We cannot say enough great things about Kensington Electric. After experiencing major electrical…read moreissues and ultimately needing a full whole-home rewire, their team stepped in and completely transformed our home. From start to finish they were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done safely and correctly. We had actually worked with Joseph previously on electrical work for our pool, so when we suddenly smelled burning inside our wall and our kitchen electrical failed, he immediately took our call seriously and was at our house within 30 minutes. That level of responsiveness and care is hard to find these days and made a huge difference during an incredibly stressful situation. Joseph was also incredibly responsive throughout the insurance process and quickly provided all of the documentation, explanations, videos, and information the insurance company needed in order to make a decision regarding our whole-home rewire. His communication and professionalism throughout the process truly helped move things forward during a very stressful time for our family. This was a major project for our family, but they walked us through the process, explained everything clearly, and kept us updated throughout. Their workmanship was outstanding, and the final result exceeded our expectations. The new wiring, upgraded panel, and overall electrical system look and function amazingly. Everything feels safer, cleaner, and far more modern now. We even noticed our lighting throughout the house is brighter and more consistent now than it was before. They also had to open multiple walls in areas like our living room where there was no crawlspace or attic access, and honestly you cannot even tell work was done. The drywall repair and paint matching turned out incredible and the color was matched perfectly. All of the guys working in our home were also extremely professional and respectful. They noticed we do not like shoes worn inside the house and immediately offered to wear booties, which we really appreciated during such a large project. What really stood out was how thorough they were. They took the time to properly diagnose the issue, prioritize safety, and ensure the work was completed up to code with modern protections in place. Their communication and professionalism throughout the entire process gave us real peace of mind. If you need electrical work done, especially a major project like a rewire, we highly recommend Kensington Electric. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work, honesty, and expertise.

His team was professional and was so accommodating. They helped clear a part of the garage without a complaint in order to run the wires properly. His bank kept rejecting my payments and I ended up having to pay his wife's zelle account (??)  Long version: Romo took almost 2 months to complete my project of replacing the subpanel, adding a 20 amp circuit, and repairing any damaged drywall. He and his team cancelled/ no showed on my tenant more than 5 times and was super unresponsive when scheduling. My tenant had to live in a home with holes in the walls for almost a full month before it was finally repaired. The business operates very shadily. I have asked for a receipt for my payment numerous times, and he still has not provided one. I had to pay him in 3 separate transactions via zelle because his bank kept rejecting my payments. I'm not sure how this business has a 4.8 rating on Yelp, but will not be trusting those reviews from now on.

Service Pro ultimately got the job because the quote was fast, the price was competitive, and their professionalism stood out. Mike provided two detailed, itemized quotes--including specifics like wire gauge and breaker size--so I knew exactly what was included. Other quotes I received were far less transparent, which would have required a lot more back-and-forth. When we ran into equipment constraints related to my older electrical panel, Mike offered thoughtful options and worked within the panel's safety limits rather than immediately pushing an expensive upgrade. Nate, Jeffrey, and Brock completed the installation. They were fast, professional, and very clean in their work, neatly hiding the conduit and load-management equipment and making sure everything was working before they left. Highly recommend Service Pro.

Not a simple job. They proactively suggested relocating the exterior panel into the garage, which was a smart call, and (the owner) did solid stucco patching on the old location. Some finish work (paint, drywall) was left to me, which was expected and agreed-upon. No issues one month out. Would hire again without hesitation.
