They came out on 5/22/20 and within 3 hours our windows looked fantastic. They hadn't been cleaned in at least 5 years and boy did they show it. Not anymore, the windows are sparkling and the tracks are dust and dirt free thanks to Primetime! I did all my communication with them online and never needed to take time out of my schedule to meet with them in order for them to do the work. They arrived about 12:15 and were done within an hour. Nice guys who seem to do honest work.
