I came in wanting a soak off and manicure and the DISRESPECTFUL RUDE nail tech immediately started popping my nails off. Once she completed she immediately went to the next client and started doing another service. I politely asked her was she clear on what I came in for and she threw a calculator and told for "40 dollars PAY NOW" ... mind you she kept screaming she was the manager. I've given this place so many opportunities because Daisy is the most amazing for pedicures but besides her, the service and quality of work is so disappointing. This last time I finally learned my lesson: the nail tech cut off all of my natural nails disregarding my original request which forced me to get plastic tips and acrylic, she worked super fast and sloppy to finish because another client walked in 5 minutes after she started with me, and the owner was not empathetic or helpful with any part of the experience. My pedicure experience was far from satisfactory. The technician, while filing my left foot, failed to notice that she was sanding off the top layer of skin (I noticed she was not looking at my foot as she was filing). I had to shout "ow!" twice before she realized she was damaging healthy skin. Despite the open wound, I had to request a bandaid from her after the pedicure before she offered a bandage -- and it fell off within five minutes because she applied it to a wet and bloody foot. I pointed it out to the manager before checking out, but I do not feel like she adequately responded. I went for a pedicure because it was close by and I didn't feel like going to my usual nail spa. Very nice greeting and no wait time. Everything was fine until the actual pedicure began. The pedicurist was very rough with my feet and although my feet might have been dry; she began clipping away at my skin and it hurt so I told her to stop. I even put up my hands but she kept going. I told her several times and she called over an associate, who I told to tell her that I don't need all the additional clipping around my nail beds and cuticles. I don't usually get all of that done. She also brought out the cheese grater and went to town on my right foot. I stopped her and said "NO". Long story short, I didn't feel anything until I got home. I then began to feel both of my feet really sore around the cuticles and on the bottom of the right foot. When I looked; I saw cut and the whole area was red. I immediately cleaned both of my entire feet with alcohol and put neosporin on both and a bandage on the cut in the pic. I couldn't get back to the salon the next day so I went the morning of the day after that. I made sure to speak softly as to not alert the rest of the salon guests, and I told the manager what happened. She apologized profusely which I appreciated and asked me what I wanted her to do. She also brought me neosporin but I already had that on with a bandage so I refused. She also invited me back for another pedicure and that she would take care of me. I told her that I didn't want to come back and if I did how would she remember me a few weeks later. I asked her if she could put it in writing and this is when she began to get a little annoyed with me surprisingly. I didn't think it was a tough ask. She said she would remember me and I asked again nicely to put her signature on a piece a paper with a brief note and she finally said that she would give me a gift card. She gave me a gift card and filled it out for $30, a spa pedicure. I mentioned to her that I had a deluxe pedi valued at $45. She got annoyed, said that I'm asking too much and waved me off. I said I'm not asking too much (still calm because the guests were now looking) and I just stood there waiting for her to correct the certificate. She didn't and I left. I won't be going back simply because of how the manager dealt with me. I've worked customer service before and you never want to dismiss a customer ESPECIALLY if they are right and have proof of your error. I have local clients that I would've referred here but not after this experience. I have 2 stars because the polish came out nice but my feet are still sore. read more

I can't write this review without first saying Lee is the best pedicure technician I have ever had. She made me feel like I had been missing out on real pedicures all my life. She took her time, didn't rush, cut every cuticle, massaged my legs, and then painted them. The First older lady gave me a decent pedicure. I advised her please do not use the electric file. She did not. I decided to get acrylic on nail so someone else was summoned. She immediately went for electric file to then proceed to quickly file and before I could say -hey....no electric file-My toe was burning and cut. She did apply antiseptic and NEVER SAID SORRY. My wife went here a few days ago to get her nails done. She paid $80 and left a $20 tip. So imagine my surprise when I checked my AmEx app to see a charge for $145 added to my account. I may not be the sharpest knife in the bunch, but I've never seen a time where $80 + $20= $145. She called up there to inquire about it and they told her she needed a receipt which they neglected to give her. Receipt aside, it's bad customer service, not to mention FRAUD to charge more than what was signed upon the receipt. So I'll just let AmEx take care of it. Will not return. Last two times I have been here I have been cut by the edge of the file. This past time the manicurist was more like an angry torturer. I winced and jumped at least twice while she was aggressively, yes I said AGGRESSIVELY filing the edges of may nails. I have cuts of four of my fingers. Well. It was ok but I will never go back again. First off. They were crowded and told me to go sit in the back at a pedi chair. The woman came and filled the bowl with Luke warm water and advised me to put my feet in. No blue pill or anything was added to the water. Just plain water. The girl came over about 20 min later and began to do my pedi. She asked me which one and I gave me the menu. A basic paid was $30. Ok so basic means just wash my feet in water, trim my cuticles and paint my nails. That's it. They scrubbed the bottoms of my feet with the smallest pumice sponge that I have ever seen. I asked to have my dead skin removed with the grater thingy. She said extra $5. Lotions my feet and painted my toes. One coat and no top coat. I'm not one to complain. My review is not based off of this service or reflecting their attitude or overall appearance of facility, my review is based off of the quality of the nails that I received. After spending $120 on my nails I expect them to last for at least 3 to 4 weeks as I typically am able to have them last while visiting my regular nail salon. I felt that this place was not only unnecessarily overcharging for what I typically pay $30 less for at least. Being that this is my only guilty pleasure and single thing that I do for myself, I splurged and didn't think twice about spending the extra money there figured I was going to get an amazing new fresh SNS set. Within two hours my pinky nail broke while I opened up my door to the car something I do every single day which never happens it's simply flicked off like it was paperthin. The next day, I went to empty the trashcan my pointer finger nail popped off again paper thin. Three other nails have cracks on the side on each side leading to them most likely being it popped off within the next few hours considering the unstable foundation that they obviously have! I've been here only once before to get my eyebrows done. But a coworker gets her nails done here all the time and they look great so I decided to check them out. WOW they did an amazing job. I don't know his name but a young man did my nails with acrylic and then gel on top and they look incredible. I didn't think they would turn out so good. Once this color does fade I am 100% coming back, no doubt. PN is amazing and I highly HIGHLY recommend them to anyone wanting to get a quick pick-me-up with their nails. Eh. Crummy mani/pedi. I was seated right away and had one technician doing my pedicure and another doing my manicure. They both rushed despite the fact that there was NOT a line of people waiting. The polish selection (regular polish - I cant speak for gel or SNS) was slim pickings. I managed to find my go to polish which was one of the very few OPI options they ordered. Everything else seemed cheap. The massage chair was very uncomfortable and when I asked for a pillow behind my back it seemed like an awful inconvenience. Decided to give this place a try and boyyyyyy was I disappointed. I judge a nail tech by their ability to do a french manicure because honestly i can paint my own nails any color at home. I ask her before she started could she replicate the existing look of my nails an she assured me that she could. She filed my nails all the way down and did the most horrible french I've ever seen. Everyone of my nails were different lengths, I asked to speak to a manager. He said that the same tech would have to redo it, if she didn't know what she was doing the first time i'm sure she wouldn't be able to correct the problem.
