However, was very unhappy that they sprayed my windows with my water which is awful hard water here in Antelope, and of course upped my water bill as well as left mud. My son used to have a window washing company, and they used their own buckets and their own products. Also they cleaned my tracks and my screens individually; your company did not. I hired this company based on friend's recommendation. I hired them to clean my roof tiles from moss. They finished the job without seeing any photos before and after since the roof is too high that not visible. I have told by them that the roof will be cleaned up when it rains . Fortunately, couple days later had some rain and I went up to see if I can see any part of roof where they cleaned. I then noticed that the area that said they cleaned was not cleaned at all. I called them and they said they will come back and clean it. Now, I started distrust them. I got a ladder and went to see if they cleaned the gutters as they said they will clean, there I saw broken roof tile pieces. When they came back I told them about broken tiles and I asked to take a photo of all broken tiles. After they cleaned the area that left unclean. They told me that there are 3 broken tiles. I called the owner and told him that there are broken tiles seems from photos that recently broken. He first said will come and replace them and later when talk to him he said that they did not do it and that was broken before. I told them I bought the house not too long ago and had roof company inspected the roof and they did not list any broken tiles. The owner (Chyne) said he things the roof inspectors has broken the tiles not his guys. I really disappointed with a company they talk about honesty and they refused to fix 3 roof tiles that they broke. I had to call a roof company to come and fix the broken roof tiles and there were more than 3 broken tiles. Please don't hire this company if you have a tile roof. I paid $1000 to clean the roof from Moss and the roof is as is not cleaned. Don't think this is an honest company. They might be good of cleaning window glasses but not roofs. Our gutters were overflowing and the drain pipes were totally clogged. I contacted them after hours and Shane returned my email very quickly. He said they could be here the following morning at 11am. Shane, Corey and Eric arrived before 11 and began working. They spent about 45 minutes clearing out the gutters and drain pipes.
