April 11, 2021 (apologies in advance for the bad grammar) I ordered a Holosun 507C RD Sight from Primary Arms. It arrived missing the mount and the spare battery tray. The sight was superficially blemished and it appeared as if it was a demo or lightly used in some way. The battery was installed as well. (Demo or Used, Returning the Sight was not an option for me) 4/29 emails & 4/30 call: Along with my added frustration, I wrote & called Primary Arms CS. Ivan received my call and on his own found the emails. Missing parts and blemished items? That happens but what occurred next is more impressive than all the reviews I've read. Ivan emailed me back and forth Friday-all afternoon And today, a Saturday. He wrote to insure I was granted a suitable credit and went on to contact Holosun about the missing parts on my behalf. Ivan also copied me on the Holosun email. Problem solved. Beside the Red Dot Sight and Great customer service, I believe I walked away a better person. I don't know Ivan but will do my best to emulate the patience, understanding and diligence he brings to work everyday. He defines and is not limited to the term Alacrity- (a cheerful willingness). I look forward to calling Primary Arms from now on as I believe it can only improve my disposition by interacting with such good people. I don't know Why we can't go in and look at the stuff before we buy it. I live in Houston and Im here outside the store and I feel like I'm trespassing. The building is huge. I'm so excited to go in and see and hold all the stuff I see and have been waiting for online and damn!!!!!!! The door is locked but people going in And out the door using a Doorbell. Im standong to one of the gunsmiths cause he's smoking a cig, talking on his phone real fast about some real deep technical jargon about uppers and lowers and some I get in there finnaly and some guy at what looks like a front counter (looks like the guy to talk to) after I ask him if I can go in, tellls me "NO"and that he hopes the store front never opens again (I guess he's a lazy nobody do nothing over there can't even tell me anything or barely speak English correctly. if I misspelled or messed up any of this it's because I'm so flustered and dont know how to not use any cuss words in this review. I called Primary Arms today about a question I had on their March email blast. I have been looking for a very specific Ar-15 upper and finally found the one I want on their email, but it was being used in a picture, not part of the sales going on(with no manufacturing details visible). Cody was able to recommend 6 different types of similar uppers! He took the time to recommend and go over each option for me and we were pretty sure he found the right one. Great customer service! I had an issue with an order during a Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal that was 100% my fault. I sent PrimaryArms an e-mail and they got back to me within three hours and fixed it.
