He was also the one who performed the cleaning, and I appreciated both his pleasant attitude and his willingness to reschedule my appointment previously. That said, I'm unfortunately pretty disappointed with the actual service. When scheduling, I specifically explained that I was looking for a deep cleaning of the carpeted stairs and hallways. I also asked beforehand whether furniture could be moved and was told that it could be. Once he arrived, however, moving the furniture was never mentioned again, and I probably should have spoken up about it at the time. What surprised me most was the cleaning process itself. He used a hand vacuum, sprayed the carpets with cleaning solutions from spray bottles, then went over them with what appeared to be a standard Shark vacuum and another machine that, as far as I could tell, didn't use water or perform the type of extraction/deep cleaning I was expecting. The entire service took less than an hour and cost $180. To his credit, the carpets did smell better afterward, and he was very nice throughout the visit. He even recognized my screen name and jokingly mentioned that he'd wondered what kind of customer I might be...which was actually pretty funny. Thankfully, I promise I'm less terrifying in person. But ultimately, my family and I weren't happy with the final result. For $180 and a service described as a deep clean, I expected a noticeably deeper level of carpet cleaning than what we received. Instead, I was left with the unfortunate feeling that I could have rented a carpet-cleaning machine and achieved a more thorough result myself for considerably less money. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially when the person providing the service was genuinely nice. But friendliness and results are two different things. I appreciated him coming out and enjoyed talking with him; I just don't feel the service I received matched what I understood I was paying for.

I am floored about how fanatically cleaned my place is now. They charged me a very reasonable rate for 2x cleaners on an hourly basis. Two very hard working women showed up and cleaned relentlessly, every surface in my house sparkles. I have a collection of rather fragile and expensive books, having called that out they were most respectful and gentle with my favorite possessions. I was already sold halfway through on going with them for regular cleaning, and they just kept going. I keep my place neat, but am very good at not seeing dirt on things like walls / cabinets etc.. and genuinely I didn't notice how dirty my place was... until they came! I have gone on cleaning frenzies in the past, but I have never in my life existed in such a clean space. I am thrilled with how my space is now, the difference is night and day. I have to use them for regular cleaning if for no other reason than I had no idea it was possible to have my house so clean! Seriously... check these people out. They kick ass! I keep finding new stuff they cleaned that would have never occurred to me to clean, and I continue to be impressed by their fanatical dedication to quality cleaning. I couldn't recommend Oswaldo enough. He helped us steam clean three bedroom carpets, two flights of stairs and two rugs. The rugs and carpets are looking like new again. He took extremely good care of making sure the hoses don't rub against the walls, stair banisters and doors. He vaccines, brushes, sprays and then steam cleans. After it is all done Oswaldo and I walked through all rooms and made sure he got to all the corners and areas possible. I had to reschedule last minute due to personal reasons and he graciously accommodated me to the next earliest available date. He was always communicating and answering all the questions and stayed very professional through all the time. Will definitely hire him again and greatly recommend him. read more

Oswaldo is highly knowledgeable and thoroughly explained his cleaning approach and maintenance tips. I was impressed by the care he took to protect my home, using corner and railing guards--something I hadn't seen with other cleaners. Oswaldo did a great job on our carpets! Declined to clean our sofa as it was a rayon blend and the steam cleaning would have shrunk it. So glad he was honest and didn't go ahead and clean it anyway as that would have made more money for him but a mess for us. I would definitely recommend Principles Pro Services. read more
