Upfront with pricing and sending photos beforehand so everything was clear from the beginning. Our driver Pedro was outstanding, very efficient and sweet. On time and very communicative. We got a 30 passenger party bus for my friend's birthday so that we could be dropped off at a music festival at the Los Angeles memorial coliseum. The bus was really clean and there was more than enough space to fit 25 people inside! Mike was amazing and very professional. He let me know in advance that traffic might be an issue, so we went into it knowing that we may get dropped off a little bit further away. His driving was great and it was pretty much smooth sailing from the moment we left from our starting point. Mike had arrived a bit earlier with the bus and was patient with us as we got everyone together to load in. He also drove around for a little bit longer until we were ready to get off the bus. We rented a party bus as a surprise for my best friends birthday. Let me start by saying WOW at the size of this bus. I originally talked to Mike when booking and told him I was looking for a 15-20 passenger bus. He sent me pictures and let me know that this was the new one they had. The pictures did not do it justice, this party bus was the biggest and nicest one I have ever seen. We could have easily fit 40 people in there comfortably. My only complaint was there was some issue with location as I mentioned we would be in the San Fernando Valley and he mistakenly thought I meant San Fernando (the city) and wanted to charge extra. Then, as plans were starting to change for the night, due to venue issues, he did not want to just drive us around. I do understand that gas is high, however, I have never been on a bus where the driver refused to drive around. All-in-all, we were happy with the experience and I would use this company again/ recommend it to others. read more
