Cathy is the lead nurse and she is always super organized and extremely helpful and communicative! Colleen is such a sweet and welcoming member of WellcomeMD. I always love seeing her face!:) Heidi is fabulous on the phone and great with communications. She gets the job done! But when it comes to your health, your relationship with your doctor, it's an intimate dynamic because it requires clarity and trust on the part of the doctor and patient. Dr. Carl is so relaxed that he puts his patients at ease immediately. He is thorough and goes through all of your blood panels with you one-on-one and makes excellent suggestions and also is complimentary if he feels that you are doing well. He will prescribe supplementation only if it is reflected as needed in your bloodwork. Personally, my blood pressure zooms up every time I go to the doctor. But with Dr. Carl, he brings it back to normal and puts me at ease. Obviously, my entire family and I are fans of WellcomeMD. I recommend Dr. Carl and Dr. Colfer to everyone I know!
