The good: *I was able to book my appointment online (lots of slots available) and pricing was transparent (see their website for pricing/options). *Excellent communication with the dispatcher to confirm my appointment and with Phillip before and during the job. *Phillip showed up on time and did meticulous, excellent work. He even cleaned the trunk area of my SUV, which had dirt and crud from various mountain adventures. The bad: *Nothing at all, ha! My car looks brand-new. Mission accomplished. Wow, My days of going to a regular car wash where they do a subpar job are over! Alex, my detailer did such a wonderful job with my car. I'm not exaggerating when I say that the interior looks brand new and that's saying a lot from someone with huskies! Our cars look gorgeous! Alan has been wanting to get his car detailed for a while now. We returned Clara to her breeder last month because I worried that if something were to happen to me during this pandemic Alan would not be able to manage her. She was hyper-bonded to me and our efforts to mitigate that were ineffective. His car was full of nose prints and doggie slobber, particularly the back window, which we couldn't reach. So was mine. He found Prime Shiners on Yelp and when he told me he was making arrangements I suggested we have my car done too, Pedram arrived today and spent hours working on both cars, first Alan's and then mine. He was a little later than he had estimated, but kept Alan posted via text messages, so we weren't left hanging. He was diligent, patient and kind. He wore a mask, as did we when we interacted w/ him. Alan's Mazda CX-5 looks like new, not surprising, because it's only a year or two old. My 1997 Lexus SC400 is 23 years old, so it doesn't look new, just gorgeous. We don't often have the need for detailing, but it's certainly good to know that Pedram is available should we need him again. Highly recommended. read more
