I came for the Yelp event but stayed for the knowledge of Chris and Michelle! Not only were they super accommodative they were also very patient with me and explained everything I needed to know before hopping on the machine. Michelle even stayed next to me the whole time switching the speeds and modes of the machine to match my pace! 15 minutes on the simulator is equivalent to a whole day on the slopes and boy can you really feel it in your core and glutes. This simulator is the only commercialized unit on the west coast and it is 1000% worth trying out! The same machine used at the Olympic training center! I may not be an Olympic athlete but with this machine I sure can train like one. Overall: A great experience that I would recommend anyone. I was and still am so surprised that no one knows of this machine. I think it is a great experience for anyone who doesn't have the time to commute to Big Bear every weekend. Immediately you can see and feel the intensity and community. Practice was organized and efficient with the right amount of relative information, drills, and live wrestling, first couple practice really stretched and pushed my sons technique and conditioning. It has been a pleasure to watch the coaches work with such a wide range of ages, skills, and experience. They are truly invested in the kids, one can tell they care about the kid's performance and development as little people and young adults. My oldest started in the High School Class and definitely went through some growing pains but through every step Coach Chris, Mike, Frank, and Shawn we very professional, patient and caring. Can absolutely see a difference in my son's performance as he starts his junior year on his high school team. We were so impressed that we have now enrolled my 8th graded in the intermediate class as a first year wrestler. Coach Sam is an absolutely amazing coach, super welcoming. Today I'm down almost 20 lbs, added a lot of lean muscle, and finally have visible abs for the first time in years. Big thanks to the team for keeping me accountable and pushing me when I needed it.
