so far they've been pretty…read moresolid. They've been pretty accommodating especially when it comes to moving appointments up (or back) and one time when I was off by 30 minutes, they called (were very nice) to make sure I was still showing up. And still took us. Our dog is a Hungarian Puli so his coat tends to cord on its own if we don't brush it often (which unfortunately we don't). Kawaii has been great about taking out any mats and camouflaging it as best as they can. We usually have a great laugh when we pick him up as he looks like he's heading to a job interview instead of his shaggy self. They've also been working on our Siberian cat who we didn't get groomed until we got our dog and he was gumming her up with his drool all the time. They've been great about preserving her coat and sending her back to us fluffy and clean. They definitely deliver a consistent product and have been very easy to work with.

I paid 45 for a bath for my dog with trimming and ear cleaning. I will say the guy who handles the front desk is kinda difficult to communicate with and i had a lot of struggles booking over the phone. My only thing is that I am not sure if they were understaffed or overbooked but the bath for her took almost 2 hours so I was waiting in the area for a pretty long time. Her coat and skin have actually been really good since bringing her, so I'll probably be back but hopefully the wait won't be as long

Frankly, Martin won't let us get near his facial hair/underbelly with scissors/a trimmer so we are still in awe how Lindsay is able to get him to let her trim him cleanly around his face and away from his eyes and trimming the matted fur on his underbelly. She's obviously a pro at grooming and especially with difficult dogs. When she brought Martin back to us from the grooming van, he was bathed clean and very soft and we could see his eyes again! He took time to get to know our family and tailor Hank's training to his personality and needs. He is incredibly knowledgeable and we have seen a huge improvement in our dog's behavior. Hanky is happier and now we know how to support him in order to avoid aggression. It was our first time in, and they were friendly on the phone and friendly when we came in. The environment was welcoming and felt like a grooming party in there with all the pups! Drea (coincidentally also my name--meant to be!) bathed Maui, and by the end, they were pals. Maui was following her around until we came to pick him up, which made me feel great about dropping him off for the first time. Maui was happy, clean, and very floofy! Most of the time, our dog's cut is incredibly cute though once in a while there is a slight miss. They will usually try to get you the look you want and make adjustments as requested. The only note is that pricing jumped near 10% at least two years in a row. With tip, it can cost nearly $150 or more for a small dog cut, which does seem pricier. Would love to see price increases calm down so we don't get priced out of affording their services. With that said, we still keep going because it's hard to find the level of service and good to great grooming technique used by the Spaw. We have not used other services here so will not comment on that. Plenty of parking and decent availability, but I would call at least a couple of weeks in advance for scheduling.
