Charley's is a great staple steakhouse. Service is always great and food is always fresh and out quick. I really enjoyed the lamb. I love the salad and bread that comes with the entrees! The martini was also a great new try. Beef tartar is one of my favorites! They offer free valet and would recommend making a reservation! The only downfall was that I took home some leftovers and found a hair in my leftovers. This hasn't happened before but was sad not to enjoy the food next day.

it was outstanding. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection, tender and flavorful, and the sides were just as impressive. Every course felt crafted with care, from the appetizers to the final bite of dessert. Our server, Kiara, was absolutely wonderful, warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive without ever feeling overbearing. She took the time to walk us through the menu, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured every detail of our meal was perfect. Her friendly energy really elevated the experience. Halfway therethrough the evening, Tyler, the manager, stopped by to personally check in and make sure everything was to our liking. His professionalism and hospitality were impressive it's clear that both he and Kiara take immense pride in making guests feel valued.

Reservations suggested for this steakhouse where the manager hand cuts the steaks each day. Dry aged steaks and prime cuts cooked over orange wood on an open grill. These steaks are displayed in the front case and also brought table side to view. Ambiance - booths and tables for cozy seating and attentive staff who are very friendly. We had: * Lobster Bisque - very nice with chunks of lobster * House Salad - well dressed and quite good * Cheesy bread rolls - these were just ok for me * Smoked crab cakes - yum chunky and delicious * Stone Crab claws - nothing fancy here just a solid claw * Cauliflower side - it's half a head roasted with cheese. It's a lot!! * Bone in Porterhouse. 28d dry aged. So good. Perfectly cooked. * Strawberry Shortcake. Supposedly less sweet but it was sweet. Still very good. Should have had some coffee with it. We left stuffed and liked the experience.

We had a party of 16 for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. The staff was all very accommodating and helpful. Bailey and the rest of the crew took excellent care of us. My mom's steak was slightly over-cooked, so they wouldn't even serve it to her. The remade the steak and brought out a cup of the lobster bisque for her to eat while she waited. Every food item we ordered was tasty and prepared well. The presentation kn the plates was great. Dinner here was almost as much of a show as it was a meal.

Rib eye filet on top, filet mignon on bottom. In between is an awesome baked potato loaded !!

Second time here in 6 months. Both times excellent. The food is so very good!!! The ambiance here is awesome!!! We just lovethe inside and the outside of this place. Service? Last night our server was Anthony. Definitely in the top ten servers we have encountered anywhere. We will be back for sure!!!

Steaks are amazing. Service is even better than the steaks. The ambiance is low lit and high end. No hats. This review is only short because I think you get the gist.

Don't be fooled by the outside, the inside is spectacular! The service was superb! We have the Bison, lobster mac and cheese and mushrooms. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. This is one of my top restaurants in Orlando.

Fantastic service, plenty of steak options and delicious fish. This was my first visit and it was what I was hoping for. We had great and attentive service and the wood-fired steaks were amazing. You could taste the wood in each bite and I loved that.

Andrew was like a gracious host, eminently knowledgeable and kind. You could take his recommendations to the bank! He knows the menu, and off menu items, so well, you could tell he just wanted you to love this steak house as much as he does. The bison ribeye was an unforgettable experience! Everyone in our party was just blown away by the entire event, 100% because of Andrew. So professional, but kind and personable. I'm sitting in his section next time!

Saturday night, first time visit. I would go back if I was ever in the area again. We had a reservation for a birthday dinner. There was a wait to be seated even with the reservation. From the time we arrived until we left the birthday was acknowledged. The service was great. We did sit near the back by the party room and it was very drafty. The calamari and meats(filet mignon and pork chops) were great. The garlic mashed potatoes were too garlicy for the table. The salad comes out on a chilled plate, the cheesy rolls were ok. The strawberry lemonade was very good.

Had an awesome time with Orlando (Mr Chicago). Great Professional and Friendly service. The food was fine, but not at the level of the pricing. However, the Service of the whole team makes up for it. The lobster did not tasted at par, the steaks were fine as well as the Side Dishes; Mushrooms, Lobster Mac&Cheese and Mashed Potatoes. Nice drinks but way too expensive for the place. Overall good. Mr Chicago and the Team are the Stars

This location gives off a totally different vibe than the location on I-drive. You still have your classic steakhouse ambiance and wood fired grill in the front, but the service at this location was exceptional. Both locations are in a pretty tourist heavy area, however this one has more of a local vibe. I ordered the escargot to start. It was okay. The butter/parsley combo could have had more flavor, but the bread was perfect! I also ordered the filet mingon which came out perfect as always. Our server was knowledgeable and patient. He was also very patient and bantered with our son.

What a delight! While in town for a work conference, I treated myself to a steak dinner after a long work week! This place was recommended as I did not want to chain, and I must say it did not disappoint! While I wish I was hungrier, the food was absolutely exquisite, and the service was even better! We started off with an appetizer of the fried shrimp, while they pride themselves on hand breading, and making their own, it was a little heavy of a breading, though I did not find it to be greasy. So that, in and of itself is impressive! We moved onto their incredibly addictive, cheesy garlic bread and delicious light and refreshing salad while choosing the filet mignon with a shrimp topper. The steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. You can tell this is one of the last places that puts pride into what they do with their food. I cannot rave enough about the service, our waiter was incredible and management coming by to make sure everything was good was an extra added treat. Do yourself a favor and if you're in the area, grab a steak from Charley's you will be glad you did!

The parking wraps arounds and it was very busy and surprisingly finding parking wasn't that bad. When we got into the lobby the wait time was 1hr 15 mins almost 2 hours . They set you up with a text message when the table is ready. We decided to go next door to the souvenir gift shop and wasted some time there and then decided to get back to the car . It was getting closer to time and since at 9pm they stop seating. We were able to walk in and our table was ready. The menu has a lot of different options. We asked the waiter how does it work and they do describe it to you if any questions. We got the cheese sticks to order I would say I wish it was cheesier but it was still good. The house salad with ranch was decent. For my seafood boil I got shrimp headless, snow crab legs, potatoes, sausage , corn. IT WAS THE 10/10!!! I'm not a spicy or a too much seasoning person so I got the garlic butter only. It was very good and had so much butter. For the second round I got calamari , green mussels , corn ,egg, potato. The calamari was so good . And I've never had green mussels and they were delicious! And to finish it off I had a cheesecake for dessert!! Everything was great. It's all you can eat and we definitely enjoyed it to the max! can't wait to come back!! They give you tools just in case if you need it btw!

My family enjoyed theirs as well. Crab bites and sweet potato fries were solid. My only real problem was the service. They have 3-4 different people attending to you. So you don't know who to ask. They did forget things here and there; screwed up orders, but overall the food was the star. Would go back if I am feeling a seafood explosion.

We've been here before and while it's not entirely inexpensive, it is priced well for what it is. Though it IS a buffet, the lobster itself is served to you one at a time. Good call! The rest of the food offerings are of really good variety and you should find plenty to enjoy here, including cute tasty desserts. Standouts are seafood casserole, cornbread, seafood/shellfish of all types and many salads, sushi rolls, a variety of fish preparations, etc. The drink specials are fun, but will still pad the bill, so we abstained. The staff were all personable and hardworking, with the bar-staff pulling double duty on the floor and still cheerful about it. One HUGE table left a paltry cheap tip for the poor guy, so we gave extra. Don't b a D*CK, people! Restrooms are fine and the wait was minimal. Parking is great on site, at no charge. Yay! We simplified our boil and got 1 lb of crab and 1/2 lb of shrimp, no heads. Opted for the garlic butter sauce which was so yummy. The boil comes with corn and potatoes.
