Update 9/26/18: I was so happy with the window leaning that I had them come out to do my gutters. I feel as I've just been robbed of $308. Two men were literally here for a total of ten minutes. They ran water down each gutter and charged me $308 and left. Really? $30 dollars a minute!? Highway robbery! When I called to inquire about their billing practices they stated that they charge by how many stories the house is. That may be but a ten minute job!? I will never call them again. read more

Please beware of their business practices. I last used the service about 18 months ago to clean inside and out all windows. I called and negotiated a price. The tech came out and said no, we need to charge 76% more! I called and spoke to a manager and we agreed to the job with an 18% increase over the last job. The tech came out the next day and told me no. Spoke to the owner and he told me I was, "strong arming him, wasn't fair. was not realistic and did not value their services." I told him that this was what you did the job for the last two times and we both agreed to the 18% increase over the last job. I wasted two days attempting to get this done and negotiated in good faith. They did not and insulted me on the phone when all that was being attempted was to have them honor their quote. I was provided a quote to pressure wash my entire home for around $200. I advised the gentleman or manager/owner that I only needed the front side of my house completed and I was told it would be well under $200. Given this and a quickly scheduled appointment I hired them. The work was completed timely, however the employee pressure washing the house broke some ceramic outdoor items we had placed in our flower beds AND the final bill for the pressure washing was $175! I don't consider $175 to be well under $200 nor would any reasonable person. The house itself looks great now, so was pleased with that, but so very disappointed that I had decorative ceramic items broken that we now have to replace and that I was greatly mislead on the price of the work. read more

DO NOT HIRE. Total bait and switch. This place quoted me $250 to clean my first floor windows. I was very clear on the phone that I wanted all windows including skylights. This quote was already more expensive than the place I regularly use, but they were done doing windows for the season. Two guys showed up after my 3 hour window, and a day after they were originally supposed to show. When they were done, they told me my bill was $475. When I told them that I wouldn't pay, they tried to say they weren't aware there were so many windows, and didn't know they had to do skylights. WRONG! I refused to pay, and they said I needed to talk to the manager over the phone. The manager told me their quotes are only an approximation, to which I explained charging almost double did not fall into the "approximation" column. Then he said, "well, we wouldn't have done all that work if we knew we weren't going to get paid". I explained to him that that also wasn't legitimate because the two men were only at my house working for one hour, which works out to $237.50 per worker per hour. I finally agreed to pay $300 just to be done. However, please be warned and DO NOT use this fraudulent company!!! P.S. My windows also had streaks and spots on them, but it was dark when they finished, so I couldn't see until the next day. read more

The two man crew they sent to our house did an outstanding job. They were respectful of the fact that we were all home and inside and worked around us. We have more windows than the average home and some of them are extremely high and very hard to get to. They did a fantastic job getting to every window cleaning all screens and the windows inside and out. They were very quick and thorough. We use them every Spring. read more

Had one isssue with the company -I have used this company before and they did a very nice job cleaning the windows. They were good about allowing us to have the exterior of the windows cleaned only without having to come in. The price was reasonable. Recently we scheduled with them to clean windows and gutters and they were scheduled in the afternoon when I would be available and they came in the morning when I was not home... couldn't get into the backyard, they called me very upset and got into it with me. Tried to say that I "did not want to pay them"! I have dogs and did not want them in the backyard without me letting them in. - Showed up unannounced, demanded they come back in a few hours after another job, then said I did not want to pay them. I called and they wanted to reschedule, I did... and they never showed back up. Then I called again, they rescheduled again.. and never showed. 2 NO SHOWS read more

Buyer beware. I wanted to give them a 1 star rating, due to how I was treated and scammed, but frankly the window cleaning service was very good. Beyond cleaning, though I was scammed and cheated on the pricing. We had a telephone pre arranged price for window cleaning and gutter cleaning. The window washers asked if I wanted them to wipe the bottom of each window clean for an additional $3. OK, but then only 17 of my 34 windows open, but when they gave me the final bill they tried to charge for all windows. Then on the gutter they increased the price from $160 to $240 because I was a 3 story house. Not so. My floors are an extra 1.5 feet high so total 3 feet for 2 stories. I made them call the scheduler who agreed to the $160. They finally capitulated on the $160, then claimed the 4 down spouts were an additional $48. I gave up arguing and paid the $48 to get rid of them. Then discovered they only flushed 2 of the 4 down spouts. Greedy. read more

Please please do your research before dealing with these people. We agreed in writing on a price to clean our gutters and two window wells. The price to clean the gutters was $180 and the price per window well was $20. In the written document, I noticed that they had only listed one window well to be cleaned. Prior to the service being rendered, I proactively reached out and pointed out that we had two window wells and in fact the amount should be $20 more. They agreed and, in writing, we confirmed the total amount to be $220. They showed up and rushed through the job. We saw them moving a bunch of leaves and some dust around, but they finished in 30 minutes. Then, without any discussion with us, they charged our credit card $330! We called their office to straighten this out and we were absolutely shocked with how the manager spoke to us. There was no escalation, he immediately was rude, defensive, and unprofessional. We told him we were going to dispute the charge with our credit card company and he actually threatened to come to our house and clog up our gutters! We feel very threatened and we have notified our village security to keep an eye on our house during patrols, we added cameras to our Ring and ADT, and we filed a police report. These people should be investigated. Be very careful! read more

1) Received an estimate of $130 for gutter cleaning and $30 for cleaning of two skylights 2) Made an appointment for it to be done on a Saturday 3) Received an estimate and an invoice the morning they were supposed to come that was significantly higher than the quoted estimate over the phone (the estimate admittedly came earlier but my wife does not always check her personal email daily) 4) Contacted Prime Time and was told they came on Friday 5) Invoice included charges that were not specified in the estimate ($8 per downspout, regardless of length) 6) They did a decent job (but only cleaned one skylight and one downspout may or may not have been cleaned as the lower portion is full of debris so that you cannot see the back part) hence the two stars, but I would not consider them to be reliable since they show up at any time regardless of appointment times, nor trustworthy since they assess "hidden charges." 7) The only form of payment they accept is credit card, and they send you a link with the payment amount set. You can call and complain, but they send a guy out to talk in circles to defend their position. Not worth the hassle of dealing with it, so we just paid and decided to warn others. I've used Prime Time a few times now. I like how I can call and get on their schedule right away. They always do a nice job.

As previous reviews state, they give you a low cost quote over the phone and then jack up the price on site. For window cleaning, I expected the entire window to be cleaned, turns out that every single piece of the window is a separate cost. Glass, trim, tracks, lock, part under the window where it meets the track, etc. are all separate services - which is not mentioned on the website nor made clear on the initial phone call or quote. Be aware that if you have your tracks cleaned, you will pay ~$5 per window to have them do one wipe of the track with a cloth while still leaving dirt in the cracks and crevices (and then be told that that is not included in the cleaning and it has to be power washed - additional cost). If you have your screens cleaned - they will only literally clean the screen (barely) and they will not touch the plastic frame around the screen, "that is an additional cost." They worked very quickly, did not do a thorough job, there is still dirt and grime on my windows and screens and after checking the house, they didn't even clean 2 of the windows. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT BE USING THEIR SERVICE AGAIN. read more

I was highly disappointed in PrimeTime Window Cleaning Service which was recommended by a friend of mine. My husband and I are upstanding elderly citizens in our community and expected the best service for our money. Our first encounter with them was a phone conversation with them and then a discussion that they made with us concerning a virtual estimate of the cost to do all the windows and screens indoor and out for our house. When they sent the first crew out, the two gentlemen washed two windows and left. I called the company and they told us they would send two more window washers the next day to complete the job. They told me that they would be there at 1pm and later they called and stated that they were running late. Then we were told that they would be there at 3pm. They never showed up. They finally contacted us the following day, telling us they would be there at 1pm. They called again and did not show up until 4pm. We originally wanted the windows washed indoor and out. We became so frustrated that we ended us washing the windows inside ourselves after the first crew only washed two windows and left. The second crew came late,and they were anxious to do the work quickly and leave. Consequently, my husband and I did half their work by helping them take out the screens and insisting on them putting them back in after they were washed. They had planned to wash the screens and leave them in my backyard to dry, even though rain was predicted that night. I did pay them even though I felt that we should have paid ourselves for the work that we did. The next day when we were able to examine all the windows, we discovered that they had missed a window in the lower level of our house. On the day of my appointment I received an invoice for $202 via email at 9:40 am for a job in which not one person had been on my roof, much less even been at the property to complete. That invoice included charges for 5 downspouts, 2 of which didn't need cleaning. But the tech wouldn't have known that since no one had even been at my house to do the job. After I called and spoke to Will about this the job was supposedly completed that afternoon. I asked Will for before/after pictures of the gutters. From the pictures they sent I can see that the tech used a leaf blower. In the past, they hooked hoses up to my outside faucet to clean the gutters and flush the downspouts. From those pictures and what I saw at my house, this part was not done. I then received a bank notification that the invoice was paid from my account. I received no follow up nor did I authorize payment. This was the poorest job PrimeTime has ever done and I've been a customer for over a decade. The trust and confidence I had in this company is gone and they have no one to blame but themselves. I'm pretty sure I will no longer be a customer going forward. read more

After arriving, they called to inform me that they considered my front window to really be 5 windows because of the different lanes of glass. Zero stars since they never showed up to do the gutters. Scheduled apt for Thur 10-1. No one showed up, no call or email. I emailed the scheduler who said they were busy but were still on the way. Showed up at 6:30 and spent 20 whole minutes washing the windows. Came to the door for $190 payment. I had scheduled gutters and roof sweeping as well but was told they didn't have time for that. I called the next day and was told that I'd be their last apt of the day-again. No show. Got a text on Sat saying a technician was on the way. Saw a guy in the yard, said he was with Prime Time and was "just looking". Then he left. No gutter cleaning and no further correspondence except that they keep asking me to fill out a survey! The three cleaners showed up on time, carefully moved furniture, and set up long ladders outside for the fixed panes. I had a positive experience with Prime Time last month when they did cleaned my parents' gutters so I decided to try them out myself. We scheduled the gutter cleaning for today between 7am - 10am and at 2:30pm the gutters were not done. I called the office and was told that the tech would arrive shortly. I expressed my frustration and how I should have received a phone call about the delay. The office staff agreed. The tech called and said he'd be here in 30 minutes. 47 minutes later and still no tech. I then cancelled the appointment via text, phone and email. First, I called and received a quote over the phone. Proceeded to schedule an appointment for service. The day before appointment, I called to reschedule appointment due to poor weather. In addition, I wanted to update them on a type of window we had, jalousie. I had called them transom. I wanted a new quote due to the difficulty with cleaning the jalousie windows, The man on the phone was evasive and very rude. He would not give me an estimate or price range for the windows. He NEVER said they need to come out and look at the windows to give me a proper quote. I asked again for an estimate or range for those types of windows. I was concerned if we proceed with service they will charge me exorbitantly. I just wanted a price range. He proceeded to yell into the phone. I abruptly got off the phone. This company is very unprofessional. Request that they come out and give you a WRITTEN quote before scheduling service. Update: Company called me back after seeing that I posted a review. Claims a different story. Repeatedly called me back 6 times in a row until I was able to block the number. Then proceeded to text me with harassing text msgs, calling me "lady" and that I "hide behind my computer and leave slanderous false reviews" I asked them to leave me alone. I contacted Prime time before the Thanksgiving Holiday. I supplied them the address and square footage of my home. Their sales person said he was looking at my home via a satellite image. I confirmed the home was two stories in the front, but a portion as three stories in the back due to a walk out basement. However, the home has a second story deck covering half of the back of the home. I was told it would $200 to clean the gutters and $300 to clean the windows. The man on the phone said they would arrive between 10AM - 12PM on Tuesday November 30th. At 2PM on the 30th I phone Prime Time looking for an update. I was told I was mistaken and their staff would arrive Wed. Dec. 1st between 10AM - 12PM. I starting calling Prime Time at 2PM as no one had shown up. At 4PM a young man arrived stating he could not work on the house without a second helper and left. I called Prime Time immediately after he left and was assured a team of two people would be to my home Thursday morning Dec. 2nd. I called at roughly 10AM Thursday Dec. 2nd. was assured the team would arrive shortly. No one arrived or called me on the 2nd. I phone at roughly 4:30PM on the 2nd looking for an explanation and sharing this was some of the worst customer service I had ever seen. I was assured that at team would arrive on or before 8AM on Friday Dec. 3rd. A single person, not a team arrive around 9AM on the 3rd. He informed me the window cleaning would be $480, not the $300 I was given over the phone. I told him to contact his office as I was given a price of $300. He simply got in his truck and left. This is a clear case of Bait and Switch. First, terrible customer service, then a Bait and Switch on the pricing. If you read this be warned. This is a disreputable company. read more

If I could give no stars I would. They gave me a quote of approximately $150 with an additional fee of $8 for any clogged gutters that we agreed on. Every time they scheduled a time to come, they were a no show. When they finally sent someone the first time, the guy changed the price to $200 with an absolute additional charge of $8 a down spot whether they were clogged or not. I said no thank you. They sent someone days later who again changed the price this time to $190 with an additional charge of $8 per down spot. Both men that were sent are separate from the company and work as contractors for the company. Be aware that when they come to your house, they will give you a completely different price. Now I am almost 10 days out with my gutters full of leaves thanks to trusting an unrealizable company. The man who I spoke to on the phone was also rude and disrespectful. they just finished cleaning my outside windows and gutters. Very nice and efficient crew. Price was very reasonable considering other quotes I've gotten in the northshore area. I have already recommended them to other people I know. I do have to agree with some others here that they do too much phone soliciting throughout the year, but on the other hand that's how they got me to sign up this time. But it was only because the caller mentioned gutter cleaning which I had put off doing this spring and badly needed. The window cleaning was secondary.
