Would have loved to try them, went by on a Sunday at 12:30 not where they said it was supposed to be. No truck or stand

We even got to chat with Eddie the Pitmaster for a couple of minutes, he is the real deal. I love BBQ and to me, there is no such thing as bad BBQ. That said, this was super good. I tried their Beef Brisket Platter and part of their The Pig Mac. With Manny the humanoid pig looking on, we dove in. The brisket was flavorful, no sauce needed. There was plenty of fat and plenty of slices. For my two sides I tried their coleslaw, which was fine, and their cucumber salad. I'm a big flavor guy and love cucumber slices soaked in vinegar. After we had ordered our food another customer stopped by our table and praised their The Pig Mac so much, we added it to our order. What a great recommendation. It is a sandwich with a cheesy patty of mac n' cheese, pulled pork on the side. We even got another side and tried their potato salad made with both white and sweet potatoes. I liked the thinking outside the box potato salad. The pulled pork, like the brisket, stood very well on its own without sauce. The pork topping the cheesy patty just worked so well. We will be back.

My first experience was on a Friday night at around 9pm, and they were busy! Once you walk in there is a self serve hostess stand to check in. The ambiance is casual and cozy. My favorite part of this restaurant is their grills at your table. I love to grill table side! The bulgogi and banchan comes out quickly! See my photos for a preview. It's the service and the food which makes this restaurant a five star for me. Check it out!

They heated up the table stove and let us grill the beef ourselves, which we enjoy because we are able to cook it exactly how we liked it. Everything tasted fresh, and the flavors were delicious and well balanced. Our server kept the side dishes refilled quickly, so we never had to wait for anything. The atmosphere is Asian contemporary and really inviting, and the separated booth seating adds a nice sense of privacy. It would also be a great setup for a group or party. If you're a fan of Korean barbecue, this restaurant will not disappoint.

They have a few picnic tables out front and more seating inside. We got a parking spot no problem and went inside. It is an order at the counter place with a dark wood feel. This is not your typical BBQ place, their website describes their restaurant as fast casual + BBQ fusion. Many traditional BBQ items such as ribs and baked beans are not on the menu, yet they offer other items like a Cuban sandwich. I went BBQish and ordered their Double Brisket Burger, and Canadian with a large order of Poutine. I recommend checking out the menu before you go the first time just to make sure you see something you want. My brisket burger was very tender and easy to eat. I liked it even though the caramelized onion added a burnt taste. It was a lot of food. The flavor of the poutine was subtle, and was a lot of fries. High marks on their Cuban sandwich from my dinner companion. I liked the place, liked the people, liked the other customers who we chatted with. We are local but seldom make it out to the beach so nice vacation vibes rubbed off on us as well. We left full and happy.

Brisket burger was good, a bit greasy, but flavor was ok. The loaded chips were definitely different. Chips were a barbecue flavor, smothered in blue cheese dressing and large chunks of blue cheese. The blue cheese was the best part. Chips not that great. The inside is rustic, a few tables and chairs with picnic tables with umbrellas out in front.
