We've had three other pool services, and every one of them started out great but quickly went downhill. A neighbor recommended Priority Pool Service, and they have been amazing! Their customer service is top-notch, extremely responsive, and they keep our saltwater pool crystal clear with zero algae. Our pool has never looked better than it does now. Their techs are punctual and spend at least 30 minutes at our pool every week. After each visit, they take photos of the pool, the cleaned basket, the pool pump to show all valves are in the proper position and working, and even the closed gate. They send an immediate email with all the photos, chemical levels, and details of what was added. Saltwater pools can be tricky to maintain, but ours has been absolutely perfect since Priority Pools took over. It's no surprise they have a 4.8/5-star rating--they truly earn every bit of it. You can't go wrong with Priority Pool Service!

This company is amazing! I have them come once a week to service my saltwater pool for a rental property and I always get photos after they finish up. The pool looks amazing and the equipment is always working great because they constantly stay on top of servicing the filter system and keeping everything in tiptop shape. I highly recommend priority pool service.

I had hired priority pool service and thought they were doing a great job at first. Last fall when I returned to my home after being away for a bit, the pool was covered with salt and calcium deposits. I asked the pool staff what it was because I was concerned. He said he didn't know and he had been cleaning my pool for about 4 months. I asked him if he had ever vacuumed the pool and he said never I asked him about the salt /or calcium deposits and he said he didn't know. After talking to Adam at the office. He assured me that this is not how they work. After speaking to the weekly pool maintenance person a "supervisor " come out . He didn't have a clue, Or even know that I had a salt water pool !!! he said it wasn't in the notes !! I spent money on repairs as well not just a monthly service They offered month free service. I declined and hired another company. They send pictures of your pool weekly. One week they send a picture of someone else's pool. I would think again about priority pool service or hiring this company.

Priority Pool Service has been amazing for me and especially my pool. Jeremy is the hardest working person I have had working on my pool. I live on a corner, behind a park and get everything blown into the pool. Jeremy comes in, cleans the pool and it looks pristine every time. He also watches over my property in case he sees something out of place, he lets me know. Thanks so much Jeremy!!

What is the best way to set up an appointment for an estimate on tile repair and Bead blasting?

The best way to get this scheduled would be to contact us by phone or email during our normal business hours.

Does your company fix broken tile in the pool? If so can it be done the same day the bead blasting is done?

Hi Jackie, yes we are able to replace broken pool tiles the same day that we perform a bead blast service. Please contact us for more information.

My pool pump and control panel don't seem to be communicating as they should, my pool water level is too low and ducks in through the skimmer, the autofill runs non-stop but my spa is too full. Are these problems you can help with?

Hi, yes we have an in-house repair team capable of helping you with all of those problems. Please contact us and ask to speak with our repair manager about those issues.

Hi. Do you service North Vegas?

Hi Liz, yes we do service North Las Vegas. If you want I can put a quote together for you.

Hi Do you service commercial pool?

Hi, we do not service commercial pools at this time.

Hi there Do you service Green Valley?

That was a huge plus because the water was semi-heated and not freezing like some pool areas can be. The food was comped, so I'm not sure about the pricing, but bottles were around $300, which was apparently a special deal that day. The service was just okay. Once we paid for the bottle and the tip was taken care of, it felt like the staff disappeared and were hard to find afterward. The cabana itself was really nice. It had a TV with surround sound, a fan to help keep cool, and even a hidden door that led directly to a private restroom, which was a fun surprise and very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely come back and rent a cabana again.

First, someone threw up in the pool TWICE. Management did NOTHING to find the person who did it, which doesn't surprise me that there was a second occasion for throw up to be splashed around. Disgusting! The first time, someone did come to clean and pick up the throw up from the pool, but the standards to have the pool vacated was minimal at best. Again, gross. We rented a daybed which doesn't come with an umbrella and is literally immersed in the water. Be prepared. It's a very unique situation. Your shoes have no place to "live" but in the sun. Your items can be on the daybed but they are blasted by the sun. It comes with a minimum for spending but prices are steep enough, you'll hit it without any worries. We had Cassandra and EJ for our "team" to service us. Drinks were slow to come. I ordered a cucumber margarita but was given a regular margarita. She caught the mistake and bought me a cucumber mojito. Totally different liquor. I wasn't trying to be difficult but imagine ordering tequila based drink and getting a vodka and rum drink. We ordered a carne quesadilla and some grilled vegetables. When I asked for some silverware, Cassandra told me she was busy with tables and will tell a busser to bring this to me. It never came. I waited for over ten minutes and finally went to the bar. Honestly, I would recommend coming and visiting the bar, if anything. There's no reason for service. It was completely lacking. Mind you? I've been in the service industry and this was mediocre at best. At one point, I asked for my balance. It took time for her to bring it to me. I ordered a couple more drinks, and Cassandra gave me my check but not with the correct ID or credit card. Lord, help me. Finally, after 10 minutes, she gave my husband my cards. The INCLUDED gratuity was generous. I will never be back again. Even with the endorsement of Uncle Ed's and reggae/hawaiian vibes? No, thank you.

Everyone working there was super aggressive and not helpful, with the exception of Mike. We waited in line for drinks which was slow, but then the bar had two seats open, so we sat down. We sat for at least 20 minutes before anyone would help us even though they kept coming to our area. We finally asked Mike, who was working the line, and he said another guy was supposed to help us. That guy was Tanie, who continued to ignore us. Finally Mike just helped us even though he was supposed to be in charge of the line. Now lets talk Tanie, he couldn't function because he was too busy being a complete jerk to everyone, including the employees. He was the least functional bartender, but certainly the loudest. He was constantly screaming at the other bartenders, then he yelled and mocked a customer because they didn't tip, and roped the other bartenders into joining him. It was so uncomfortable. The vibe was so negative. It was very windy that day and at one point, the wind knocked over my husband's drink and spilled it all over the bar and our stuff. The bartenders all made a big deal of scolding him loudly for spilling as if he was a child, and then NONE of them offered napkins or a rag or anything. They just ignored us after yelling at us and left us there in a huge puddle, so we finally just left and went to the bathroom to clean off our items. I have never been so uncomfortable or felt so unwanted or had such blatant and purposeful bad service. Tanie especially was a full on villain, just bullying everyone around him.

We tried to scout it out at night and we only found it after asking the security guard. They open at 9am and there is a line to get in. I was maybe the 10th one in. I was just checking it out as 9am is way too early for some pool time. At 9 am there was one woman already with her feet in the pool. The pool water is cool to the touch. Other people had claimed their pool chairs and were laying out. Myself and a handful of people were dressed and scouting out the area. They have 3 beautiful pools. All set up with lifeguards. They have a 21+ pool area and they have a staff member sizing you up as you approach. Apparently I look the age so they didn't card me. I'm feeling old now. They have one nautical pool that's a walk in pool. I was told it was perfect for toddlers. Since I'm toddler less I think I'll pass. My guess is there are lots of swim diapers and peek g I. That pool. Hopefully people are t too drunk and peeing in the 21+ pool. We arrived around 11 am for an actual visit to the beach club wearing our suits under our shorts and Tshirts. There were plenty of beach chairs left, but all the ones in the shade were taken. We found some near the middle pool out in the lounge chair corral. So many chairs lined up in the sun. We laid out between plunges for around an hour. I was turning blotchy so it was time to go back inside. If we had some shade we would have stayed longer. They did have padded lunge chairs with umbrellas and cabanas to rent for a hearty fee. We didn't want to spend the extra cash as we still knew it wasn't going to be an all day activity. I did get a virgin strawberry slush out of their slushy machine. It was very refreshing. I highly recommend them. Sadly they didn't offer whipped cream. We loved the pool area and would go back and stay here again for the lovely pool.

Enjoyed a staycation at The Rio this week (5/31 - 6/2) which meant 2 blissful pool days!…read more Ipanema at The Rio has 4 very sizable pools, one of which is 21+ over which is a perfect place for us childfree folks to relax and is where we spent our time. Thanks to Yelp, I was able to see that the free chaise loungers do not have umbrellas. Since my husband is like a vampire and requires shade, I paid the additional $56 for us to have VIP chaise loungers at the 21+ pool which had thick cushions, an umbrella, and side tables. When we checked in we were escorted to the VIP loungers and told we could choose any pair we wanted. They were very comfortable and offered full shade to my husband and I was able to move my chaise out into the sun. The 21+ was really nice with the pool being perfectly cool without freezing, but we were bummed that the waterfalls weren't on. Yelp reviews were absolutely correct as we did see that 90% of the free chaise loungers were in full sun all day with zero relief, so I'm glad we paid extra for guaranteed shade. We made note though of the areas where there was some shade since we'd be taking advantage of the free loungers on day two at the pool. We got there earlier and practically had the entire place to ourselves, so we were easily able to snag some of the few free chaise's that had some shade from the trees. Vampire hubby was happy with his shaded chaise and I was happily sizzling in the sun. Overall, I really liked this pool (we've been to a total of 8 resort pools over the last 18 months); I'd put this in my top 4. I liked the fact they had a 21+ area that wasn't a day club, just a relaxing childfree pool, the overall layout of the entire pool area was spacious and easy to navigate, and that they allow you to bring an empty Hydroflask / reusable water bottle inside to refill at the water station inside Bar Aqua. A few minor complaints is that this pool isn't open to locals unless you are Tier Azul (minimum) for Rio's player's club or you pay for VIP loungers/cabanas. This is also the only Vegas pool we've been to that had no umbrellas at all for the free loungers and very few side tables for them; very strange and kind of harsh for guests considering how brutal our desert sun can be - I personally don't mind since I love to tan, but my husband and friends don't share that same affinity for tanning that I do and require some shade. You'd also think The Rio would want to prevent guests who aren't used to the desert heat from getting sick with heat exhaustion or heat stroke by having umbrellas placed throughout the free lounge areas; thus reducing their liability, but what do I know I guess. Lastly, the cocktail waitresses were just okay. Service was very inconsistent between the two days and our primary waitress on day 1 was extremely pushy, constantly trying to upsell us when we ordered drinks and food which was annoying. Usually pool servers get the hint when you decline an upsell the 1st time... Despite my minor complaints, I did enjoy our time at the Ipanema Pool and I wish I could go more often as a local.
