Just when you think you dealt with worse dealers before but then comes Price Ford of Turlock. The definition of the disgusting​ liars and thieves. I contacted them initially through their website to which Joe responded to me so we talked and discussed about how I wanted to trade in my 15 GT Premium for a 17. I gave him details to my car, and payoff and rate etc. So he texts me later on saying that he is not far from where I want to be and that he will make my trip to Turlock worthwhile, especially since I was coming from Tracy. So I arrive there with my girlfriend and first thing I see is a group of 6 sales people just standing around the door not doing anything and Joe is not even there, apparently he had an emergency so another sales person Mostafa was assisting us. Now I had two sets of keys, the ones I got when I first bought the car. I had one set and the other set I left in the car cupholder. So they appraised the car while I took the other for a test drive we come back to discuss numbers etc. Which was insulting because they gave me the lowest appraisal I ever seen, even lower than what KBB said. So I told them no way, that's not right that you tell your customers 28 then once I get there you tell me oh no it's 24 which is ridiculous! Why lie to me? So we left. When I went out to my car I noticed that my keys were missing, so my girlfriend went back to ask for them since I was so upset already. She came back and said that they said they don't have them and that they laughed at her which is beyond disrespectful and not acceptable at all! So I continued looking all over the car for them thinking maybe I misplaced them but I know I left a set in the cupholder and locked the car with the other set. Nothing. The manager came out and said they didn't have them, so I told them that it was in there when I arrived then you looked at the car and now they are gone. So I told them that I'm not leaving until you give me my keys back or you replace them because clearly they had taken my keys. They laughed and said good luck with that and they left. So we called the police because that is unacceptable to steal from potential customers (potential no more). So it was closing time already and people were leaving that is when Mostafa came out and said look what I found, it was under the chair in my office. How convenient that he didn't see it before untill finally it was time to leave and after I had call the police. I just took my keys and left and I will NEVER go back, and I will tell everyone I know not to go to Price Ford and my girlfriend works in the financial sector and she said the same thing she will tell every single customer NOT to go to Price Ford. I have bought 8 vehicles from patchetts ford in the last 9 years. When I bought the first truck it was because of the low pricing, the second was because I liked my first experience with them. The 3rd-8th was because of the combination of low pricing, straight forward sales person Josh Lewis and an established relationship. I never once bought because of free oil changes. Yes, the free oil changes were a great bonus, but that's all they were, a bonus. I have saved a lot of money over the years with the free oil changes no doubt, and I'm not happy that I'm losing them because now it will cost me to change my oil. Here's the thing though, I'm reading these reviews from people about how they will never go to the new Price Ford or how they want to start a law suit and I'm shocked. This new owner "Price Ford" gave me 5 free oil changes on my vehicles that I still have.... They did not have to give me anything at all but they gave me 5 free oil changes without me even asking for anything. Business is business, I have bought and sold many business's in my years so I understand the dilemma and complexity that Price Ford was faced with. At the end of the day they CHOSE to give 5 free oil changes to all of Patchetts Ford's customers, in my book that's a straight up good move and it shows that they want to start off on the right foot. I will continue to buy from them regardless of a name change, as far as I'm concerned it's still the same hometown dealer, my sales person Josh Lewis is still there and that means I'll still get excellent service and help when I need it. Some people focus too much on what they can get for free, this is America, work hard, be rewarded for your hard work and give back when it's deserved, but what do I know, I'm just an old farmer. I am a lifetime ford owner and had even previously bought a ford at a different dealership. So what could possibly be better then buying a new ford truck? The honest truth is buying ANY ford (new or used) from Patchetts Ford. I live over 8 hours away from this dealership yet within 12 hours of making contact with Josh i was on the road for a 16 hour straight round trip just to buy a truck from them when i live about 15 minutes from 2 ford dealerships. If this doesn't speak volumes to you about the kind of people here let me explain the biggest factor in my reasoning for driving 16 hours for a vehicle. Its all about customer care! In the past 7 days that ive owned this vehicle ive received better customer service then when i had my previous ford for almost 2 years. Josh gave me his personal phone line which i called and texted for almost 24 hours straight and he never missed a call or didn't respond to a text. There were a few minor details to finish up with my used truck and while i wasn't supposed to show up until wednesday night i drove 8 hours straight and ended up there tuesday afternoon. Even with having almost no notice Josh and the team at the dealership prepared all my documents and my truck and got me out of the lot in under 1 1/2 hours back on the road to my house. I can truly say that i have never had a better experience even buying groceries then when i bought a truck from Patchets Ford. If you are a serious buyer looking for a great price, this dealership is where you need to be, no matter the distance. As a final note this dealership offered me the best offer ive ever had on a trade in, i was literally shocked when i heard what he was willing to give me for my trade in and did not even make a counter offer it was that good. Five stars is not near enough stars for this company so I have to give 5 more stars. The people that work at Price Ford in Turlock,CA are the most awesome people I think I have ever met. Let me tell you a very short story. Well I bought a Ford Edge and had it for a couple of days, I have a handicapped daughter and her wheel chair fit in the back the Edge but it took up the whole back area. So I am upset because I love the car and was not sure as to what I was going to do. I hated to have to Alicia but I had to, so what happened next was a surprise and a blessing all at the same time. Alicia who had to talk to her manager who I think had to talk to Mark the numbers man as I call him. After a few phone calls and only a few hours it was decided that I was to bring the car (Edge) back in. So me and my daughter that's what we did yesterday and to my surprise and I was surprised last night I drove home in a Ford Explore that I absolutely love this car or rather SUV. They did everything and anything to get me into another vehicle and was still as kind to me and did not make me feel like I was crazy person for bringing a car back. So to the owner of the company I must give you 10 STARS for having the people working for you that are fantastic and amazing. They are there to make a living for their families but they are also there for the customer and they go out of their way to satisfy their customers. They are best I think I have ever dealt with in my life. So thank you Alicia and Mark hope you both your 2 days off and have great fun with your families. Like other reviewers, I was a little upset that the free oil changes, a consideration when I purchased my vehicle from Patchett's, were being made null and void, a mere 5,000 miles after I bought my Ford Fiesta new! (Well, used, but with only 17 miles!) However, I feel like it was Patchett's that failed to inform its customers properly about the sale of the business, and the resulting changes to the legality of our contracts from them. Further, I am not reviewing the sale of Patchett's ford, its acquisition by Price Ford, nor the aforementioned, annoying contractual mishap. This is a review of the quality of the service I received when I brought my 2014 Ford Fiesta into Price Ford to receive an oil change and have the cap-less fuel system repaired. The service advisor, a Mr. David Banda, was professional and courteous, even friendly, as he explained the changes to the contract. He made sure my vehicle and I were well taken care of, and even offered a shuttle to take me home. I should note that I had not made an appointment prior, and although the work did take about four-to-five hours to complete, they got the work done within the stated timeframe, and they used factory parts for the repair. The car is great. I love it, and I really felt they respected that and took good care of it while they had it. After my interaction with David I felt reminded of why getting my car serviced by professionals is worth the extra bucks. Great experience again! For the past three years we have had our Explorer (bought at a different dealer) serviced at Price Ford. We could not be happier. Dave has gone above and beyond to always ensure we are happy. Based on that service, we went back to Price when we needed a truck. I explained to Scott E. exactly what I was looking for. He often checked in to let me know he was "on the hunt", without pressuring me. He was honest, trustworthy and I felt comfortable working toward a deal. To my happy surprise, he searched until he located the perfect truck, rather than trying to sell me whatever he had on the lot. Scott E. worked hard to make a deal I was happy with, and smoothly completed the sale without hassle. I was able to get ahold of him whenever I called, and always got solid answers to my questions. My wife and I have been shopping for an upgrade to a 4×4 truck for several months. He was extremely helpful and straight forward with us and we were immediately hopeful after speaking with him, enough so that we decided to make a 2 hour drive! But then...Josh was off that day! I want to take a moment to say i had a great experience at Price Ford! I had the privilege of working with Hilary Hernandez. i was in the market for a new truck for my employee. I made a phone call to verify the truck was on the lot after seeing it online. Hilary was very accommodating and handles herself professionally. I was blown away that she offered to deliver our new truck to us in Watsonville, even on a weekend! She kept in touch with me during the whole process, arrived on time to our location, and did a great job helping my employee learn about his new truck. She would not leave until he was comfortable operating some of the newer features. I think he had an issue with the Bluetooth syncing with his phone, he called her and she walked him through the re connection process. I was a happy customer with the service you guys provided 2 weeks ago when I came in on August 27th and purchased a used 2007 F150 from your company. But there were issue with the engine, so your sale manager offer to replace it with an 05 F150. They said that it would take a 5-6 days to get it service, so I should get the truck tomorrow September 8th. Now your sale manager call me it would take another 5-6 days. Every time I go to Price Ford and I've been going there since it was Patchetts Ford, so almost 15 years Its always a good experience. Except for the visit when I found out I was loosing my free oil changes for my F-150 that I purchased there. But once it was explained to me why I was loosing them I understood why. There able to keep more people working. Free oil changes Its kinda like how our government spends money just to get votes in a way, Anyway Price Ford owners should run for president our country would be way better. Also when I repaired my brakes recently on my non Ford vintage classic car of course I went to them.
