I was nervous because the designs looked fine on an 8.5"x11" piece of paper, but I worried they wouldn't look so great when enlarged. Abe reassured me that the designs would print exactly the same. All the signs were printed quickly and perfectly. One of the signs needed to be redone because of a mistake I made. They were kind enough to reprint it without charging me again. I can't say they'd do this for all customers because that could amount to a lot of lost revenue, but I am grateful that they saved me a little money.

I requested tape to secure a set of music instruments (drums with mallets) together prior to return to Amazon. Associate insisted I just put it in a plastic bag, took item from my hands, and did this action. I repeated my desire to secure the mallets to the set of drums twice. Since he refused again, I said I can just take them home, tape them, and come back. 3-4 times repeating my request he seemed to get annoyed and took the tape out, taped the mallets to the set. Amazon has recently started to refuse refunds for missing/incomplete returns, so that's my reason for the request. I'll try to remember better to tape items at home, but this was a very simple request. I have had associates handle return items and bagging recently that have shown up as "incomplete" on Amazon's and I've spent additional time trying to correct the return later. This was at a UPS store branch. I also had two items end up mislabeled (associate somehow swapped the label)- this was at another location. I am very careful in how I handle and process returns, understand mistakes can be made, but please consider the customer's request in the future. I was very clear, intentional and direct, and understand why I asked: I want to try to reduce the errors made when returning items.

Dont go here. They treat you different depending on the type and volume of work you have for them. To test their quality before putting in a big order, i sent them one job to do. A simple job in which it was not given the attention it deserved. I was promised a proof yesterday by the end of the day but I didnt receive anything from them nor was notified. I requested another proof today, yet again after reassuring me that I will get it by the end of the day failed again. This is ridiculous. I dont think it matters if you have a simple print job or a massive print job, they should all be taken care of equally!! Bad customer service. I will not be returning. Our company has been working with Miguel V. with PrintPapa for a number of years since he was with another print company in the Bay Area. We followed Miguel to PrintPapa and have done almost 60 print jobs with Miguel's great guidance and wonderful customer service. PrintPapa does top notch laser printing and their customer service (Miguel) is amazing. When I have sent files to Miguel and have had to correct my errors and send new files, Miguel has been cool under pressure and has moved mountains to make sure our company can keep our timeline. They also communicated very well as there was an issue with the artwork for my envelopes. But that got worked out and I am happy with the end result. They are tops in my book! I walked in thinking it would be a simple, professional process like, show them a design, they give you a price, you get out. But these guys are on a whole other level of awful. They wouldn't let me hold a single shirt like, I was some intruder in their secret club. I asked if I could stretch the shirt to check the print, and they looked at me like I was crazy. The print was cheap, blurry garbage like something from a dollar store and then, when I asked for a price, they just threw some random number at me and a week later, out of nowhere, they hiked it up with a bunch of hidden fees, taxes, and random charges. And don't even get me started on their communication they straight up forgot what I asked for, didn't take notes, and then acted like it was my fault. This is not a real business it's a scam factory in disguise. I don't want anyone else to waste their time or money even your grandpa doing his backyard hobby would be better. Avoid this disaster at all costs. Just don't waste your time here it's completely not worth it if there was a negative start I would put that.
