I have come here a number of times due to its convenience of the location. Normally I come in, wash my card and leave. I have had few interactions with the staff. However, today the manager Danielle left an impression on regarding the management here. I wasn't able to redeem my second wash because it had expired. Keep in mind I did pay for the wash. The young lady told me they couldn't redeem it and said I was past the grace period. I asked to get a member of management, enter danielle. You can tell she was iterated and displeased she had to talk to a customer. She walk towards me with her receipt on the expiration date ready to tell me I was wrong. Rather than listen to what I had to say. I was going to say due to rainy days and holidays it was difficult for me to redeem the wash. She said all she could do is give me one of the basic washes, but I didn't pay that, I had paid for the polish and was. Her attitude, lack of customer service, poor people skills and non existent communication skills has now giving an impression that if the establishment doesn't care about the customer or delivery of customer service. I give her a 0 out of 10. She should be demoted or sent to take customer service classes. At very minimum retrained. With that being said, honestly it ain't worth the price as well for the car wash. $22 and I still have do the work. A regular car wash with armor all is $25 plus tip. read more

Unfortunately had to cancel both of my memberships. I have had my memberships for the last 4 years or so since they first opened. I chose to pay for memberships here due to the conscience and ease of maintains the exterior and interior of car. Today, I was approached today telling me that my hand pass would no longer be valid. I explained to them that I was given this by the owner at the time. When I indicted I would cancel my memberships if i start to have issues with something I have never had issues with, she seemed not to care. She just said, if I want to cancel my membership just let her know. So I did. I had an issue with her lack of empathy. I spend $1200 a year for my memberships and would promote this place. Not no more. Manager lacks customer service skills and empathy. Her approach need to change. So disappointed. read more

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STARS I WOULD! They charged my card 3 times the amount it was. The employee said they take apple pay then it charges my chard twice. The other employee then says that the Apple Pay does not work. That the money will just be pending but it took out my money as credit to them. I talked to the manager and they told me that it only charged once and my bank statement says differently. Not to mention it cracked more of my windshield on my car!!!!!! read more

First time user and will definitely be coming back! I love hand washing my own car but there are days where I just want to get it done fast and not take 2 hours. This is the place to go! I actually didn't plan on going here, I came across it on the way home from running errands. Quick and easy for $10! I'll have to stop by next time and purchase a coupon book and maybe get a subscription to the premium membership! When it says spotless rinse, it truly leaves your car spotless. I do recommend, if you're a perfectionist like me, to bring microfiber towels (they are here for purchase or included with subscriptions as well) to dry small missed areas so there are no water marks left behind from driving away. They also have vacuums there for customers' convenience for free! read more
