They did an exceptional job on my windows as well as the ceramic coating. The car looked even better and newer than when I picked the vehicle up from the dealership. As for the tints, I got 20% on all windows and 75% on the windshield. My only regret is that I didn't realize having a lighter interior would make the tints look lighter, but that's my fault for not knowing. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

There was a small issue with the PPF on the front bumper--just a miscommunication more than anything--but they handled it exactly how you'd hope. As soon as I brought it up, they jumped on it right away and fixed it without any hassle. That kind of responsiveness and accountability goes a long way. Nima was the one helping me throughout the process, and he was great to work with--very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, great experience. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for quality work and a shop that stands behind what they do.

The price was fair and they were very professional. They give you a physical warranty card, listing out the percentages on each window and product information so that if there are any issues you just take it back and they file a warranty claim. There were no issues with the tint. I did a walk in and I was willing to wait, but once other employees saw me waiting they all went to my car to make sure I got out of there quickly which was really considerate (although I truly did not mind waiting!). Despite moving fast, the results were perfect. The tint job was great, and the heat reduction was immediately noticed with my car. My ac sucked and the tint help it not have to work so hard to keep the car cool. I ended up trading in the car, but I attached photos I took before I had it sold. The only reason I did not go back for my new car was due to the distance from where I live but I regret it! I really wish I brought my current car to them. Trust me, they will take care of you like you are one of their own. They have nothing to hide, they are proud of their work and for good reasons.

They were also able to fit me in much sooner than I expected. When I arrived I was impressed by the shop. It's much larger than I thought. Very clean, organized and professional. Luis handled the consultation and estimate walked me through everything and made the process simple with no pressure. I had the rear chrome delete done on my Mercedes GLE 53 and the quality of the work was outstanding. What surprised me most was the pricing it was more competitive than several other shops I looked into especially considering the quality of the finished product. I'll definitely be back to have the rest of the chrome trim done and will be using them for detailing as well. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop in Huntington Beach for chrome deletes, wraps, or detailing, I highly recommend Rhino Film & Detail. Oh one last thing, they don't charge extra for credit card payments which we all know a lot of these smaller shops do.

I do keep my car in the garage most days and it has sat in the 90-100 degree sun on a few days. Still going strong. Templar Wraps did a fantastic job! Everyone has been asking where I got my wrap done and I've been sending them here. I had a vision and an artist friend helped me put that vision on paper. I brought it to Templar Wraps and they made that vision come to life with their amazing printer and very skilled wrap job. I couldn't be happier. If you've seen me on the road or come up to me giving me props about the wrap, well this is where it got done. Templar Wraps was very easy to work with. They had reasonable pricing and they made sure they gave me a great quality wrap to last as long as possible. They helped educate me about Wraps and even put a layer of laminate on top of the wrap for extra protection. I had a very unfortunate event that happened while getting my car serviced here, but I will say…read morethat in the end this business did do the right thing, but it was a little bit of a challenge getting them to reconcile. I'll save you guys some time and will give you the cliff notes of what happened. I brought in my brand new Porsche to get the front two windows tinted to match the factory tint on the other windows. I spoke to Sam and everything was all fine. My windows got tinted. It was a rainy day so I took the keys went home, my husband inspected the tint and unfortunately there was damage to the pillars of my car windows because the technician used a torch gun and it melted the side panels. We immediately went back up to the store, explained to Sam what happened Sam immediately took accountability and responsibility for getting this resolved on the next business day. Sam offered to get our car fixed at a non-Porsche repair shop, which did not sit well with us, considering our car was brand new fresh off the lot and we didn't feel comfortable taking the car to a place that was not Porsche certified. They were recommending this option because of the labor price difference and I assume they wanted to try to cut cost for the repair. We shared that that was not acceptable and Sam did arrange for my car to get repaired at Porsche and worked with my service advisor to coordinate the drop off and repair of my vehicle. The whole ordeal took about two weeks, but my car did get fixed to our standards and Sam always led with wanting to do the right thing and I'm glad that we were able to get this resolved. So if you do decide to get your windows tinted here, please be sure to do a thorough inspection and I hope that my unfortunate experience will help prevent any future damage to anyone else's car. I'm still leaving four stars because the tint itself does look fine and Sam was fair to work with.

We both smiled, and for a moment, the weight of the day felt lighter. Maria was also incredibly kind, cheerful, and welcoming. It reminded me that kindness doesn't have to be grand to make a difference. A smile, a little patience, and a few encouraging words can mean everything to someone who's struggling. I opted for the base option for $12 It got the job done and I will say the drive through did a pretty decent job of removing the dirt from my car. They offer vacuums and air hoses for post car wash, and there are plenty of spots to pull into. The only downside to my visit was this is the longest I've ever waited to go through a car wash. There was 1 car ahead of me in line when I pulled up and it took nearly 10 minutes. On the plus side, I guess it's a good sign that they do a really good job of spacing out the cars through the tunnel (I've seen my share of cars collide in a drive through wash due to being too close) Solid drive through car wash, a little pricier than others that you can find (basic for $10) but very conveniently located to several corporate offices in Irvine!

I used to come to this tire repair shop many years ago, and back then I thought it was a very good…read moredeal. They could patch a tire for about $20 cash, and the service was quick and convenient. At that time, I felt it was a great option. This time, however, my experience was different. I am not sure whether it is because prices have gone up, but the tire looked repairable to me. Still, they told me it could not be patched and that I needed to buy a used tire instead. Since I was already there and the work needed to be done, I ended up paying $60 for a used tire. What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. Next time, I would definitely compare prices and ask more questions at a few other shops before making a decision.on the car
