Where do i begin... local company inprint1.com = double the price, robbed me on uv coating and colors were very dull. Vistaprint = will never use them again unless my client is in poverty, sure they have good prices but the quality is far less than their price value and cards were overcut. Gotprint.com = their customer service is ghetto to say the least, and apparently they dont understand how bleeds work so i spent 2 weeks going back and forth until they finally got it right but by the time they did, i canceled because i was not confident they were going to fill my order on time. SO i find Printpapa, im used to hearing promises but they seemed competent so i decided to go with them..I order 2,500 booklets and they looked AMAZING, color was vibrant, my pages overlap into the next ones and they lined up perfectly..got the proofs to them on Friday and on the following Wednesday they were ready...im grateful to them and highly doubt i will ever use any other company even if its family! signed one very please customer! read more

Quality over quanity. We have a non-profit and wanted to get some brochures, and my partner picked Printpapa...wrong move. Since we are nonprofit, our spendings must go to companies that give quality. Unfortunately Printpapa is only about printing, they said "We are not in the business of proof reading" when we had a word spelled incorrect, the owner said "we just print, we don't look it over." Sad to say, which is why we stick to large corporations who do have their teams check for bleeding graffics and spelling errors, we will not ever use Printpapa, since due diligence is not their strong point...oh wait, they just "are not in the business of proof reading." To say in the least, our nonprofit is out $202. for brochures we can't use, so if you use them, make sure they are perfect because even though a manager told us they would reprint because they didn't catch it, the owner said we can only charge you again, keep your money and give you a small discount. I have been (was) a customer of Print Papa's for over two years - running all sorts of jobs with them. Everything was fine. That was until I need a sticker - something that they advertise. But the quality was garbage and their friendly customer service disappeared. Be warned, they are mediocre when good - until they're not - then they're awful. Sadly I have to recommend going to more professional and well known online companies. The quality is better, the service is better too. I've dealt with Print Papa for work projects and my own personal projects, and they are the most reasonably priced print shop I've ever encountered with great turnaround time. I've worked mostly with Paul and I can say that he and his team are always willing to work within your budget and deadline, and are dedicated to help make the final product look stellar. I love that they are completely online as well, which makes ordering so easy. Just pick your template, pop it into Photoshop or InDesign, design by their specs and upload it to their site. They'll proof it, contact you if necessary to make any changes, and you're practically done. I really can't say enough about them. They also offer some pretty good promotions from time to time, which makes the deals even better. I'd definitely rather support a local shop like PP rather than a Vistaprint-type business. read more

Called around to different printing places (thanks to doing a search on Yelp) and found Printpapa to be the most helpful and easiest to deal with. I was pressed for time and needed a seating chart of atleast 24in x 36in printed for our upcoming wedding. I was able to do everything online super easily in the comfort of my own home while out of town guests were here and while finalizing last minute wedding details. Printpapa saved me an extra trip of having to drive over there, discuss details, etc. I uploaded the PDF file online, paid for it thru Paypal and received confirmation of my order status and an email when it was ready for pick up. I opted for the 2 business day turnaround time and it was actually ready for pick up the next day (I uploaded the file before 1:00PM). Super fast, super easy, and great quality!!! Woohoo! As good as it gets! We've been using PrintPapa for our church print media for... gosh, I can't remember, I think it's been a year or two. We're not a media-intensive church, so we don't print often, but when we do, it's PrintPapa to the rescue. Their prices are really good, especially when doing larger quantities, and their print quality is some of the best around. Thank you! I ordered my flyers online and the total was like $13 for 50 (front and back). pretty good price! They also emailed me and followed up on me regarding my artworks issues. I also came to visit the place since they said there was a problem with the quality of my flyers. The guy was really helpful; he fixed the file for me and BOOM! everything was ready to pick up the next day. Really happy of how my flyers turned out. They look beautiful! Thank you! My company has been using PrintPapa to make anything from product instruction cards, to business cards, to stickers, to brochures. I will admit, initially it was a little rough. Mostly because we were moving from one printer to another and so we wanted things to look exactly the same. But the colors were a tad off. No one could tell if the issue was with our previous printer or PrintPapa. BUT! PrintPapa worked with us and made our cards perfect. We have now ordered cards from them a half a dozen times and each time they are to perfection. The mailing label stickers we recently ordered blew my mind away. I expected some color issues again as we were doing the same printer shift. But no. I received the stickers and they were better than expected. A++ Their customer support team has been so great with me and my firm. I believe now I have a great rapport with them. They answer my questions quickly and in a way I can understand. They are accommodating with shipping and other requests I have. And they go above what most businesses would do during any issue that arises. Read the bad reviews before you do business with these guys. The price online is a bait. I talked to Humberto, was promised that the price online will be the price paid. When I called to get a quote, it was double that online price. The attitude is really that they are doing you a favor, and not that they are providing a service. Great printer. Good Customer service. Their online system is set-up so that you never have to speak to anyone. So make sure you are super diligent with your order and make sure you have it proofed and it is exactly what you want. They won't proof it for you... It's a great "self service" quality printer with great prices. With most of my products, I prefer to do business with a local printer who provides customized service and works directly with me...sure, it costs a bit more- but my products are sure to be stellar and exactly what I want. I am extremely disappointed with the way my order was handled, after 5 years of loyalty from our company. A glitch in the website should not be a customer's responsibility. I "cloned" my envelope order with their website feature. Print Papa no longer offered the previous product, so I was rerouted to the "replacement product." I ordered, using this product, assuming it to be of the same quality. What I got were flimsy, see-through envelopes that were nothing like the previous order and that my company could not use for business mail. When I used online chat to express my disappointment at this website glitch and my useless order, I was told I purchased the wrong item and offered 50% off a new order. In my opinion, I should not have to spend more money, placing an entirely new order, when their website glitch is the reason my order was placed as the wrong item. In my online account, I clicked on "I have an issue with this order" and sent a kind dispute. It has now been 10 days, and I have yet to hear back from anyone, with a new statement or solution. If this is how Print Papa handles unsatisfied customers, my company will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. Lesson Learned. read more

Really great service. We needed a banner really fast for a golf event and they came through. The banner was big bold and beautiful. Many people commented on it and asked questions about the product. That was out goal. I would highly recommend using PrintPapa when you need it done quickly and with the same quality many others need weeks to produce. This print shop is top notch as far as customer service and quality of work. I worked with Ken Jergens, Paul and Raul and they were all fabulous. They helped me print a 32 page published, children's book and it turned out better than I could've imagined. Definitely the nicest looking book my children have in our home. I have gotten so many compliments on the quality of the print and cover- the colors look amazing--very professional and polished. They really listened to what I wanted and took the time to walk me through the process, helping me make any necessary changes. They didn't make me feel rushed. Ken is awesome to work with. He knows his stuff! They all do. Ken even gave me and my daughters a tour of the print shop which was fun when I went to pick up my first set of books. I have used them for 2 print jobs so far for books and plan on going back for more! Highly recommend Printpapa for book printing. I sent a ppt file to print the same day (along with font file and a jpeg file that shows how the print view will look). Despite clear instructions, the print came out distorted because the font was not installed. It was fixed and reprinted after i resent a pdf file that took care of the font issue. As such the same day print is very expensive. But in my case they charged two times even though it was their mistake of not following instruction for the first print. They refused when i asked them to waive off the first print fee. I left those first print copies with them. I am pretty disappointed at this. I am not going to take their services again. read more

They have great customer service but their print products suck...really suck. The print quality is very low and grainy. I know this because I have used them and other printing companies (mainly gotprint) to print the same multiple projects over and over. In comparison print papa is much lower quality (dull coloring and grainy), more expensive and the standard paper they use is lower in weight (speaking about flyers). If my husband didn't want to support local businesses I would have stopped using them a long time ago. read more

They are professional and friendly. Very helpful. Product quality is great! We ordered business cards printing, full color brochures printing, and Indoor Banners printing. Everything was great. I sent poor quality data first, then they contact me the problem and what I should do before they start print, so I could send them updated data. Many people thinks Vista Print is cheap, but it's not true. I realized that Print Papa price is same as Vista Print 50% off price if you can pick them up by yourself. Vista Print added high shipping cost and processing fees, so total price is higher. Best thing is Print Papa is local business. They are in business for 12 years or so. 3.5 stars really. They have not met a single estimated deadline in 5 orders. One order was printed incorrectly but they reprinted it without charge. Another two orders had minor print defects. None of which were detectable with online proofing. I prefer to do business with a smaller local company than with FedEx Kinkos, but sometimes their communication feels more like working with an online printer out of state than just down the street. We'll keep doing business with them, but my expectations are definitely metered in terms of quality and service. read more

this is the best local printer that i have found to get rush jobs done for a low price. whether i've needed folded flyers for a trade show, or business cards for a last minute flight overseas, i've always found them to be extremely accommodating. they are very inexpensive, but you also get what you pay for, the quality of the paper is not super high, and occasionally the alignment is slightly off. when i have more time, i usually buy business cards and the like online, but you have to deal with extra fees for rush orders, shipping costs, and the risk of a misprint that has to be sent back. if they make a mistake here, they quickly do a reprint for free. i haven't been here recently, and it's certainly possible they have a more expensive line of products that is printed on higher quality paper with higher quality inks. i've been able to call, send an order online, and go pick up the order the next day. they have been a lifesaver! read more

Good service but the product prints are a little lacking

My partner personally went there but I spoke to a gentlemen over the phone. He was very helpful. They have same day service which is amazing. I was pretty skeptical that the quality is going to be bad since it was so cheap and so last minute. We turned in our design before 10am and got our postcards that afternoon. We had a run of 200 postcards, full color, front and back, matte. We used the yelp check-in coupon and got 20% off. It was near $50! Will be returning here. read more
