    I recommend booking ruby, she did so amazing!! She was so sweet and did her work not only fast but good. 10/10!! The environment was very friendly and welcoming.

    Flesh wound from pedicure

    My pedicure experience was far from satisfactory. The technician, while filing my left foot, failed to notice that she was sanding off the top layer of skin (I noticed she was not looking at my foot as she was filing). I had to shout "ow!" twice before she realized she was damaging healthy skin. Despite the open wound, I had to request a bandaid from her after the pedicure before she offered a bandage -- and it fell off within five minutes because she applied it to a wet and bloody foot. I pointed it out to the manager before checking out, but I do not feel like she adequately responded. She silently applied a new bandaid without any further audible verbal acknowledgment or apology for the incident.

    This is the perfect nail salon ! The prices affordable, service phenomenal and the interior spotless.... Kid friendly , my daughter loves " princess " nails . Oh and don't let me forget about the free wine !!! Hello heaven !!!

    I went for a pedicure because it was close by and I didn't feel like going to my usual nail spa. Very nice greeting and no wait time. Everything was fine until the actual pedicure began. The pedicurist was very rough with my feet and although my feet might have been dry; she began clipping away at my skin and it hurt so I told her to stop. I even put up my hands but she kept going. I told her several times and she called over an associate, who I told to tell her that I don't need all the additional clipping around my nail beds and cuticles. I don't usually get all of that done. She also brought out the cheese grater and went to town on my right foot. I stopped her and said "NO". Long story short, I didn't feel anything until I got home. I then began to feel both of my feet really sore around the cuticles and on the bottom of the right foot. When I looked; I saw cut and the whole area was red. I immediately cleaned both of my entire feet with alcohol and put neosporin on both and a bandage on the cut in the pic. I couldn't get back to the salon the next day so I went the morning of the day after that. I made sure to speak softly as to not alert the rest of the salon guests, and I told the manager what happened. She apologized profusely which I appreciated and asked me what I wanted her to do. She also brought me neosporin but I already had that on with a bandage so I refused. She also invited me back for another pedicure and that she would take care of me. I told her that I didn't want to come back and if I did how would she remember me a few weeks later. I asked her if she could put it in writing and this is when she began to get a little annoyed with me surprisingly. I didn't think it was a tough ask. She said she would remember me and I asked again nicely to put her signature on a piece a paper with a brief note and she finally said that she would give me a gift card. She gave me a gift card and filled it out for $30, a spa pedicure. I mentioned to her that I had a deluxe pedi valued at $45. She got annoyed, said that I'm asking too much and waved me off. I said I'm not asking too much (still calm because the guests were now looking) and I just stood there waiting for her to correct the certificate. She didn't and I left. I won't be going back simply because of how the manager dealt with me. I've worked customer service before and you never want to dismiss a customer ESPECIALLY if they are right and have proof of your error. I have local clients that I would've referred here but not after this experience. I have 2 stars because the polish came out nice but my feet are still sore.

    This is my second tone getting gel here and both times it barely even lasted me a week. Second time 3 of my nails chipped the next day. Save your money and go somewhere else.

    I can't write this review without first saying Lee is the best pedicure technician I have ever had. She made me feel like I had been missing out on real pedicures all my life. She took her time, didn't rush, cut every cuticle, massaged my legs, and then painted them. When she finished she realized there was a small piece of dead skin and she clipped it and Re-moisturized my foot after. Everyone was wearing masks, there was hand sanitizer and lotion for everyone, and the nail tech was very personable. I have definitely found my née spot. They skipped seats between customers as wel

    I made an appointment and still waited 30 minutes!!! I got my nails done last weekend I came in today to fix my nail because it was already lifting after one week the lady in the front decided to fix my nail and as she's fixing my nail she decides to tell me it's going to be $5 dollars I said but I was just here last week the fill-in was already $55 and then I said OK and she's fixing my nails she cuts my cuticle too deep and as I'm getting ready to get up to out the chair I realize that I'm bleeding I show her that she cut me and she still charged me for the service . Fuck this place : this is what I get for cheating on my nail tech ! NEVER GOING BACK EVER . Over PRICED POOR QUALITY

    Love Ken I come in here twice a month and they take care of me every time I do try and come on the week days in the morning because the weekends are packed. Affordable, great work, kind and hard working people. Have never paid over 65 for a set or fill.

    I am highly and beyond disappointed with this work that they gave me on my nails literally hasn't even been two weeks yet and my nails are already chipping $130 out of my pocket then on top of that y'all try to literally argue with me about my cash I want a full reimbursement and I would love to speak to management or whoever is in charge because they need to know that y'all do a horrible job

L O C A T I O N The salon is located on the second floor, above Sips N Strokes, on the opposite side of Kroger. You'll get buzzed in and enter the bldg. It's a circle floor plan so just walk around until you get to Suite 211. They also text you 1-2 hrs before the appt to make sure you don't get lost! The salon is very small. Fit for two customers at a time. You'll wait outside the salon but inside the bldg (in the hallway). E X P E R I E N C E It's my first time here but not my first time getting lash extensions. I got here at 12:40 and filled out the basic personal info form on a tablet in 2 mins. My appt was for 12:45PM. There was already another customer in the room and I didn't get helped until 12:55PM. Simone finished at 2:15PM. Simone was my lash tech and she's amazing! She's friendly and seems to have a high standard of work. I verbalized everything I wanted (D curls, rounded eye look, I would like as long of lashes that my natural root can handle without harming them) and she made it happen. Please see photos! I fell asleep multiple times because she was so gentle with my face, the atmosphere was so calming and because it was so quiet. There's background music that makes the environment feel so much more serene. Fantastic experience! C L E A N L I N E S S The bed and blankets used were not sanitized after every customer use. These were fabric line, unlike others that I've laid in. I didn't see the tools she used so I can't guarantee that they were sterile equipment. In fact - my review is for an experience…read morefrom February (nearly 7 months ago) because I wanted to make sure I gave an informed, well balanced review - so here goes: The location - The location is inside a salon on Roswell Street - very small salon & very tiny parking lot - almost obliterated by what appears to be a used car lot (unsure) - so its easy to miss. The salon is an open air salon - which means there are no walls / door to block your service area and you can hear and smell everything going on while you are getting your lashes done - but 1) there was only one customer being serviced during my visit - and though they were loud and chatty the entire time - it wasn't super obnoxious and 2) Kalia's service area is in the salon rear, so you do have a sense of privacy. No stars deducted for this The customer service (during) - A little background on me - with my family commitments and workload - I really have let things slide when it comes to my personal appearance, let alone pampering myself and getting dolled up for the SO. For that reason - I decided to pull out all the stops for Valentines Day. That meant - a trip to the stylist for a cut and color, a visit to the nail salon, wax salon, you name it. I had never had lashes applied before (professionally or the inexpensive at home strips or individuals) and was worried about looking 'overdone.' So in that vein - I was very worried before our meeting - because we never actually had the chance to speak via phone so that I could discuss my desired look. She works A LOT & tends to be reachable via text only. So my questions / appointment scheduling were all done via text. Once I arrived - I had a great experience during the visit. After blocking out the semi-loud conversation between the stylist and her 1 customer (up front) - I found Kalia to be warm, funny and down to earth. She appears to be beautiful person (both inside and out). She was EXTREMELY thorough and presented me with photos and policies before we began. I wasn't crazy about my brow tinting - but that's more of personal preference thing. I loved the look of my lashes though. They gave me the exact look I'd hoped for - natural looking but still voluminous. 5 star experience The customer service (after) - Here's where it gets hairy. I lost a good bit of lashes that first night and I work nights - so this was before a shower or sleep - and I texted her (with pics) to inform her. She said losing some lashes the first night was normal. Let me be clear - she did indicate at this point that I could come back in that next day - that evening - but I couldn't because I was going out of town at noon to take care of something for my elderly parent - under no circumstances could I reschedule. And because of the holiday (Valentine's Day) she was not available to have me back in that morning or any other time during her customer satisfaction window. Over the next 48 - 72 hours (2 - 3 days) the lashes on the left side of my left eye fell out an alarming rate. I kept Kalia informed & I exchanged SEVERAL dozen text messages and pictures (posted here) after that. And she was respectful during these exchanges - but stood by her position that A) her lashes and glue were not the issue - and B) that 'lashes were not for everyone' and C) that her policy (which I signed) indicated that I had to come back in within a certain window of time to get my lashes filled in if I experienced problems (even though BOTH of our schedules - my going out of town / her heavy booking due to Valentine's Day - made this impossible.) But here's why I decided to write a review. Since my experience with Lashout! - I've had my lashes done again. Won't mention the salon name here - for fear that it might seem as though my review was written to garner business - and pull business away from Lashout! During the first week of July (for upcoming bday), I had my lashes done again at a different salon (second time ever in life) and after that service - even though around the second week - I had pretty much abandoned all the aftercare instructions - my lashes were still full & glorious. I washed my face, rubbed my eyes, you name it (because I was birthday was over and wasn't worried about looking cute - lol) and these lashes stayed on. My lashes still looked pretty good even at the 4 week mark and my final final lashes hung on until around the 6 week mark (though they looked pretty crazy at that point - I was afraid to pluck the final few stragglers). Wrapping up - I know - I will probably get a snippy, snarky, condescending (I'm high maintenance - or you can't please everybody, etc), response from Kalia - and my review will probably get flagged by the formidable LashOut! fan club - but I felt compelled to post this review now that I've had the opportunity to get my lashes done elsewhere. On yelp, 2 stars means "Meh. I've experienced better." And now I have.

Then she cancelled the night before my "makeup" appointment.....the day before my vacation! Didn't offer a discount or nothing. Put me in a bind......I COULD HAVE FOUND SOMEONE ELSE! If you book with her just know your appointment will PROBABLY GET CANCELLED. WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS!!!!!!!
