This new signature steakhouse is now open, located in the heart of the Eastport Town Center, and is ready to welcome you to an unforgettable dining experience that effortlessly blends savory delights with a personal touch of genuine hospitality. The chef-inspired menu is a brilliantly balanced variety of seafood & expertly marinated meats and more and can be enjoyed with enhancements & perfectly prepared accompaniments. With both indoor and outdoor seating, guests will be able to soak in the welcoming atmosphere of the warm wood tones & white table cloths, while basking in the amber glow amid the dazzling chandeliers. Darlene, my server recommended the Tuna Tartare-fresh marinated ahi tuna, crunchy cucumber slices, creamy avocado, crispy wontons & ponzu. Elevated elegance.

Last night we dropped in after walking Nadine Trail. We weren't dressed up but it was fine . Charlie was our server and Keegan kept the water full. My husband had a perfect cowboy cut steak and I had the seafood paparedelle. We left happy and satisfied .

Service from Micah was great. Was my first time for visiting with my dad and we had a few dishes. Did the crab cakes, lobster bisque, French onion, special was a tomahawk steak with mushrooms, asparagus and mash potatoes. Everything was delightful and full of flavor. I would recommend the food here for special occasions because the ambiance is great.

I so wanted this review to have more stars however it is not to be. I was looking for a nice restaurant to celebrate Christmas Eve and didnt want to drive to Orlando and with all the hype for this newly upscale local restaurant I made reservations. Very easy to navigate on their website. Beautiful decor and was seated quickly in a half booth with view of the outside area of the restaurant and this is where things go awry. It took aproximately 10 minutes for any server to greet us and let us know they would be with us shortly or order drinks. The assistant waiter Hannah came by ad filled our water glasses then our server Chase finally came to the table. Either he did not want to be working on Christmans Eve or he has the personallty of a wet noodle. A tray of meat is presented to each table for review of the cuts of meat available and complimentary fresh hot bread basket with butter is served. We ordered the Surf & Turf and the Filet & Shrimp Fondue. - Surf & Turf - while the wagyu ribeye was cooked to medium rare it had a char taste to it which ruined the flavor of the wagyu, the lobster was not buttery but overcooked and rubbery, the baked potato was barely warm could not even melt the butter or cheese on top and the asparagus also had a char taste - total disappointment in this entree and yes I did bring this up to managment but their only solution was to remake the entire dish, who needs 2 of an already ruined dinner. - Fiet & Shrimp Fondue was cooked was cooked perfectly and only complaint was the baked potato again barely warm - - Pseudo Hugo - this drink is non alcoholic and not sweet at all, very prominent lime & mint flavor, this drink was not for me even after I added simple syrup and ordered a Shirly Temple which was very weak in grenadine flavor and no Cherries in the drink at all. Not sure if it was the restaurant being newly opened or Christmas Eve but it was not a great experience and maybe willing to try again in a few months when the restaurant has been open longer in the mean time I will go back to FMK's other higher end restaurant Chop House.

Celebrated our grandparents 90th and 95th birthdays at the newest FMK location in Eastport! Prime and Ember is now open serving delicious steaks, seafood & cocktails! We had exceptional service and the restaurant is absolutely stunning with very clean bathrooms. I would recommend substituting a different side for the rice as it was very bland and hard. Absolutely service, food, location, dining room. Four of us had an early meal before a concert. My wife said the Fig salad was best salad she has ever eaten. The lamb chops were outstanding, I had the 6oz filet was perfectly cooked. Our server Spencer was great.

Man, what can I say. Fingers are crossed they improve their consistency and food quality. I understand it's The Villages, but we need flavor. We need chefs. Service is good. If you sit downstairs, Charlie is amazing in the main dining room and the staff at the bar, Chris, Maria and Noah are fantastic. Upstairs....well they're still trying to figure it out. It should casual, fun and uplifting. Leave the stuffiness downstairs.

First time this restaurant in the new Eastport area of the villages. All I can say is well. Our meal was absolutely delicious. Service was wonderful. Find dining at its best. Everyone in our table had a different cut of meat. They were all melted in your mouth delicious. I love when you go out to eat and everything isn't rushed upon you perfectly timed from appetizer to dessert. Can't wait to come back again.

Our server was awesome and truly made the meal more enjoyable. I'm hard of hearing, and when they noticed I was struggling, they kindly relocated us to a quieter spot in the corner where I could actually hear my wife. That kind of attentiveness means the world. Throughout the evening, our server was helpful and engaging, and started us off with some bread for the table. It seemed fresh baked with a crisp crust and wonderfully soft in the middle. For our entrées, we had the Chilean Sea Bass, which absolutely melted in our mouths, and the 10oz center-cut filet, which was perfectly cooked to order with no fat or tendons -- just pure quality. You can tell they take pride in what comes out of that kitchen. They finished our meal by bringing out a special plate for my mom with a trio of strawberry sorbet, a chocolate cookie, and banana foster. It was beautifully presented, and that banana foster was fantastic! We will definitely consider ordering a full-sized one on our next visit. Overall, Eddie V's delivered an outstanding experience -- from the atmosphere to the service to every single bite. We'll absolutely be back.

A quaint little town northwest of Orlando…read more There's shopping, some nice little restaurants, and a big ol' lake that you can rent a catboat on and drive it around. That's what we did that morning. Ambiance was great. It felt like each little dining area was a different room in a big, semi-haunted mansion. Eclectic books and paintings and mirrors and other baubles adorned much of the walls, making for plenty of looking around time during you meal. Very fun. Service was really good. The pacing of the meal was great, and our server was very friendly. We were always with drink, and she knew the menu backwards and forwards, even the special dishes of the night. As for the food, we went whole hog with two apps, two mains, and a dessert to share. Out of everything we ordered, only one of them remains on the current menu, which is a great sign. I love a rotating, seasonal menu. It shows effort, and it definitely encourages return patronage. We started with the Ciabatta Board (toasted ciabatta, house butter made with sun dried tomato, roasted red pepper, parmesan, garlic, chive). This was nice. It was very sun dried tomato, so if you don't like them, don't get this. But very soft, toasty bread made this very lovely. We also got an escargot app which was very creamy and soup-like. The snails were complimented well by the spinach. And the whole thing came with a nice little breadstick. I saved some of the bread from the board for some sopping. Pro move. For our mains, we got a miso butter New York strip and some sort of Asian themed duck. For both mains, the proteins were cooked very very well, and the portion sizes were a good size compared to what I was expecting. Both sets of taters were good. The mash was very smooth and creamy, the roasted baby potatoes were cooked all the way through and were nice and naturally buttery. Both were served with a seasonal veg mix that was pretty ok. It rounded out the plate, but it won't change your world or anything. We finished off with one of the best slices of cheesecake I've ever had. Incredibly smooth with the perfect cheesecake density, the perfect amount of chocolate chips inside, and a nice little crust that added that little bit of texture that is needed from the crust. Overall, quite a meal! To survive in a small town with these prices and those quality ingredientes and that unique of a menu design is very impressive. I will certainly be back.

So when I say that this steakhouse is among the best meals I've ever eaten I am saying quite a lot. Honestly, I only ate here because I had a gift card, but I will be returning over and over again because meals do not get any better than this. Let me explain. From the moment you walk in your treated with incredible courtesy. Every member of the staff, whether they are waiting at you or just walking by make eye contact and make you feel valued just for being there. The ambience of the restaurant is typical steakhouse, but it is quite elegant as can be seen in the pictures. The tables are set beautifully, but still, I can't get over how good the service is considering the number of people at the restaurant. Other fine restaurants should experience an evening here to learn how to do it right. But at a steakhouse ir comes down to two things. The quality of the steak and how it is prepared. Here is where they excel. Every cut of meat is among the best. Not simply top cuts but carefully selected to be exemplary. And each steak is treated in a way that you would expect something so valuable to be prepared. They are cooked perfectly, but not just temperature. The balance of seasoning adds to, but never overpowers the flavor of the delicious meat that they are serving. We start our meal with the crabcakes, not your typical crabcakes which are heavily into the breading and minimally into the crab. These are wonderful cakes of crab prepared, unique and beautiful way, which was just so tasty that I was thrilled that I had ordered it. They brought over some complementary meatballs, which also were stellar. But the main event was the steak and as previously stated, it was just delicious. Clearly among the best I've ever eaten even a place ranked as the top steakhouses in the world. Clearly, the people that do the rankings didn't drop in here. Because we were celebrating a birthday, they gave us a complementary dessert. Nothing fancy, but we were not going to eat dessert anyway having filled up on a wonderful meal. Perhaps next time. This is the type of place where you are already looking forward to next time as you are even getting ready to walk out the door. Loved it and highly recommend.

Sometimes places that are a little further out of the way end up with higher ratings based on their surroundings. Here, I believe that is not the case and this is a fair rating across the board.

The margarita tasted like lime juice and had no taste of tequila in the drink whatsoever. The salad was served in a huge tin bowl. One would have to look over the edge of the bowl and down into the crater of the bowl to find remnants of a salad. The bowl was way too big for the amount in the bowl. It was pitiful. Whatever was in the bowl was tired and a bit limpy. I had to remove some of the brown wilted iceberg lettuce before placing anything of substance on the plate. Never bothered to order anymore. It was pretty bad. Now comes the steak! It was a total disgrace and non eatable. It was a disaster! It was at this point when we ordered a second round of rolls and cinnamon butter because we knew where this entire meal was headed. No matter how the steaks doneness was ordered, it could not be chewed. Every knife cut of the steak was a mouthful of grizzle. The side of the plate was full of meat that could not be chewed. The sweet potato was pretty good. although small for a sweet potato, it was very good. Why not bring this to the attention to the manager you ask? My answer is this. When I enter an establishment and agree to pay you the asking price, of your food and drink, I expect you to hold up your end of our agreement and serve what is reasonably expected. You as a manager failed to do this and it is a most reasonable expectation of a customer. Secondly, your waitress told me that the steak we ordered was the last one left. We did not show up at 9pm but rather approximately 7pm. and you're running out of your priciest steak. Hint, walk your dining room and check with customers about their experience and if everything is what they expected. Try being subtle and look behind your waitstaff to see that they are giving their very best to your patrons. It goes a long way. In closing, we left quietly and will never return to any of your establishments. Sometimes bad experiences are followed a few good ones. We had an incredible meal at Grumps Landing a day later.

Great atmosphere, very friendly staff & a large menu that would have something for everyone! I…read moreenjoyed the Chicken Kabobs..on the skewer, they include Bermuda onion, mushrooms & green peppers. It's served with seasoned rice & choice of 2 sides. I chose mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli & summer squash) & coleslaw! Yum. Another cute thing is, each table has a bucket of roasted peanuts with a tray for the shells. We were offered hot fluffy dinner rolls with cinnamon butter before our appetizer arrived. They tasted homemade and paired well with the butter. We ordered the calamari, very crispy...served with marinara sauce on the side. It was excellent
