Not sure what I can say other than I don't know much about scopes and recently bought an AR-10. The man on the phone was patient and spoke to me in a very professional manner walking me through what each number represented and the features on different scopes. He was kind, knowledgable and made me feel comfortable enough where I dropped $500 on a scope and mount after he transferred the call for me. This is a great company with awesome individuals to deal with. He politely told me everyone has to start somewhere when I told him I was a bit clueless but didn't like the confusion I received at the larger chain stores in the area. There is no doubt I will be shopping with them again and that I will be adorning my prized firearms with their products. It's nice to deal with good honest people and that's is what you get here. When someone tells you that you don't really need something and can make it work another way saving you money, you know they are invested in making you a happy customer which is what they've done. I on my part, forgot that I had a return in process and they promised it'd take 7-10 business days for it to be processed. Luckily when I was scrolling through my bank statements, it was evident that I was never given that refund. ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH. Their customer service is horrible, only receiving a a reply almost 5 days after sending a message. Completely unacceptable. STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY REFUND. Probably delaying my refund since I put bad reviews on their Facebook and finally here. When you see a problem like this, you fix it. Probably not getting my refund because they're punishing me. NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. You're able to post countless posts on Facebook and instagram but can't reply to your customers right away? Terrible service IMO. I purchased a product online on 3/4 at 9am. I paid the extra charge for over night shipping which was a substantial charge. I wait for some type of confirmation or tracking information and at 3pm on the 6th it says my order has shipped. I log into FedEx's site and it says the label has been created and package will arrive on the 8th. Mind you this is a $1700 optic. On the 8th it still shows that it will arrive that day. Then finally at 4pm on the 8th it says product has departed. Why would someone pay for over night shipping or as a company even offer it if you can't ship the product that day. 3 days would have been fine for it to show up but when you pay for over night shipping at it takes 6 days to show up and mind it FedEx is saying it will arrive on the 9th that's uncalled for. If you can't fulfill the order on time don't charge someone for the extra shipping. I am beyond disappointed with Primary Arms. This is why Amazon is destroying businesses like this. read more

I like attempting to support local businesses but, I would warn against shopping here. The return policy is horrendous. I recently bought a red dot magnifier combo with mounts, the mount for the magnifier broke. I drove to store to swap out, they said no, tried to call, still no dice. My order was messed up multiple times. I only order 3 base pads for a MPX 2 out of 3 I received were for Glock 9mm. They sent 2 more base pads to correct their mistake and they got it wrong also. Sent me another Glock 9mm base pad. So now I have to send 3 out of 5 back. Save your time and order somewhere else. read more

Alright, so. I ordered a Troy m4a4 rifle from primary arms about 4 weeks ago. Had all my information and payed for the product and everything. Said it would be there next Friday. Come to next Friday and I have the money in my account. I called and asked, was put on hold for about 20 minutes, to get some obnoxious lady screaming about how she couldn't hear me and then proceeded to cuss at me because she was getting annoyed to then say they didn't actually have the rifle that they were just taking orders for it so they didn't know when they could get it to me. I told them I wanted a refund and they said they couldn't do that for some reason they did not give me and after having to talk to her supervisor I finally got it. After this mess, they send the rifle 3 weeks later and charged me for it again. Still didn't send the rifle cause they still didn't have it. Got my money back. Again. And then charged me again today. read more

Placed an order online. Shipped easy and quick enough. Package was lost by UPS, which was not the fault of Primary Arms, but PA's follow up was terrible (actually, non-existent). UPS admitted to me that their driver delivered the package to the incorrect address and was unable to retrieve it. I filed a police report and informed Primary Arms immediately. They stated that they would have to contact UPS and investigate. They did not provide a turn-around-time. At this time, I have yet to hear back from PA. It's been 10 days since I've notified PA and there hasn't been a single follow up about the status of my order. Ultimately, I have had to dispute the charge with my credit card for product/service not receive. Mistakes happen, but communication is important, especially when there's hundreds of dollars of gun parts involved. read more

I have been a regular customer of Primary Arms for a while and always talked them up to friends to encourage them to use them also. Well it looks like the days of truth in advertising are gone here. My last order was placed after seeing their opening website banner saying "Regular shipments go out within one business day". Don't be fooled like I was. Four days later my order sits in "Pending Fulfillment" oblivion. When this happens, you can't call call them (they hide behind the no phone calls - Covid excuse) and emails are not answered except with a platitude filled robot response email. Interesting to note that I placed orders with three other firearm parts companies on that same day - and all three shipped out the same or the following day - and they are dealing with Covid too. I guess it's time to warn off those friends that I talked this company up to. Sad. read more

Great prices and great inventory. I have picked up a few things from them and have been really happy. Really like that it's more of a warehouse with a small store front. Great way to still offer products for us local without having to wait for shipping. It's really a no frills operation. Go in order what you want off the computer, pick it up at the counter. I received and email that the product I had purchased yesterday had gone on sale today. When I called in, I was informed by the gentleman that he would be happy to refund the price difference to my card. After my initial review about how they were my number 1 on-line shop, I had an issue with a Radical upper I bought from them. Instead of letting me swap it out, store credit, or anything, they blew me off to the manufacture. The manufacturer didn't really take care of me either, and punted it back to PA to send me a return slip. After 2 weeks, I still haven't heard from PA on this. After many range trips & band-aid type fixes, I'm done. No one should have to work this hard on an upper that was a single shot from the very first round (doesn't Radical test fire these things before they leave the shop?). I ended-up just parting out the whole upper at a loss. After this experience, I'm done with PA. I don't know if there was a policy change or what, but you just lost me as a customer (and the thousands of $$ I spend on gear a year). read more

I purchased a Radical Firearms AR. Great price, no mark up over the manufacturer. Staff was super nice and answered all my questions. I was even taken out side and show the differences between the different scopes and sights. I literally live on the other side of town from this place, but I will go back there to make more purchases. Let's all admit it: We go to gun stores and put up with gun snobs that work in those places. And those places are just as bad a "non-corporate" coffee bars. Well, this place ain't like that. This is the first gun shop I've been to where the staff actually seemed like they wanted to be there and help. I've bought a few components from them for my current build, and have had a good experience with every transaction. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. They also have really good prices and offer in-store pick-up for items purchased online (which saves me money on shipping). I highly recommend Primary Arms if you are looking for any parts or upgrades to ARs or AKs or even completed rifles. Good shop, good people, and I'm happy to support them with my business. I was surprised at the one-star review until I looked at what else that guy has reviewed and as of today, all of his reviews on Yelp are negative. I've recently ordered more than a few items from Primary Arms and have been very impressed with their service. My review applies to their internet sales as all my orders have been over the web. Even though I am in Texas and have to pay Texas sales tax, PA's prices are still great in comparison to even other web dealers. I've only had to contact PA once regarding an order because I messed up when listing the shipping address. Even though this was during the height of Christmas shopping, someone picked up the phone after only being on hold a minute and immediately made the correction to my order. On a separate occasion, and item that showed in-stock was actually out of stock and rather than put my order on back-order, PA upgraded the parts I wanted and threw in expedited shipping as well. They did this on their own without me asking for it which goes to show how proactive they are in making sure they have happy customers. I wish more businesses took this type of proactive approach to customer service. read more

Customer service is lacking with this store. Looking at their website, it says " Visit us in person at our retail showroom." Of course when I get there, they tell me that I can't buy unless I order online and choose in-store pick up. It would be helpful to state that on the website. They then tell me to use their computer to order. I tried using their computer, but of course the web doesn't come up. I tell them about it and their response is "Oh yeah, our internet has been having problems." Couldn't they have said that earlier. Waste of my time. Place is awesome. I came for a pick up since I live in the next big city over. This place isn't too hard to find and the guys here were super friendly and helpful which you may not see in a lot of firearms stores. They have computer stations with privacy screens which you can order more things and they can fulfil them right there. Every experience I have had ordering with these guys was great.
