We chose not to. But they informed us if we could bring it back changed our mind. I can't believe how large some of the balloons are nowadays. How fun. Pinatas are reasonably priced. If you are looking for party favors, bags, candy and the like this is the place for you. The employee was super kind and friendly. Junkee Clothing Exchange = Decent size, 5000 square feet. Two floors. Both new and used merchandise. Open 7 days a week from 11am to 7pm. Plenty of mall parking. Service - Self service. The Top Hat employee I was speaking with was angry at me for having to clear things with my supervisor, and like I said, she kept yelling at me. Then, the truck was supposed to pick up the dunk tank at an agreed upon time, they were three hours late. I'd say, try other places if you can. If you must use Top Hat, have all your ducks in a row lest you get scolded like a child.

I went in with a friend who was genuinely experiencing a hair crisis and wanted to purchase a wig. The woman behind the counter told us she did not have time to help us because she already had two customers, which we completely understood. What was strange, however, was that when I asked if we could simply browse the wig selection on our own, she refused to allow us to do so. This left us feeling surprised and at the same time we felt like it was all super weird especially given the sensitive nature of why many people visit a wig shop in the first place.
