I went here I thought it was a good place the owner SIMON was nice at first but he started to change completely he started threatening me I'll post some pictures calling me names throwing things in my face insulting me giving me a hard time or scaring me I don't know why but it was horrible his name is Simon I'm not gonna go here again they still have my car they haven't even given it back yet AAA got mad at me because they weren't on AAA's list and I use them anyway and I guess I'm paying the price Simon was horrible to me I've never had such bad customer service he's so unprofessional nobody that owns a business should be calling their customers needs and insulting their customers threatening their customers. He gave me a rental car which I didn't ask for and then he got mad at me and threatened to call the police and have the car report it stolen that he gave me to drive. read more

This shop does some amazing work. A friend referred me to this shop, and I was truly satisfied with the results. Someone ran into my bumper and cracked my taillight too. A week later, my car looks brand new. The bumper and taillight was replaced with Original Mercedes Parts! , and the work looked perfect. Simon, and the other employees here, were all very professional and also friendly. The attention to detail is obvious, and I could not be happier with the results.
