I brought my car in for repairs to my power steering but when my car was in the garage they noticed I need a lot of front end work in which if not done can be very dangerous I thought it was just an front end alignment but it was a lot more at first I thought I was being ripped off but I didn't even have to pay a penny for the work or parts because my extended warranty covered it plus I wanted to see what was wrong so I could make sure so they put the power steering back together and brought the car outside to show me what needed to be fixed I've worked on cars myself for many years so I can tell if it needed to be done and sure enough exactly what they said needed fixing was correct but what really got me is how they already had the power steering apart and actually put it all back together to bring the car out of the garage to show me what was wrong because non employees are not allowed in the shop do to insurance reasons that was very professional and kind of them to do that for me also they have extremely excellent customer service from the gentleman who washed my car when they were done to the billing department and up to the manager of the service department I would never go anywhere else because at Pride Chevrolet you get treated as a person and not just a $$$ dollar sing excellent experience at Pride read more

I'm writing this review because of the excellent treatment I received while visiting and eventually purchasing a new Chevy Malibu. I had a very odd situation with my trade in and credit. I went into Pride Chevy with very little hopes and immediately was greeted by a couple salesman. Steve perry was the guy I was handed to to handle my difficult situation. We test drove a few cars and he was very knowledgable about all 3 we drove. Every question I asked he had an answer. I ended up going with the Chevy Malibu which I now love one week down the road. I also worked with Roman and James. All seemed like great guys and they both knew of my situation and tries their best to get me a good deal. Long story short, they did get me a deal and a new car. I haven't had much luck with car salesman or dealerships in the past until I was pointed in the direction of Pride Chevrolet on the Lynn way. I give this place 5 stars for service and 5 stars for being decent human beings and not trying to swindle. I highly recommend working with this dealership in the future if you are interested in a. I have purchased several cars from Pride Chevrolet. I have met the third generation of 'car men' in the family and Mike is a fine young man. If my eldest were not happily married with two children already , I surely would have approved of him courting my baby. This isn't because he has a few quarters to rub together for heat in the winter. Distribution done well certainly creates a nice amount of capital. Look out for the soda machine - I may have fed it a few dollars with no product delivery. Beyond that , I did get a surprise package of a few cookies. Mazeratti doesn't do that - nor does Mercedes Benz. I also got a refund check of just over $30 because I over paid for registration [ or that may just have been a code when I ' over the topped' my machine story with Mike ]. Buying a vehicle is always a stressful situation. Especially trying to find one you like in your price range. I tried several different dealerships in my area. Herb Chambers tried to rip me off on my trade in and Liberty tried to rush me through the sale when they didn't even have the vehicle in stock. Pride not only got me exactly what I was looking for but for a price lower than all the other dealers. I first told Luigi what I wanted to get. He found it at another dealer but had it for me on the lot in 2 days. Gus got me through all the paper work completely stress free. He was the type of sales person you can't help but respect. I recently bought my first car from there on April 8th 2015. The sales woman Nellie was amazing. She asked me if we could get me in a car today of I wanted to take it home that day and of course I said yes. There was an issue with some paperwork with my insurance and it looked like I was going to have to get my car the next day. Nellie could see how upset that made me and made a few calls and we got the paperwork we needed. The manager and her rushed to get my plates so I could take home my new car that day. She was amazing and so was the whole staff at Chevy Pride. I will be recommending anyone looking to buy a car to go see Nellie. Made a 9am appointment to have a tire replaced. Showed up and was told that it would be at least an hour and a half wait due to everyone showing up (good to know an appointment means absolutely nothing here). Went out for an hour an a half and came back to be told it was going to be another 30 minutes. Waited 40 more minutes to then be told nothing needs to be replaced. This dealership always has horrible customer service and seems to go out of it's way to see how long they can make the customer wait. I will NOT be returning to this dealership and will be telling everyone to stay away. read more

After doing a long distance deal over the phone I traveled to Boston to finish the paperwork and pick up my new truck. Lynn Chevrolet had someone pick me up at the airport. When I arrived I was able to look at the vehicle that I was purchasing first hand. It was exactly as advertised and exactly what I wanted. The financing and paperwork went smoothly and soon I was out the door in my new truck. It was fully fueled and freshly detailed.
