My last two visits to PrimeWash Express - Upland has been beyond unsatisfactory, I knew it was time to re-review this business because they no longer deserve the 5 star I originally gave them. I completely agree with other Yelpers that the car washes recently have been much faster and inefficient compared to how it was when it first opened. On my second to last visit, I got the $20 Wash and Polish wax and my car left filthy. The annoying thing was that I waited in an extremely long car line to get my car wash, just for it to come out still dirty. I took the time to talk to the manager. The manager swears that nothing has changed and I could re run my car through if I wanted to. I had to point out it was a wash AND WAX. Not to mention the car line for the wash was even longer now. I explained hoping for empathy I was a returning customer and this wash was not what I experienced previously. As a resolution, we wiped down my front windows, but it was still really dirty. I honestly hoped it was a one-time bad experience on a busy day... but unfortunately the dirty car experience is becoming the new norm. On my latest visit, the machine had issues reading my credit card. I had to push the help button and an associate came by. He could not figure it out and called a second associate over. They attempt to trouble shoot and ultimately rebooted the machine. During the steps he went and looked into the card reader options. For some reason, the magnetic card reader was disabled... What the heck? Strange... what a waste of my time sitting there waiting for them to figure out. Then to add to my displeasure, my $12 premium wash was quick and left water marks all over my front window just as it did the previous time. For a cheaper price, I might as well go to the gas station car washes. I am so over it with this place and their excuses. read more

Really love this car wash, if you pay for the more expensive option it includes a had dry and wax not offered at other PrimeWash Express. I avoid coming on the weekends because the line is very long and it's hard to find an open vacuum. I drive out several miles to come to this specific car wash, I prefer to sit in my vehicle for the wash. Even on the weekends, the wait is shorter than going to a traditional car wash and the wash is comparable in price and time. read more

Unfortunately for myself, I tend to come here often and I try not to give bad reviews but this time unfortunately my gas door came off and I did not notice until late that night. I contacted the PrimeWash multiple times and left polite messages. I have not got a response. I understand it's the customers risk on taking your car to a place like this. I just want my gas door back so I can fix it. It is very rare and uncommon for a such thing to happen. Now I am just trying to fix it. I've been coming here since they opened and have never had a problem until today. 4 different vacuums... that's how many times I had to change spots until I found a vacuum that worked. I usually bring windex, leather cleaner, a can of wipes and paper towels and do a full detail myself. DONT GO HERE, i had to run the car wash 2x, the first time it left soap all over , so they insisted I go one more time. The 2nd time I go in and discover a very small crack in my windshield. This place is amazing! Quick in and out, and the wash is incredible!! I just got a new car and like everyone else I overthink where do I want to get it washed. I dont want the rims especially scratched so I went here. They have some type of moving mat where the rims are safe and I loved it. There are 2 lines that make it easy and convenient and the personnel are friendly and sooooooo helpful! I was confused on the different wash options and I appreciated their patience. The wash is as cheap as $6 for a decent wash and you can get 50% off the second wash (within a week) if you purchase at the same time. The actual wash is thorough, and even had a pretty intuitive tire cleaning section. Fun note, as you drive through there are colorful lights that flash for not practical reason, just to add to the experience (my kids even love it). I found this location on Yelp. I picked the $25 a month program for an unlimited express car wash and use there vacuum cleaner. When you go to the lane, it will sense the sticker so it'll know to let you through for the wash. I can come here as many time as I want during business hours to get the wash. It does a pretty good job so it's worth it instead of paying somewhere else for 1 express wash at $10 and then having to come back again to pay because my car got dirty from dirt or rain. If you haven't check out this place, it's definitely worth a try to see if it works for you. The staff are friendly and helpful. read more

The whole process is pretty seamless--you drive up, select one of 3 washes )or $20 for the deluxe version in which you drive your car through 2 tunnels/chambers) and you vacuum for free. I love that the vacuum attachments vary in size and are kept clean, and that there's no time limit. I get the $9 wash, and it's totally worth it with the free vacuum use. I've taken my car here a few times now. I love that although it's usually busy, the cars go through pretty quickly. The car wash does a pretty good job, but I do find that it does not completely rid your car of every speck of dried bird poop. There are always plenty of spots to park your car in after the wash to vacuum your car. They offer 1/2 off your next wash when you pay for the first, and I always pay for the offer because it's a steal, especially if you get the premium plus package or higher. The catch is, the deal is only good for two weeks. I'm not sure what happens after 2 weeks. Do you just lose your money? That doesn't seem right. Still, if you wash your car frequently, it's probably not an issue for you. Nonetheless, if gift cards in general aren't allowed to expire, not sure if you should lose your money just because you don't use the prepaid wash within 2 weeks. Lastly, you get a towel, wipe, and air freshener with your wash if you purchase one of the pricier packages which I think is pretty cool, but I wish you could pick the scent of the air freshener. read more

It leaves the windows looking like crap didn't clean the bed of the truck at all which there are big signs as you drive advertising that it leaves it spotless. Won't be going back again. Thats when the attendant Alex comes up and educates me on the differences and why i must try the premium services. Let me say, i think this guy should be in sales, he thanked me for being a customer, made me feel valued and he upsold me but boy am i glad he did. The washer is great, gives your car a nice wash, rinses are super pressurized, and the dryer (blowers) are amazing, gets 99% of the water off your car.
