I shared that our spa was delivered today and was sitting in our driveway as the truck operator was unable to help us move it to the backyard. It wasn't a surprise as the MFG clearly stated it would be delivered to the street but after talking to the delivery company and another spa mover everyone was saying to ask the delivery driver for help and tip big! That didn't work out due to overhangs and size limitations. Lesson, the size of the spa is not the size of the crates and packaging. Surprisingly, the MFG was not willing to share the actual dims. So Brad came to the rescue. I asked when he could do it, obviously hoping it wasn't going to be 6 weeks out like some others. He said he could do it in the morning or if I had a couple of guys to push it, he could come now and discount the price. It worked out great! He had all the equipment and know how and we did a little pushing. Simple as that. I'd recommend Brad to anyone. Cool Guy!
