The burgers on burger night taste preformed and frozen. They lit the saganaki and then placed it right in front of the only toddler at the table. The alfredo sauce tasted frost bitten or old. I found a piece of plastic wrap inside my salad during my visit. I immediately brought it to the attention of both the waitress and the manager. My card was charged in full first, then later refunded only to take $1 off the bill. As part of the "resolution," they also offered to give my baby nephew an ice cream, as if that somehow made finding plastic in food acceptable. This is a serious food safety issue, not a small mistake. The response from management showed a complete lack of accountability and concern. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters--and this was handled extremely poorly. I will not be returning. read more

Excellent menu selection and the food was fantastic. I ordered the filet mignon and it was delicious. My wife had the grilled chicken salad and the portion size was big enough that she had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. My teenage kids enjoyed the chicken fettuccine and burgers. The atmosphere is rather noisy, so I wouldn't take my wife here for a romantic dinner date. But this is my favorite restaurant to take the entire family. The atmosphere is great and the place was not too crowded even on a Saturday night. You have the option of table seating or sitting at the bar and you can't go wrong with either one. I ordered chicken parmesan. When I received my plate, it was full of tomatoes even though I had just had a conversation with my waitress telling her that I could not eat tomatoes. When I asked for a reorder, the manager refused to take the plate back; he only offered a discount for it, and I had to pay full price for another dinner. The waitress should have been more aware of what she is serving, and the manager should be more considerate toward its diners and the terminology used to describe the meals on the menu. read more

We came here on the Saturday before Father's Day. Total of 7 of us. We were seated right away, and the waitress was new but very nice. For appetizers, we did the spinch dip and mozzarella sticks. They were good. I had the Cesar salad with a 14-oz ribeye and mash potatoes. The steak was good, but it could have been a little more tender, but it looked like it was cooked on a grill, and I prefer skillet cook, but it was still ok. My husband had the Prime rib. Again, we normally don't get our steaks cooked on a grill, but he said it was bad. The steak gives like longhorn vibes. My sister liker burger and my mom and brother in law liked their ribs and shrimp. It's a nice restaurant/bar spot. The manager was nice and stopped by a few times to make sure everything was ok. Food is so yummy here! I came her with my sister and we got the southwestern rolls for app and the taco special that is available on Wednesdays! The southwestern rolls were one of the best apps I have had. For the taco special you get to choose chicken, steak, Barbacoa , and I believe shrimp or fish as well. And you get a free side of soup (tomato or chicken noodle) which both were amazing. And then another free side you can choose fries, Cajun rice, or chips. GO WITH THE RICE it's so so good with the tacos. The ambiance is your typical restaurant-bar style scene, and everything is clean. Went for dinner last night and my husband ordered a scotch on the rocks. Then after dinner we went to the bar and each had a drink. Scotch on the rocks and a Bailey's on the rocks for me. When my husband got the check, he noticed we were charged $12.00 each for the drinks and $3.00 each for the "rocks"! (Ice). We were charged $9.00 for 3 glasses of ice! REALLY???? WHATS NEXT...GLASS RENTAL? We have gone to prime time many times and never experienced this so it must be a new policy which we have never encountered before at ANY restaurant. Don't let the 1 star reviews fool you. This place is far from the reputation it garnered the last 3 years. When I went to prime time I was a bit nervous about what I was to expect considering the reviews. However, I took a chance and came with an open mind, and suffice to say I was surprised by the quality of good service and food was given. Jimmy the manger does a fantastic job making sure the restaurant stays efficiently available for it's customers. The staff is also very friendly and would gladly assist you in whatever you may need. I ordered the chicken panini with sweet potato fries which was complimented well with the creamy chicken marsala they had for the day. Soups change every day however my server Tara, and the a manager Jimmy helped pick the soup that would complement my dish best. Good service, good company, good food, and fantastic staff. But they raised all their prices sky high a New York strip steak sandwich used to be $17.95 it's now $24 and all you get with it is french fries. And God for good if you order a pizza and you have half a pizza left over and if you ask him for a box to put the pizza in he had the balls to tell me he's going to charge me $2 for a box. Did he import the box from Italy. Worst customer service..both on the phone and when I called back to let them know the food they served us was made extremely poor. Potato skins were made without bacon and so much cheese I couldn't pull it apart. The salad I ordered was a crispy chicken salad and instead of putting the chicken in LAST..they let it sit which melted all the cheese and carrots together. I told the manager all of this and he told me I was wrong and he wasn't going to fix my salad. A salad...not steak. In the same breath letting me know the potato skins were made correctly. I have ordered here before but never again. This isn't the first time we've had to have food remade. Hopefully you don't eat during the shift that manager or hostess. read more

Primetime is a cautionary tale of why you should never be able to see into the kitchen of a restaurant. One one hand. The service that we received was definitely top-notch. Our server was attentive and gave great menu recommendations. They also had a really cool drink special that I appreciated. But we are living thru a global pandemic and our server kept not only pulling down her mask so she could speak to us, but leaning in. I actively found myself leaning away because this individual was too close. Past that based on where we were sitting, I could see inside of the kitchen. The serving team was not masked in the kitchen area, the cook was not masked at all, and people were eating on their prep table where food was being plated maskless. I felt extremely uncomfortable given COVID and wound up getting my food to go. Regularly their behaviors probably wouldn't have bothered me that much. But given that this is a health crisis I think their behaviors were somewhat tone deaf. read more

We decided to come in after a long day to relax and get something to eat. We were seated in the bar area to avoid the dining room. It took a while just for someone to come over to take our drink orders. When the drinks came the person ran off before we could ask to put in starters. No one ever came by again. We waited almost half an hour, empty drinks on the table, before we decided to just put some money down and leave.
