I followed him around, just watching, listening and learning- he is extremely knowledgeable about all systems in a home from roof to foundation. I worked with Angela and she was GREAT! I feel so much safer with these detectors. I have since moved from the area and I am considering myself SO fortunate to have these detectors as the house I rented in my new location didn't have any detectors. I told Angela by text message how I felt but then I told her about smelling a gas leak in my new rental. Angela told me about their gas leak detectors and based on my previous experience with Angela and Olympic Health and Safety, I immediately purchased 3 detectors. That was on September 12, 2023. As of September 29, 2023, I still do not have my detectors. I contacted Angela on September 20, 2023 for a status update on my gas detectors and was told that the owner, Brandon, had not even ordered my detectors. I spoke to Brandon and told him I wanted my detectors by September 27, 2023. On September 28, 2023, he called me and said that the detectors were supposed to be delivered directly to me but instead had been sent to his office. He "said" he would get them sent to me immediately and I suppose I will give it a few more days to get to me. I'm sadly disappointed in this service at this time. While I would still recommend the products, I would STRONGLY advise purchasers to stay on top of getting their products.

Also, the driveway was located on the side of the house, making parking and deliveries difficult. We had 3 bids, and many were over budget and overpriced. I worked directly with Cruz. He was professional and understood our concerns. We had the front part of the house French completed and corrected the driveway. We had several neighbors stop by and comment on the quality of the work. Then we had R.E.I. complete the flooded area with French drains. It looks amazing and a lot of hard work to get it done, and they made it look easy and put our stress at ease. I highly recommend this company and plan on using them again. Quality of work and professionalism still exists. Please do some research, check other bids, and expect their work to outshine the rest. This is a small local company, but I'm sure no job is too big for these guys.
