I've tried different proteins for the tacos: STEAK, LENGUA (tongue), TRIPA (tripe), PASTOR (pork), and BISTECK. They are all delicious, tender, juicy, well-prepared and well-seasoned. The lime, cilantro, and onions on each taco are fresh and give so much flavors. The rice and beans that come with the entrees are so good as well. Service is always friendly and efficient.
