I do a lot of video editing so my 2008 MacBook Pro is often working 24/7 on projects. A few months ago my computer started acting sluggish, was having difficulty starting up, especially after I'd finished a really big video. I attributed it to old age, but couldn't afford a new computer so I would leave it alone for a couple hours and then it would usually work fairly well. Got worse and worse and finally took it to the Apple store to see if I could get it fixed. Jason came to my office, spent about 20-30 mins on my laptop, and carried on a whole conversation with me while typing away, and before I knew it, he had cleaned up over 80 trojans, malware, viruses, and corrupt files that were slowing down my computer! i am sharing my first experience with Priority Technology services. My niece computer was not working at all and giving some kind on blue screens while turning it on. She was tensed because she want to use her computer to complete the project. We called the PTS to get the computer fixed we were amazed that it took only 30 to 40 mins and computer was working fine.
