What we loved most about dealing with Clear Choice Windows & Doors was the personalized service we received. They have a large selection of window frame materials to choose from and our choice of fiberglass was an easy one. It was explained to us that fiberglass windows are stronger than both vinyl and wood, making them incredibly resilient to weather and climate -- perfect for PNW homeowners. From start to finish, our team of window installers provided friendly service, excellent craftsmanship, and it took only two days to install the 10 new windows in our home. Before, during and after, the team cleaned up and kept the work site tidy at all times. There was minimal damage to our landscaping as well. We can feel a definite difference in the inside temperature of our house since the new windows were installed. Our AC doesn't seem to work as hard and it takes less time to cool off in the summer and to heat in the winter. The outside look is classy and fits well with the style of our house and the neighborhood. We highly recommend Clear Choice Windows & Doors if you're looking for new windows.

Zack, Jacob, Hugo and Jose were punctual, cordial and consummate professionals. Unfortunately, one of the windows was incorrectly measured and will have to be replaced. Lifetime recognized the problem was theirs and without hesitation advised they would reorder and as quickly as possible, rectify the problem. Encouraged by the solid reviews here on Yelp, however, I agreed to the earliest inspection time, which was about a month out. The person who completed the inspection was also perfectly decent, looked at the job site for around half an hour and dropped the cost of the price estimate to $250. I saw this sum as worthwhile based on the assumption that I would receive a fair and reasonable quote on what would turn out to be good work. Not so much. I was quoted an estimate of around $7500 to replace one 6' x 2' window and some slightly rotted framing. This not a credible or fair-minded amount based on the materials and work and I can only presume they didn't really want the work. Based on this experience, I pretty much feel scammed into paying the upfront cost estimate and would highly recommend avoiding this company, particularly for minor window work.
