Pretty good nail shop. Prices are a bit higher for the area. She did a great job and I am pretty picky and I have sensitive fingers. She was also pretty quick. I get along gel nails. And they do free repairs. Also they're open a bit longer than the nearby places. You don't usually have to wait. read more

I ended up here because I needed my nails done for a last minute surprise date. I went on my lunch break and asked them would they be able to do an SNS in an hour, they said yes. I also confirmed that they would be able to be done in a hour with the tech that was doing my nails. It took an hour and half and my nails looked like trash. The application is uneven. I can see parts of my nail where there is not enough powder and it's already starting to lift. I understand that I was under a time constraint, but I asked twice if what I was asking for could be done in an hour and if they could not do it they should have just said so. Must say.... This place rarely disappoints. The worst that happens is that you will wait a long time (maybe 30mins to an hour- for a pedicure) to get started. The key is to get there early, and especially during a weekday. Weekends, forget about it. It's totally worth the wait though. My gel manicure from here lasts well over the 2 weeks and a regular pedicure last anywhere from 2-3 weeks while still looking decent. I've had my fair share of bad nail jobs in the last few months and was shopping around for a new spot. Low and behold this little gem was around the corner the whole time! I visited and got Christy who was very detailed and attentive with my nails while she worked on them. The price is a little higher than I normally pay but $30 for a full set of what they consider 'long nails' isn't terrible. The salon is fairly big and nicely decorated and for a Tuesday evening they had plenty staff on hand. Overall I enjoyed my visit and will probably be back and recommend friends and family. read more

I loved the service until one day I left my wallet in my car and needed to go my car to get it (keep in mind my nails were not even done) and the manager asked me to leave collateral to ensure that I would return! Deffinitely my favorite nail salon! But they can't do any miracles as some reviews are saying, they won't magically make your nails grow long and strong, get some damn vitamins don't blame it on them, and if you can't understand their language, how could you possibly know they're talking about you? Really ignorant comment. I've always been very welcomed by Teresa and Sean even though I usually come right before closing time because I work late and far. Sometimes the wait is a bit long (30-50 minutes) but as a walk-in I can't complain, because they take their time to make sure they do a great job. I've done gel for a few months and I had to stop because my nails were really weakened by it so now I just stick to a basic manicure, it still looks amazing, never had any complaints. I got my service done by Nina last time and she is such a sweetheart, I deffinitely recommend her. read more

I love Theresa!!! She has been doing my nails for almost 10 years and I've had no complaints. I could ask her for any design and she does a great job and put her own style to it. Theresa is very friendly and welcoming and the fact that they remember all their clients needs is awesome. The shop is amazing and the staff is great. I do love the quality work that they do here. I always do my nail with one person only today I went to do maintenance, he was late to attend another client (so he wouldn't have to attend to me) My nail was perfect, it was just maintenance and dye. he finished my nail, I will definitely spend the week without my nails ready and I paid for it! I'm going to be as honest as honest can be, this is what I experienced today at this shop. As it's a holiday weekend I wanted to treat myself to a new color on my hands. I walk in, choose my gel polish, and even opt for some bling because their display design peeked my interest. They quoted me 2 fingers for $8, I was fine with that. I sat down at the station, another man came over and told me it would be 2 nails for $8, I again repeated, "I'm fine with that". The young lady began with reshaping and filing my nails, (mind you, I'm only getting polish, not a full manicure). When she finished the reshape and buff she preceded to put the first clear coat of gel on my fingers. Once completed it's time for color. Well, that's where it all went down hill... The lady in front of me was getting the same color, however, her technician was not done and was not ready for color. So, I'm thinking she can continue with me since I'm sitting there just waiting, oh was I ever so wrong... They made me sit there for almost 15 minutes while he finished her. When I voiced my concern, I was ignored and told sorry she was first. As I can understand she was first, I however was completed first ready to proceed. I spoke with the manager, she apologized and said maybe I should just find another shop. While checking out I inquired on who the owner was... They then took my information and said Shaun would call me. I was able to have a conversation with Shaun in the same evening. I expressed my concerns and advised of the events that took place. He simply said, "she was first, and that's their policy". I share this to say, if you value customer service DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Been going to them for over 2 years. Love the staff and the quality of work they do. Also love their color selections and design options that they can do. They are also pretty reasonably priced. I moved 40 minutes away and I still try to go there as much as possible! They do get busy but I have never waited more than 20 or 30 on a walkin on the weekend. read more

the first few times i came it was great, but now every single time there's a problem. last time while i was waiting another lady offered to clip my nails for me without asking how much and cut them WAY too short, then that fill only lasted a week before my nails were breaking off and lifting . and the last two times i've asked for coffin shape they've given me square. Went for a Milk and Honey pedicure - which in and of itself was quite good. Until I checked my credit card and found that I was charged twice for the same pedicure. I called right away, and Princess Nail Spa said that they wouldn't issue me a refund on my card, but wanted me to come back over and give me cash. Seeing as though I don't live anywhere near the salon, and had no plans to return soon, I very much wanted the credit on my credit card. They said too bad and told me to dispute it if I wanted. I got a call back from them asking for a few more details, but nothing more. Now I'm having to go through my credit card company to get refunded. Really annoying. read more

Both of your locations Suck! Their service sucks. Their services are exaggerated at best. I asked for a GEL set fill in she wanted to charge me $10 for gel polish. I might have fell for it too if i hadnt visted their other location with the same gentleman present that messed them up at their other location. I was not a happy camper. I understand in her business she can charge what she wants . So, I paid for service render (if you can call it that) and left. It was really sad. She said she was the manger. I showed her exactly what the happens when you used regular OPI on gel nails. She had no consideration for me as a customer. Overall these are the most incompetent group of people i have met. I am a frequent visitor of Princess Nails & Spa. For the most part, I have had some really great experiences as this salon. I have also, however, had some off experiences as well. But that really just comes with business. Most frequent services received: Full gel set/Fill in and Pedicure Pros - Andy is amazing! He is my nail person of choice. He has been doing nails for over 10 years. And is very attentive to my requests. I have noticed a ton of people come in an request specific people so that must mean others are great as well. - The place is beautiful and comfortable. It is relatively new so it has a modern up to date feel. - When going on a slower day, the services are much better than going on a faster day. They really take their time and you can actually have some really great conversation. - They have different types of pedicures (which of course comes at a price). I've only gotten the regular (because I like to keep it simple and cheap! lol) but I've seen and read the description of the other pedicures and they look very relaxing. Most times the pedicure feel really good. They do wear latex gloves while doing it so that can sometimes not be the best. But with the right person you can't tell the difference! - This place as a detailed menu so you'll know exactly what you're getting and what to expect to pay. Make sure to keep up with this just so you feel more comfortable in your purchase. Cons - It's very important to remember who does a great job on your services. There are a select few that I will never want to touch my feet or eyebrows. - The prices are a little higher than most nail places I've been too. - I've had one pedicure that hurt like hell! It felt like I went to a foot doctor (didn't help she was wearing a lab coat too lol). - I've also had an amazing pedicure followed by a terrible eye brow waxing as the lady waxed my eyebrows while in the pedicure chair - so needless to say it was lopsided. - The front desk lady that pretty much mans the front and guests can be rude at times. She has called at me as if I was a dog. For example, she instructed me to go ask my nail person how much my nails costs. um? I thought that was your responsibility. She has also called said "come come" across the salon to bring her my nail color number (after I have told her multiple times) instead of walking to the station where I was sitting. Hence why I feel a little bit like a pup being made to fetch - I deal with my nails chipping frequently. Typically I can just tell Andy about the issue and he will correct it the next time. But sometimes it will revert back to the same old chipping the next day after service. Unless you're seeing Andy for the repair, don't bother coming back to have it repaired. The front desk lady will treat you rudely as you are not paying for the fix. read more

I did fill in and waited for them to put French On and put a gel layer on top So she said she was done and I should've asked for color BEFORE which I did !!!!! Cuz it's the first thing they asked you ! How is it my fault ? She said " it doesn't work like that " blame it on the customer I been coming here for a year now It's the second time they do it if not the third She convinced me the regular color will last me or convince to do no color at all Cuz was was lazy to do it ( French) She charged extra 5$ for that Even though I paid for something else ! The girl that did my nails did not know what she was doing and when I pointed it out the owner who was there made it seem like I was delusional. I visited Princess Nails on Saturday and was floored at the way most of the Nail Tech were dressed. One in particular was in cutoff, short, short blue jean shorts. Every time she got up she had to pull the shorts out of her crotch. Several Techs looked like their hair had never been washed. I always bring my own instruments, and I'm glad I did because Techs were using a nail file on one customers feet, then used the same file on the next customers hands. I don't know who the manager/owner is, but either they are blind or just don't care. I do know I won't go back. read more

The only reason I came to this nail salon is because my daughter is a regular. They do not listen and they dig too deep into my toes even after i tell them that it hurts. I never ever have issues when I go to Sunny's. I tell them what i want and they continue to try to change what I asked for. They are rude and disrespectful. I went to Princess Nails & Spa because it is convenient to where I live. I am so happy that I found a nail place nearby and that has great prices. I had a deluxe pedicure and they took their time and did a great job and it was only 32.00. The massage chairs are wonderful and actually work unlike some other places I have been. All of the staff were polite and professional. They give you a complimentary water which, in my experience, is rare for this price range of nail salons. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Be wise and spend your money elsewhere. Tried this place out because it was closer to my home. Worst decision I've ever made. They tried to pull my nails off with an artificial nail instead of soaking them off. My feet itch after receiving a pedicure. The nail tech painted my skin as well as my nail they look like something I could have done at home. They don't have dryers to dry your feet. I asked the nail tech if my nails were dry and she replied she didn't know ‍.
