After hearing much talk about Prima Pizzeria including the famous Dave Portnoy's review we finally made it here for lunch. We wanted to keep it simple and only stick to pizza during our first visit. Cheese for me and pepperoni for hubby. The restaurant is busy so no pie seems to be sitting for and extended periods. We ordered the last two cheese and a pepperoni and took a seat. There is plenty of space to accommodate a couple of large groups and counter seating for eat and run patrons. The counter service is welcoming and friendly. Now the main event, our slices were served nice and hot and we got right to it. The crust was a little too soft for me but the sauce and cheese were perfect. We both really enjoyed the pizza and agree that it's definitely one of the better options up here. As we were finishing up they brought out a pie right out of the oven and I had to get another slice. This won me over 100%. Super hot and cheesy with the right amount of sauce with just the right amount of tanginess. Highly recommend Prima Pizzeria. Will be returning to try a hero served on the in house made bread.

I have mixed reviews about this business because their pizza is amazing. It's really good and for the price it's actually quite nice but then you go to their calzones which we got the other day and we spent a pretty significant amount of money on the calzones and the pictures are posted below, but they are tiny compared to other pizza restaurants that we go to and then they give you a little sauce and a tiny cup, and then they didn't even give us the sauce for My Wife had it then go back to the restaurant and ask for the sauce and they gave her a hard time about it like they had already given it to her like she was lying and wanting extra sauce I don't get that you put so little sauce in there to begin with. It's absolutely amazing that you would even doubt Customer that little bit of sauce is not going to change the outcome of your business. It made it so that we are debating whether we will return to that restaurant again. The ambience it's quaint. It's a little pizza joint it's not anything great and wondrous. It's got a few seating soda, fountain or bottled sodas. The people are nice. I can say that we had a nice conversation with the girls behind the counter they were very nice they were very sociable. They were great, but the food was what was questionable when we ordered those calzones again the pizza was delicious but the calzones I would never buy them again. Try them for yourself and see if you have a different experience. I hope you do.

Not impressed. Chef salad is 10 bucks and mostly iceberg lettuce. Not much meat, and one olive. No peppers either. Nikki Ps in Rotterdam is twice as much meat, and a huge slice of Italian bread include

I've been remiss about writing reviews since Covid Pandemic began. DH and I have been stuck in the house since last March only going to restaurants that have outside seating or purchasing take-out! This place offers mostly take-out but does have a few small tables and chairs for the lunch crowd and during covid restrictions they were located out on the sidewalk during warmer weather. This is our go to place for pizza close to where we live. We order and in approximately 30 minutes we pick-up and its still tasty warm and delicious! Plenty of cheese, sauce and lightly browned on the bottom. We order 8 cut round and the lady on the phone is getting to know us! When the weather was warmer we ordered and sat outside at our make shift fire pit in the back yard. A couple of pieces of slate old tire ring and we're ready to go... Saturday Night Pizza Night! So if you live near Prima's stop by and bring a pizza home for dinner!

R Gershon's Deli (Facebook) Dear Friends of Gershon's, It is with a heavy heart that I share this news with our loyal customers, friends, staff, and extended family. I have made the incredibly difficult decision to close Geshon's Deli & Caterers. Friday, January 30th, 2026, was our final day. This decision was not made lightly as Gershon's has been an integral part of my life since I was a little girl. After my father's untimely passing, I took over with one clear mission, to honor his legacy, keep his dream alive, and continue providing quality service and "good food for good people." For more than 60 years, Gershon's has been shaped by the people who walked through our doors. Every employee, customer, client, and friend has played a role in our story and our success. Unfortunately, rising food costs, ongoing economic challenges, the lasting effects of COVID, and the loss of my final opportunity this week have left me with no other choice. To everyone who has supported me over the past nine years, thank you. Thank you for the memories, for trusting us with your celebrations, holidays, milestones, and everyday moments. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your lives, in both the joyful times and the hard ones. I will miss seeing you all more than I can put into words. I am deeply grateful for the love and support you've shown me and my family over the years. I wish vou all nothina but the best. Please take care

On good days, they can serve one of the best sandwiches. Otherwise, I've had several occasions where I was left wondering why my pastrami sandwich was literally two pieces of bread with a small bit of pastrami - no dressing or anything else, and no questions asked. I like the attentiveness of the staff whenever we come here in person whether for diner in or takeaway, and their fresh pickles are wonderfully crunchy and worth looking forward to. They have some delicious pies, too, and the chocolate cream pie is our fave. I would go back, but the inconsistency over time certainly has dampened my enthusiasm that I may have once had.

It was good to know the turkey is roasted "in house." I took half home. In my opinion, the prices are not only fair but on the low side for the quality of food served. My sandwich was only $9.99 with chips and a pickle spear. Side salads are inexpensive and delicious I hear. The two sided laminated menu was easy to navigate. Specials of the day are posted at the entrance. Service was prompt and friendly. The charming cafe is located at the end of a strip of businesses off Rt. 7 near the Galleria 7 Food Court. There are many tables and a full bar in a well lit inside seating area. In addition, there is a great patio with nice planters on one side. Lots of parking. Easy access for wheelchairs and walkers. Looking forward to returning for a Panini, or soup, or salad, or breakfast sandwich. I will check out the catering menu to use in future. We went the first time because it was one of those days, and our non-vegetarian kid was desperate to eat and we were in the neighborhood. So while he chowed down on the pork sandwich platter (which was, he reported, excellent, and I can tell you the aroma made my mouth water), we split one of each non-meat side available. Chips, Potato Salad, Mac and Cheese, the Japanese eggplant, and the Kimchi Coleslaw. (I think we passed on the beans because they had pork in them.) They were FABULOUS! I mean, I've had plenty of BBQ sides in my time, back when we were carnivores, and I've tried them all. I can think of maybe two or three others that were the equals here, but for a limited run of options, it was non-pareil. It kind of makes me wish they'd put their minds to a veggie sandwich, the name of the place notwithstanding. They do the maillard reaction proud. One tiny tip for the owners: "Reuben" is misspelled on your menu.
